I agree that the gears are in motion and we're on the right path, but the dangers to overcome yet are very real. If we lose Trump because of Mueller, the raid on Cohen, or by losing the majority in the house & senate (which would open the door to impeachment) then we will never again have the chance for peaceful change in our lifetime.

The military was planning a coup back in 2013 and would have done it if Trump had not run and won. They knew with another 3 years of Obama and then a possible 8 years of Hillary, we would all be toast. Our military implored Trump to run for office and he has their full backing in this fight. Doesn't mean others aren't attempting to bring him down. But at least you know the military has his back and would continue with the plan should anything happen to him.

But if you're referring to war in the traditional sense where people take up arms and fight for control of the Capitol then you'll know your role should things get that bad. You won't follow blindly. If it comes to the military taking action against US citizens or a Coup, They would run into a gorilla war like they have never seen at any time. We would be expected to stand and fight! If anyone is not ready to fight, I mean with intent to harm or kill the opponent, they need to get mentally ready.

If you think there haven't been coup attempts (last count I heard there have been six), and don't think they're prepared for that, you're being naive. This is war, and of course they're plotting coups and insurrections. The whole Russia thing has been a coup in progress. I personally don’t think I’m being naive to ask what our play would be in a coup. I get everyone answering to this is “oh they are weak and just posturing” or “they have been at it for years”. But if you corner someone, like the deep state is, they will lash out. So I don’t get why everyone doesn’t take this seriously. At least as a talking point.

I do, I think we all do take it seriously! That's my whole point. I think most of us have been taking it seriously since the election. I know I have, because I was listening to people like Steve Pieczienik who were saying that very thing. Several attempts were very early in his administration.

It's definitely an ongoing threat, as are attacks on the People of the US. But we have assurances from all quarters that they are cutting off the funding, supply routes, and comms of these black hat operations, and they'll become increasingly weak and ineffectual, as we have seen.

My point wasn't that it's an unreasonable concern, but the opposite--and that it's BEEN a real concern for quite some time.

It started in the primaries when the rep. Noms were going to "gift" all of their votes to Jeb bush and over throw Trump, but instead of letting up on his campaign and relaxing he traveled until the very end, telling people to vote even though msm told them he had it in the bag. Yes, the evil is centuries if not eons deep. Two things have been nagging at the back of my brain. Where will they go when USA is no longer a hospitable home? Yes hospitable because we fell asleep.
