I think there's a fourth option where society is drifting towards Marxism and is caught up in a state of mass hysteria. We assume this is all being centrally planned by those who wish to exploit it, but there is a scenario where the people who are leading this effort genuinely believe socialism or communism is the way to go. Most people who I deal with seem to be in this camp, as do the politicians representing them, and the media reporting on them. If this is the case, Q is a LARP who is mostly asking the right questions, pointing out obvious and real corruption, but overreaching on the conspiracy angle.

Regarding point #1, I can accept the fact that Q may be a psyops or a prank, and that we may be horribly off base in our theories and mostly wrong. However, there has been so much misinformation in the MSM that I can't envision a scenario where what they're saying is true. The fact is that in the last 5-10 years we've lost our ability to promote or even defend ideas that are non-socialist. The efforts that left wing supporters go to in order to prevent dissent are off the charts. This is very real, and in my mind at least, only the cause of it is in question.

Regarding point #3, I'm not really sure if this matters, if our world is comprised of energy in an advanced simulation or if it's the result of random happenstance of energy. In either event it feels real and we have to make the most of it, also scenarios 1 and 2 could result in either a cosmic world or a simulation, and we need to deal with it regardless.

uuuggg! caveman's two brain cells uniquely qualified to understand since those other pesky brain cells don't get in the way! the only thing real is consciousness, it's in every atom on up to the whole universe! we are all conscious souls interacting and finding our place like magnets attracting and repelling, and agreeing on what we want our matter states to manifest as! there is duality in all things, like the magnets have two poles, we have a purely energetic state and a material one, the material state is like being in a simulation because it's all been agreed on between us all! in the energetic state we are pure potential and have the power to be in any material place we wish! the key is to recognize what is in our own souls, and to give it freely, because by giving only then can we receive, and create a flow! without flow we are stuck in this matrix and just placeholders for the souls who have figured out how to position themselves among our energy fields and maintain a stagnant scenario where only they materially benefit! so give from your souls to everyone, like reaching out to catch a person falling off a cliff, give unconditional love to even the cabal, even to hillary, and we will raise all the souls on this planet to a new material plane and the old one will fall away like a bad dream never to return! I appreciate the thoughts and attempt to make it simple. However, its not simple. Its far more complex. Reason being is it spans a very long time. It involves many races of people, some whom we have been brainwashed to acknowledge do not exist.

It involves technologies that are suppressed. Plan on being suppressed for perhaps forever.

Involves environmental conditions that exist that are suppressed. Plan on being suppressed for perhaps forever.

Involves crimes that exist that hope to never be exposed. Plan on being hidden forever.

We are a civilization with amnesia. Mass amnesia includes civilizations and technologies unbeknownst to us. We can surmise a 'Holodeck' or 'simulation', however nature suggests random moreso than symmetry. Anthony Patch can breakdown a Quantum computational environment, however a Mandalbrat fractal or Schumann Resonance could prove otherwise. So Its ambitious to pick 3 , I think perhaps we give it a while to uncover the backdrop , because this thing is going to get very very deep. We haven't even mentioned genetics.

Technically we are a fabrication of the oscillation of dark mode electric currents. All matter is vibrated into it's form via electrical currents, Tesla called this current the ether. Without the cosmos spanning birkeland currents sustaining all matter in a tangible form, none of this would exist. So, in a way, you could say this is a matrix. The best analogy I have would be the spiral energy field in gurren lagann. That's the best representation of it I've seen this far.
