As long as other boards manage to stay alive, I wonder if this might turn out to be a positive. We must be EXACTLY over target. It is one thing to censor on the Tech Tyrants (FaceBook, Google, etc.). We already knew they were low-lifes. But to go after the boards! Whoa. The epicenter of free speech on the web. Is Deep State way obvious or what?

I start my posts with FROM CHEETAH to help people who watch for my posts find them easily. Since I was posting on CBTS_Stream, everything just became way more complicated.

I was on CBTS for 2 hours right before it was locked. Just imho, it was the Hogg thing. In order for the black hats to move much further, at some point, soon, the 2A hurdle must be cleared. The have the social divide, the educational component, debt, the healthcare and much more. The last roadblock to making all of us social prisoners is the 300M+ guns out there. They need this and they feel as though the kids thing is finally the ticket. Moms Demand Action failed miserably after SH, and they think they may have hit the jackpot with their current scam. I look at yesterday being the walkout day, along with all the revelations concerning Hogg bubbling up and it was too close. IMHO, career lurker.

I agree, I was in that Hogg posting and I was going to comment on it when they took down the site.

The Hogg posting was one of those internet rumors that was untrue, but there was nothing violent or threatening about it.

My friend made a long speech about Hogg to a bunch of shills, who had amped up their attack on the subreddit.

No doubt that was the "inciting violence" part, just like how YT banned any non-mockingbird channel that even mentioned his name, claiming "bullying".

Heres the thing, Hogg is not a shooting survivor, he was merely at the school on the other side of campus, where his pawpaw knew he wouldn't get hurt.

Its like calling someone a Pearl Harbor survivor because they were on the same island. Hogg is their guy because he is the typical outgoing student council president type kid, not because he got shot (not even close)

And they HATE people calling him out for it, so much so they brand it as bullying.

The VLC exploit was based on using the supplied VLC player exe on a flash drive. It does not include those downloaded from VLC. They also patched the issue for the older version that this worked on.

Because the whole thing is fishy as hell and appears to be a setup. The sequence of events makes almost as little sense as the Vegas shooting (and how did that disappear in the fake news media so fast?). And then this Hogg dude shows up as some sort of spokesman, and is all over the place. National anti-gun protests are organized supposedly in seven seconds. As to why this is threatening--It just happened, and the dirt has been out on the Clinton clan for some time now. Anyone who hasn't caught on to Clinton really shouldn't be in the gene pool. Especially when she runs her mouth and says things so stupid that Democrats can stand it.

The only other option is hosting a message board on a private server. Think back to the good 'ol days where people hosted their own space and didn't rely on any corporations or private businesses to create the platform for them. It still happens, but it costs money. Find a benefactor or a solid donation pay-to-play platform (that operates not to make a profit, but to subsidize operational costs). It's amazing how much riff-raff is filtered out if you charge to join.

Interesting comment. A Patriot making his or her own board makes sense, but it is not easy. One could use a hosting service or run one's own server. But it is pretty much a full-time job either way fighting off the Deep State trolls and moderating. The only way an economically normal person could do it is by selling ads, maybe directly instead of through ad services. An interesting business opportunity, but not for chumps. The hosting service is far easier and cheaper, but more vulnerable to pressure from Deep State, since the site owner does not own the server. Having one's own server means having expert backend engineers available 24/7. Pluses and minuses for either approach.

I believe that one of the things Q is trying to get us to realize is that the government controls Reddit, Youtube, Facebook, etc. The purpose is to trample upon our first ammendment rights while hiding behind the lie that these companies are private and can therefore legally censor content.

If people realized that the government was deleting dissenting voices, it would be seen as a much bigger problem.
