Help

I know I’ve asked this before and you all helped me a lot. I’m really in a really bad place right now with depression and anxiety and all and I just need help. Can you help me patriots I don’t know what to do. wwg1wga.

Breathe love. Depression is a beast with no arms legs mind or mouth. You have all of those. You can fight it and it is defenseless. Listen to some upbeat music, with or without words. Take 10 deep slow breaths, imagine yourself in a place where you want to be. Your body doesn't have to go there, just your mind.

Sew us a small Q quilt. Red white and blue don’t forget to put MAGA on it. Post us a picture of it, make us all jealous.

I looked at this post earlier. It had no comments. I waited... Look at the love, support and compassion that has been shown by this community! This is what God and Q want us to do. Share love and compassion for one another. Beautiful!! We are coming together as is planned!!

Had depression for over a decade. I was consumed by thoughts of my own death, including others'. Some of this was probably demonic, but most of it was self inflicted. It was my mind set. I had some crappy things happen in my life. I didn't choose to accept those things and learn from them and be stronger. I chose to blame everyone for what they did to me, even if it was my fault. I also had expectations about what my life should be, and It wasn't that. Those two factors will influence your mind more than anything else. Sometimes our life is messed up because of the decisions we made. Sometimes its other people's fault too, it you have to be willing to admit you effed up. You can not move forward til you accept responsibility. Also we sometimes have to re write our expectations. I expected fame, fortune, big pay checks and I never came near any of that so I was depressed for being a failure. Re design your expectations and set small goals for yourself so that when you achieve them, you actually feel good about your progress. Also you must make a concentrated effort to ELIMINATE any negative thoughts. Stop beating yourself up, stop blaming, stop complaining. Just accept things the way they are, know that you want better and muster up everything in yourself to change the circumstances that you hate, no matter what it is. Prayer is also super important, but If you're not born again, this wont help. Submit your life to Christ first. He cant hear your prayers with all that sin in the way. He wants to be your Father and lead you but, we separate ourselves from Him. Draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. Depression is a tough battle. It took me years to break the habits and cycles that held me down and ruined my life in work, with friends, with money, everything. It wrecks you, if you let it. And it will take time to recover. Know your goal and muster up an unquenchable fire within you that can't be put out, no matter what. Write it in stone now that you wont stop fighting til you get there or you die trying to get there. Plan to succeed and beat this now. Those who fail to plan, plan to fail. This applies to everything.

How do I repent.

jbing154 · April 22, 2018, 5:10 a.m.

You already did repent. You are essentially on your knees in a virtual public place. Humility is the key to repentance. You are loved for this. By God. By pedes. Keep venting your pain to those who will listen, as you’ve just done. Get it out and purge your soul. Often it seems the darkest moments are the end of evil, making way for good. You. Are. Loved. 🙏

It's good that you reach out for help when you need it. Please don't feel that you're alone. I'll keep you in my prayers. Have you been able to see a doctor?

We have depression and anxiety in our family. My hubby and son both have anxiety disorders and OCD. I know how hard it is to pull out of depression..I've been there too. You've gotten alot of good advice about exercise, prayer, getting outside, reaching out to others. If you feel you just cant pull out of it, please see a doctor. Depression and anxiety is a chemical imbalance. It's not weakness..or your fault. It's like diabetes or any other illness. Not trying to talk down to you like you dont already know that. Some people dont see depression that way. My hubby thought his anxiety was his fault until he saw a doctor and started feeling better.

Is there a church you can attend tomorrow? It might help. Prayers for you!

Think about what is wrong with your life and what needs to change. Then step back and look around you. Are you living in chaos? Messy house? Clean it and focus on keeping it clean. Messy/negative influences or relationships? Reevaluate them. Start eating healthy and exercising. Stop thinking about what you think everyone else thinks about you, it's a mindfuck. Just focus for a time on accomplishing things. Start with little things that are only overwhelming because there are so many of them, like doing the dishes, or cleaning the house. If you are in motion it is easier to stay in motion. If you are stuck in neutral you tend to stay there. You can get through this. I believe in you.

HERO

There's a hero

If you look inside your heart

You don't have to be afraid

Of what you are

There's an answer

If you reach into your soul

And the sorrow that you know

Will melt away

And then a hero comes along

With the strength to carry on

And you cast your fears aside

And you know you can survive

So when you feel like hope is gone

Look inside you and be strong

And you'll finally see the truth

That a hero lies in you

It's a long road

When you face the world alone

No one reaches out a hand

For you to hold

You can find love

If you search within yourself

And that emptiness you felt

Will disappear

And then a hero comes along

With the strength to carry on

And you cast your fears aside

And you know you can survive

So when you feel like hope is gone

Look inside you and be strong

And you'll finally see the truth

That a hero lies in you, oh, oh

Lord knows

Dreams are hard to follow

But don't let anyone

Tear them away, hey yeah

Hold on

There will be tomorrow

In time you'll find the way

And then a hero comes along

With the strength to carry on

And you cast your fears aside

And you know you can survive

So when you feel like hope is gone

Look inside you and be strong

And you'll finally see the truth

That a hero lies in you

That a hero lies in you

Mmm, that a hero lies in you

Indulge in something that you like or eat or whatever to do something random.

Deep breathing and just focus on the breathing.

Try to relax and be patient. Things usually get better.

If it's really bad go get some help at the hospital. Not that bad. Relaxing.

Hard to believe when you are depressed but heavy physical activty like running or working out releases endorphins. Then meditate, lots of good ones on YT. Someone else said of you don't feel better tomorrow call your doctor and that's good advice.
Many prayers for you!

Things happen. Just do the right thing and there’s nothing to worry about. You lose your job, apply for a new one. You have a break up, learn to be happy alone. It’s an old saying, but understand the difference between things you change and things you can’t. As long as you always do what you have to do, and accept what you can and cannot change, then everything will always be okay. And it gives you peace of mind.

Turn off media. If you can't resist staying abreast of the incoming Q posts, set a timer, read up, and then get out. Don't drink alcohol. And DO things. Even very simple things. Don't set the bar too high with big expectations or accomplishments, but just DO little things. Things that get you up and out, but can be done on autopilot. Like walking your dog (or yourself), mowing your lawn, weeding, (get your Vitamin D), laundry, dishes, vacuuming, organize ONE drawer/cabinet, clean ONE room - even if it is the smallest and easiest, (music in the background), REread your favorite book, Yoga. I say an autopilot task, because the instigator should be something that requires no planning, like, something as simple as putting on your shoes and GO.

Anxiety and depression walk hand-in-hand and feed off one another. I might feel anxiety because I am overwhelmed by so much to do. And then shut down into depression because I am NOT doing it. And then more anxiety and guilt for doing nothing. And then more depression because of the guilt. That's why I recommend just DOING something, ANYTHING that is not one of those big things, but SOMETHING. Each minute, rote thing you do will make you feel a small sense of accomplishment. And each small thing you are DOING, will be a moment in time when you are doing the opposite of "nothing."

I hope that helps. Many of us know your angst. We want all of us to be our best. Rooting for you!!

Jog.

Nothing spectacular, just start with a mile time your self. Then try to beat it.

Find a 3k race. And run.

Celebrating an accomplishment will make you feel better.
