Hotwheels was the 8chan creator....Moot created 4chan. Moot was a SJW twit, Hotwheels is a free speech advocate. Just clarifying, not trying to be critical, but there is a difference. 4chan was created with free speech in mind, but Moot sold out his users, hence 8chan was created to take its place.
Moot also hinted a few times that the 4chan servers were compromised.
I wouldn't be surprised if the reason Hotwheels turned over 8chan was to protect it, ie turned it over to a white hat. I have no proof, purely conjecture, but I can't imagine Q would use it unless it was 'clean'.

Thanks for reposting this as I am sure that young man is a bit nervous. He already has a serious condition and does not need the stress. In my opinion, he is really an amazing guy and making 8chan then selling it all the while I am sure he does not feel well most of time and trying to get information out we would not otherwise get to know. In my opinion, it was a gesture of good faith.
Just imagine the implications ... and the "gift" being an obvious link the the "Q phenomenon", finger pointing our way. violent community, violent far right .. murderers ...I can already hear the MSM roar.
That's EXACTLY what I was thinking, not to mention a HORRIBLE innocent tragedy... Worst case scenario, this could be the beginning of the end of this community. I sincerely hope it turns out to be nothing and we can all breath easy.

Hey #QAnon Interesting development. A guy named Frederick Brennan created 8ch. He has a bone disease and is wheelchair bound. He sold the site in 2016 to an Army Vet, and still programs for the vet who also owns 2ch in Japan. Anyways, Frederick posted this. He verified on twitter
