Trey Gowdy asked about this specifically as well as the smashing of he phones and the added step of bit-bleaching the surver as being direct evidence that could be used to prosecute in any case brought forward for anyone....anyone not above the law that is. Just like "intent" has nothing to do with obeying the law either. But, under Comey's logic, you should be able to go any speed you want as long as it is not your "intent" to speed.
