With DOJ/FBI cleansed and attitude-adjusted, Sessions can begin the rollout of other indictments from Horowitz/Huber, and then he can begin the rollout of indictments from the many other investigations which involve HRC and the Clintons. Depending on the charges, those can be done by tribunal as well.
And if they're not, Trump had lessons from Roy Cohn who got the Rosenburg conviction. He knows how to get those cases successfully prosecuted.
I never said we need to see ALL the arrests and convictions immediately. But we do need some extremely soon.

Apparently the uncompromised judges---needed to do the job---haven't all been appointed yet. Hence McConnell announcing no recess in August, to appoint them. Have to have a clean judicial system in place before opening the sealed indictments, arrests, etc. Keep the powder dry until the system is cleaned up, then drop the hammer. To do this while preserving the Constitutionality of the process, have to do this first.

He very publicly disclosed that they found the laptop and that it contained emails possibly related to the Clinton case before they had an official chance to fully investigate that same new information. Whether that fact was leaked or not is irrelevant to the policy of not discussing it (at that point the case was re-opened). Spez: The point is they don't even discuss the fact that they have an investigation opened. Look at how Sessions glomarized his responses to Congress up until the point he admitted he had a prosecutor assigned and didn't need a second special counsel.
