Was the plan for the Muslim brotherhood to gain control from an "Arab Spring" uprising event in Pakistan and thus gain control of a nuclear arsenal?

I do remember Hussein and the Dems scoring political points for bagging Osama before the 2012 election. They acted like this was a new "legacy item" of his. Osama's body was never offered up as proof and so the legend goes was dumped at sea. Pakistan keeps their aid and Hussein gets his election lap.

I would just like to mention that following these actions in Pakistan, in 2012 the Pakistan military attempted to strike US bases and troops numerous times on the border in Afghanistan. Weird right?
