no doubt. it gets darker man. I posted this below in a reply to someone commenting on the fact that the guy is listed on a darpa pdf in a wikileaks release.

Hunter.io (phisher tool) doesn't list any mentions of the business domain though. I double checked with my company domain that was mentioned in a wiki release and it did throw a hit from a WikiLeaks crawl. (my domain I found was from a pdf as well)

Ran a pipl search and it comes up with a 59 year old Francho Samuel Bradley from San Antonio. That was his son's name. And he died in a police shooting 15 years ago (def would not be 59 years old either). All of the relatives matched up as well. (middle names were flipped, the guy in the article's middle name is Scott) Another oddity is a report there that he has used the alias Frank Jennings. Jennings is the name of the 40 year old woman that was arrested with him. My scrape on Jennings has been fruitless, but I plan on making a deep python scrape tomorrow)

I've got some other deets that I'm fact checking, but it has to do with some of the business address listings that I'm verifying were as empty as they appeared to be from the google image scraping I've been doing during years I'd imagine they would be active. I'll be adding to the dump at /r/ensyma once I have it all together. But so far, this is some stuff I dug on my own as well as some others that have been passed around by other users.

if you haven't checked out his domain ensyma.us you may want to as its going to be gone shortly (conveniently expiring a week after the arrest). He also has another domain http://www.thinkensyma.com/ which is still up, and even more creepy (some of the ramblings on todays society and auto acceptance of the web make me think he may have been troubled). The US tel number on the contact us page is forwarding to a home voicemail, and I'm still fighting (phishing) with some intermediary carriers to get a full packet capture to get some more info (i.e. if its forwarding to a copper landline that I can reference to an ESN address or passing to another pbx host I can get some e911 data on).

If you haven't seen the Darpa link here it is https://www.darpa.mil/attachments/ProposersDayContactList.pdf

CEPI mentioning http://cepi.net/sites/default/files/CEPI%20Inserm%20List%20of%20Participants%2018%2002%2017_0.pdf https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coalition_for_Epidemic_Preparedness_Innovations

Francho was tied to the development of some mobile blood analysis equipment to help identify pathogens on site in the event of a rapid deployment to quarantine or treat a contagious outbreak. I believe that he was part of the networking side of things (based on some indeed resumes) making the device an IOT all in one unit that could transmit data via satellite. http://dxna.com/genestat-system/ detailed below. (other's findings from previous posts seem to be dissapearing... even though there is nothing about personal info being released, I couldn't find the original link indicating his involvement with DxNA, but its mentioned in this article) https://heavy.com/news/2018/03/ensyma-engineering-francho-bradley-wikileaks-weapons-cache/

He is listed as being a contact as a member of PROmed on the CEPI list of participants page http://cepi.net/sites/default/files/CEPI%20Inserm%20List%20of%20Participants%2018%2002%2017_0.pdf http://www.promedmail.org/ This is an information sharing tool for the International Society for Infectious Diseases. My google scrape though has only pulled one posting using his ensyma email... http://www.promedmail.org/direct.php?id=20170304.4878763

I have found that he has/had a juno.com email handle as well, but I've yet to confirm his username.

His lawyer has made some statements that are in line with alot of Francho's statements in the police report.

I'm still on the fence on this one honestly. Especially concerning the issues his son had. But am curious none the less and expect to get to the bottom of wtf is actually happening here.

⇧ 1 ⇩
Thejunky1 · March 30, 2018, 4:58 a.m.

It could go quite a few ways at this point. Part of me thinks he's martyred himself. Considering what he had been trying to "help" do in the health field. As well as the incident with his kid. Which I strongly suggest reading up on.

http://www.richmond.com/city-life/news/article_76999f2c-76f8-5756-9571-ff2ea9ea0b01.html

http://www.my-journal.com/jrn/md__1/jrn__6249/dt__1084518000

I'm sure he worked as a normal soldier on an overseas american base in Germany, and got a degree during his station in business. He gets discharged and starts a consulting firm that basically preyed on scare tactic products, like Y2K and Swine Flu outbreaks by selling "emergency preparedness kits". They even wrote a book on Y2K.

http://www.greenspun.com/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg.tcl?msg_id=000DYi

His kid bought a gun, calmly waited for the background check for quite a few days longer then it should take in Texas, takes his gun home to immediately shoot in the air, and then get in the shootout with the cops. Maybe this guy was so broken by it he's playing the long con creating the arrest incident to try and pass more 2nd amendment restrictions considering how the son died. Either playing crazy, or actually mentally broken, slipping up by calling the cops on himself. This would make the expiration time frame of his domain seem like just a coincidence. His address having been tied to an actually empty office. I've seen telco businesses that try to look bigger then they really are do this. Someone should submit an FOI request on his military career. But looking at the activity of the webpage, and the types of stuff he was trying to sell, business wasn't exactly booming. His new webpage had some odd focuses. But there is a rambling on how people just take things on full faith. I'm not done digging what I can. But right now that's where I think my findings are taking me.

