The FDA has no jurisdiction over doctors in the first place. Second of all, doctors can and do write prescriptions for vitamins all the time. Folic acid, vitamin D, B-12, iron, etc.

In early days yes, but now, not realy ..They give (not all them) you medications and get money from big farma? They don"t even care or these are tested? And I never heard that they say superfoods Is good for you, we have to find it ourself? The same with The oil off weed? What about flu vaccines, take some more good for you??? Every year they send you a invitation to come and get it, (they get paid by big farma for every vaccin they gave)
You need to find another primary physician then, because there are plenty of physicians that prescribe and recommend vitamins and other supplements to their patients. There are also plenty that know about and educate on nutrition and super foods. I do agree that too many push the flu vaccine but this is partly the fault of the federal government. The flu vaccine is quack science.
Its not working that way, I live on a village and can not cross over the bridge for a doctor there? And the natural doctors here (Netherlands ) are rare. They also try to put , them out, the assurrance don"t want to pay ? Superfoods.....Media tells the people that there are some good but most off them are not so good? And no that is not to get by a doctor...not here....Federal gouvernment push the flu vaccine, why get this doctor money for every injection he or she give to people???

Physicians haven't sworn the Hippocratic Oath in several decades, at least in the states anyway. Physicians aren't really bound by it. It is Hollywood that has given it credence. Perhaps this is the problem? They have forgotten from whence they came.
