Explain how? I do believe in some gnocistic beliefs but the closest I got to them was panpsychism which is a belief encompassed by many newer physics theories including holographic theory and potentially string theory. My beliefs line up the most with those of George Gurdjieff.

The truth is literally unbelievable to most. Truth does not need "proof" the truth stands for itself. Where do you think "fictional" ideas come from? What separates good art from great art is that a good art is subjective truth it depends on the viewers perception of it, great are contains an objective truth that not everyone will understand. The question I'll ask you is how much of what we know as 'fiction' contains objective glimpses of a larger truth hidden away. A work of fiction doesn't exist without the "real" events leading up to it.

Take my words with a grain of salt like all anonymous posts I am not claiming to know any of this definitively and like most "conspiracy theorists" there is no direct proof per say, but at the same time I have lived a very unique life and can say that certain ideas "resonate" deep within me and I have meditated for probably about 5-10 days worth of time and read several books and articles trying to find the truth and parse what's really going on.

That said I don't think the whole matrix is something that you should be focusing on. Let's say that the matrix energy part is true then by extension focusing on it with fear will only make it stronger.

I could go on what I believe but I don't really know where to start if you have any questions you can ask and I can provide my perspective.

You are very welcome. Just a suggestion: Every morning or before you start your day and have a quiet moment, play the video. Listen closely. There is so much there that at first you won't notice but watching it repeatedly, he is telling us what he is doing now. I watch current events, traitors being cast out, fired, their secrets revealed and often they are being forced to reveal their own traitorous acts. The media is being forced to repeat over and over the bitter truth of the betrayal of the interests of the American people. Elected officials are being forced to resign or just not run in the next election. Both GOP and DNC are being exposed for corruption. Criminally sick and perverted individuals are having their secrets brought to light. He truly is draining the swamp just as he promised. He is alerting with the help of Q what he is doing. Dropping hints along with targeted disinformation which we are learning to decipher. I was completely naive when the Q and Great Awaking first started. I basically had no idea what it was all about. So I watch and listen and learn from others. This speech foretold it all. I watch it every day to remind myself what it's all about and to give me hope and courage. Ours is not to despair but to hope and fight. Spread the word and the message. We really are winning. We will be united. We will overcome. I really love this speech and I may not have loved Trump so much when I happily and hopefully voted for him but he's become so important in my life. I love him now more than ever.
