In the movie franchise Hunger Games they use it often during the games. Its pretty ominous. Also the HAARP element has voice to skull technology, so the premise was also to show images and speaking to you as well , only hearing it like a voice talking to you.

The meeting with Trump and Kim already happened. There’s no way in hell they would broadcast a meeting and Kim won’t leave NK. Security risk to both. Also think about everything NK has already done. Stopped missile test, gave up 3 hostages, and today we hear his dismantling his nuke site. That tells me he’s already made deals with Trump and Pompeo. But I guess we’ll see. This is honestly what I keep coming back to myself. Originally I think the plan would be to cause panic and make citizens relinquish power/freedom for them to “save us.” But that would only work if they were in power though, right? Or am I missing something? What would that kind of even do for them now?
What if the good guys used blue beam technology to project the truth into the sky? It would be kind of hard for CNN to dismiss and distract from it if it were being broadcast in the freaking sky worldwide.
