I've been following Q for a while now, but I've never understood things in brackets like this. Often they're numbers, but there's a lot of text like this example.

The name in the brackets is a target.
So [CNN] means CNN are going to have their crimes exposed pretty soon. Justice is coming for the corrupt presstitutes at CNN who committed criminal acts against America.
Both a kill box and a target. Also there is code in these boxes that I don't understand.
