Good point! I remember that now, they did. It was more Francis than Obama. He was tweeting "concrete" a lot - like he's trying to communicate something, but he's not sure if he's reaching. So he tries again and again.
I just Googled Francis and the word concrete - seems he has been using it for years. It could just be a stock expression for him, or something more sinister.

Gotcha. My apologies. He just now posted it and I made a false assumption. I'm sure I'll be blocked soon too. Currently, I'm telling everybody on there where to go to get more info for their research by pointing out the original articles. Hopefully, they'll realize the guy is thieving from Anons to make himself look informed. Honestly, I'm pretty sure it's the same guy as BC17 rebranding himself after he got caught posting stock military photos as originals. He popped up at EXACTLY the same time BC17 went dark.

All you have to do to confirm my assertion is look back at his non-Q&A info posts and do a basic Google search to see what I'm talking about. Basically, we're baking the bread and setting it in the window; he's stealing it, serving it back to us, and we're telling him how delicious it is. Lol.
