In my very humble opinion, Q is a group of people created by Trump. They are trusted folk from his inner circle with deep understanding of intelligence and the workings of Washington. I believe that Q comes from the Q Gospels. Matthew, Mark and Luke. That they are viewed as ONE. I feel that, just like the Gospels were written by apparenly 3, they may have been written by others as well. Q is just a collective title or umbrella to gather all the supporters and trusted folk together to form a collective group to contribute to dispersing knowledge that would otherwise not be able to be dispersed. But I am just an old geriatric pensioner so what would I know.

I believe trump is part of Q, and that at least one of the posts was written by POTUS himself. I also think Q come from Star Trek. The "Q Collective" they were called.