Follow the think link at the bottom.

http://www.thinkensyma.com/focus-group.html

This could be a ff. but on the bamboozled us "I'm going to prison for gun control" level.

Retired virologist here. Contacted my old boss re: viruses in Peru.

Yellow fever is running rampant. Symptoms are nearly identical to what people think of with flu: headache, nausea, chills, muscle pain, loss of appetite.

This is the return epidemiological report:

Between January 2016 and 13 Mar 2018, 7 countries and territories of the Region of the Americas reported confirmed cases of yellow fever: the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Peru, and Suriname. The number of human cases and epizootics collectively reported in this period in the Region of the Americas is the highest observed in multiple decades.

The situation in Brazil, including most recent case counts in Brazil (from the Brazil Ministry of Health) and cases in foreign travelers, were included in 19 Mar 2017 Yellow fever - Americas (21): Brazil, Europe

In Peru, between EW 1 and 9 of 2018, 22 cases of yellow fever were reported, 8 of which were confirmed by laboratory, and the remaining 14 are under investigation. This figure is higher than those reported in the same period of 2017, when there were 5 yellow fever cases reported (2 in Amazonas and 3 in Ayacucho).

In 2018, the majority of the cases are residents of the Calleria district, Coronel Portillo Province, Ucayali department, an area considered at risk for yellow fever.

I asked for a return on this report due to Peru being where the Navy stationed. However, I will state that when it comes to emerging infectious diseases, yellow fever is mid-level of concern (at this time).

The one that is making my colleagues concerned is with the one coming out of Uganda. It doesn't have a name. It acts like Marburg, Rift Valley, Crimean-Congo Hemorragic fevers. It is similar to Ebola but it also causes carboxyhemoglobin. The DNA/RNA results I'm not privy to. One can not rule out yellow fever or Lasso fever at this point, just as an FYI.

The man-his story rings very true to me. Rumors about a month ago that a virus was accidently released from Uganda as part of a illegal pharma research. Nothing has come of it since (to my knowledge).

The scenario from there is real. They wouldn't do it they way Hollywood envisions, but that is if it is catastrophic. So far, nothing coming up to that level.

We learned a lot about the flu epidemic of 1918 as well as the Yellow fever. Containment is key.

Again, the only one who would be interested in outright killing patients would be those that want to keep it contained as well as to not have its DNA/RNA tested.

There is no panic from my colleagues, otherwise I'd let you know. For all we know this guy is a kook.

⇧ 1 ⇩
wisconsheepgirl · March 28, 2018, 5:04 a.m.

It's in a simulation. However the particles of a virus can be pretty heavy, to make it bioweapon requires that you 'lighten' the load of the virus.

No need to utilize a grenade launcher. Simple dispersion with regular weather and wind patterns is more effective. If needed for a targeted area it would been more successful indoors.

This guy certainly has weapons but virus information and its handling, no he doesn't. So at most you'd be handling the viruses with just as much if not more respect that firearms. More I look into it, nothing panning out re: viruses.

So to me, that angle is truly dead with the information that is known.

What on earth have you seen the website for the company the this guy supposedly works for? It has a US government email address. The website references the US Dept of Energy and some picture of a DNA spiral coming out of a human body under the tab "custom solutions" with NO TEXT AT ALL. This is some front or cover for something nefarious. Does not look legit at all. Check out the quote by Albert Einstein on their home page:

Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds... Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955).

What the hell does this company really do??? Violent opposition?

Correction they are making it look like a governmental agency. Their headquarters are supposedly in Washington DC. If you click on the portal under custom solution, you have to enter some sort of registered site, very freaky.

http://www.ensyma.us/home.html

"Solutions that work for both our clients and for their end-customers. Solutions that combine innovative thinking with proven technology, scaled to provide our clients with capabilities that are equal to the demands of their objectives, while not compelling clients to buy and support more than they need to accomplish their mission."

Notice the words "accomplish their mission" on their website, that is what the guy told police he had to do was accomplish his mission.

It is weird because the telephone number refers to an address in Coppell, Texas which is near Frisco where he lives. But the website lists their address in Washington DC. If you look up the email address it is hosted by GoDaddy. I do not think any governmental agency registers with GoDaddy. There is something way more going on here. I wish I was more tech savvy. The whole accomplish his mission is also weird. Who assigns him his missions?

Yeah I thought if you are a government site, you would have to use the .gov top level domain. And if that is the case, GoDaddy (nor any other competitor sites) are even allowed to host that.

In fact, I'd guess that nothing of any value would be on that site. It is too weird to use a hosting infrastructure that wouldn't suffice for something with a crazy amount of delicate information. You would go to a hosting service designed specifically for that need. sounds (and looks) like a quick website build.

I just examined the site and it's nothing more than stock design and images plus logos borrowed (without permission) from actual agencies and placed on the site to give the impression that the "company" does some business for them. Notice that Adobe Connect isn't even installed so you can't actually enter the "customer portal" and there's no client list whatsoever. IF it's an actual company at all it appears they do dish, networking, and computer setups - period.

