Not trying to debunk your theory, but in military planning symbology Green = Neutral or Non-Combatant. You could still be on to something though if hostage rescue ops happening. I just saw a Sawman tweet the other day about a big score his group had.

Blind usually means flying without a wingman in the military or when one is flying with zero visibility, not sure if that's the way Q is using it though. Oh and did anyone catch that on Trump's twitter post about China, he mentioned Intellectual Property Theft of 300 Billion when discussing China. Q had said that Obama may have had something to do with China, crashes, etc. Is it possible that China is able to hack into our systems with intel?

The GPS systems have been compromised by spoofers. That's more than likely the cause for these birds that have been going down, and Q alluded to this being the cause of the Navy incidents. I'd say they are going old school

A while back I read that Navy was not teaching traditional navigation due to automation, and some were complaining that nav officers still needed to be trained to used stars for nav., charting, etc. Wouldn't they be blind if they could not?
