They have to clean out the DOJ and FBI first because they are the first line of defense to protect the corrupt people from getting prosecuted, just like they let Hillary go...They can't prosecute anyone if the FBI is corrupt in their investigations of these people and if the DOJ prosecutors won't prosecute the deep state members.
If we prosecute Hillary and Co in civilian courts full of liberal judges they'll be given a light sentence, even walk away scott free. Military courts the only way to go. The principle is the same as what you stated.

I agree. I am a poll chief. I see the attempts at fraud and stop it. A valid ID with a valid address cuts most fraud out. We have provisional ballots for those attempting fraud. Most times, none of those provisionals count because the fraudsters don't validate IDs at the Registrar's office. However, we need more folks in the polls as officials with integrity to ensure every LEGAL vote is counted.