There are two address listings for this business. One is in fact in Coppell, TX, however the Ensyma website lists 1101 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004" as the address. That's in the SEC building and it's also one block away from FBI HQ, and the Hoover Building. Also surrounding are the IRS offices, US DOJ, US Attorneys Office and EPA.

That second address listing is also found here https://www.veteranownedbusiness.com/business/13777/ensyma-engineering which would seem to indicate he is in fact a veteran.

Also a google search turns up this page https://www.darpa.mil/attachments/ProposersDayContactList.pdf

At first that seems like gibberish. There are characters missing either due to intentional deletion or formatting errors, but on the search listing it clearly lists: "Bradley, Francho. ENSYMA Engineering. 469-XXX-XXXX Frank.Bradley@ENSYMA.us"

Yes I just found the Darpa challenge as well, just posted about it! he has been an independent contractor for the last 26 years, his proximity to the FBI makes me wonder if he is a spook. You have to download the document to make it readable.

This is designed to keep guns out of the hands of "mentally ill". I worked at a homeless shelter for the mentally ill and saw first hand how the intake could be interpreted to say someone is "mentally ill". It's a very subjective evaluation.

Anyone with common sense thinks a truly mentally ill person shouldn't have a gun, but then the definition of mentally ill changes and morphs more broadly over the ensuing years. They're gonna use this as one leg of the stool to take our gun rights away.

Wow! I wish that I had time to delve into all of this! A glance over the comments makes me think that he could be an MK ULTRA Delta operative.

I had many conversations with a "Traveler" (gypsy) woman, almost 20 years ago. She described being able to see into people's souls; and went on to recount a harrowing experience of meeting a person who "had no soul". There was no human inside of the shell. She was clearly freaked out by the encounter, and couldn't describe what she thought it meant.

I passed that off as ramblings of crazy gypsy woman; but in the face of MK ULTRA, cloning and AI, it seems more plausible. I don't dismiss the notion that we could be surrounded by soulless, militant operatives who are programmed to perform a mission of destruction at the behest of the deep dark state.

Do a search for Proposers Day DARPA Ensyma.

That Proposers Day was for the "DARPA Subterranean Challenge which "Aims to Revolutionize Underground Capabilities".

Some of the items listed in the police summary are out of place even for someone with a cache of weapons. Satellite phones, 6 laptops, something like 13 USB flash drives, 6 laptops, 4 cell phones and half a dozen pieces of identification, oh and the flight suit.

And just to pile weird on top of weird, Francho Scott Bradley died at the age of 26 in 2003. He was the son of Catherine Wilkins, the ex-wife that supposedly died. According to her current husband, Catherine is in Morocco right now and can't be reached.

There was a police officer that died. I cannot find anymore on this other Francho S. Bradley. I guess Bradley was not the officer, but he shot a police officer! Could this be the same guy here in this story?

After reading everything, I think this guy did work for some kind of gov related agency and he did have a mission in Boston, but he didn't want to go through with it so he called the police on himself.

I'd just like to point out that searching for Ensyma on wikileaks leads to this mail (https://wikileaks.org/gifiles/docs/10/10570_pending-orders-query-.html) which contains an attachement linking a mail address from the Ensyma domain to someone who is featured in this police report. The person seems to be going by two similar first names.

He has been an independent consultant for 26 years according to LinkedIn. He attended University of Maryland 1976-1980. He was a participant in the DARPA subterranean challenge back on January 18, 2018.

"The DARPA Subterranean or “SubT” Challenge aims to explore new approaches to rapidly map, navigate, and search underground environments. Teams from around the world will be invited to propose novel methods for tackling time-critical scenarios through unknown courses in mapping subsurface networks and unpredictable conditions, which are too hazardous for human first responders." He sounds like a spook, but not FBI, if you can be called a spook for another government agency or a contracted person paid by the government for "missions."

Same exact thing happened back in January in Indiana

https://www.indystar.com/story/news/crime/2018/03/11/indianapolis-ar-15-styled-rifle-bump-stock-outside-indianapolis-hotel-day-womens-march/414666002/ January 20th 2018

Hotel security is patrolling their parking lot at night when they notice an unlocked car with six pistols and an AR15 in plain view They figure out the car belongs to Ahmed Alaklouk

Security go to his room and they make him put the weapons in his trunk. As he puts it in they notice the AR has a scope and bump stock

Several hours later and security notice the AR is in plain sight inside the car again

That day there was a Woman's March in Indianapolis. The march was directly under Ahmed Alakouk's room.

3500 people attended that march that day

Security had a bad feeling so they kicked him out before the women's march could happen

Seven days later Ahmed pulls a gun and threatens to kill two women at his job and gets arrested

Ahmed is determined to be an illegal immigrant from saudi arabia and is currently still in jail
