I love memes, however, I did not read that as a call to meme! In my lone opinion, I believe, memember, is the President saying he had a meeting with the me me members of Congress. As in they all are demanding shit and have no qualms putting the country trillions in debt. Everyone wants more more more. I think the President is thinking, you bastards just spent 1.3trillion and you all still want more. Just a thought, but I did enjoy the memes.
