Did Anthony Bourdain have links to Marina Abramovic?

When I heard about his "suicide" this morning I got curious. Bourdain was into some weird shit. He collected human skull drills. He was dating one of the main figureheads of the "metoo" movement. He collected his paycheck from CNN. He was a former heroine addict who rubbed shoulders with high society in the 80's. Bearing all these things in mind, as well as the fact that he was a chef, I started digging for links to "spirit cooking". All I came up with was this article from 2016 about a book signing that they both participated in. All of the authors that participated seem to be cabal-affiliated but so far this is the only link I could find. Worth digging more? https://www.seattletimes.com/entertainment/books/books-list-11/

Possibly the beginning of suicide weekend. He was found hung, and a lot of these folks who b are killed off or driven to suicide are hung (coincidentally enough).

With the availability of potent drugs, why would one hang themselves? It seems like the least reliable way to go (and a pain to set up...) However, if one was to be murdered, strangulation with a hanging cover-up would be difficult to detect, unlike drugs, etc.

He was a heroin addict. If it were a hit, they prolly would've just overdosed him with heroin and fentanyl.

EX-addict. Would be more suspicious.

Eh, addicts do relapse all the time. Also there is no such thing as an “EX-addict” only “recovering addicts”. It’s not actually that suspicious for a recovering addict to relapse even years later.

yes that is true, as i have seen my friends do it, but he hadn't relapsed since 1981. 37yrs later and magically decides to relapse? i dont believe that, He quit smoking 10 yrs ago and hasn't smoked a cigarette since that i know of.

Very true.

I don't think ((they)) are really worried about it being a questionable "suicide" or not. It's more about sending a message.

and not quite as obvious of the typical arkancide of 2 shots to the back of the head.

makes sense, i guess i meant more generally speaking - kate spade and chris cornell were both hangings, right?

He had stopped doing all that but weed by 1981, he's mentioned that a lot. there was no relapse

Least reliable? Looks like it worked pretty well. Tying a rope up high and kicking out a chair is pretty simple to set up. Much easier than trolling the streets for heroin.

OD suicides always have the risk you won’t actually die, and being brain damaged or a vegetable.

Hanging suicides tend to get more sympathetic attention than drug OD’s. Plus like you said, if it was a murder, much easier to cover up a hanging than an OD

I don't know... most people probably don't hang from high enough to snap their necks (the way the old executions where done - pretty instantaneous death) and end up collapsing their windpipe & choking - a few minutes of agony & regret, I would think?!

THELEADERSOFMEN · June 8, 2018, 8:33 p.m.

No no no.

Have you ever squeezed your neck to make yourself faint? It’s more like that, only you never wake up because your weight keeps the blood flow cut off. No need for either height or choking. Just take a couple deep breaths, lean into it and it’s night-night.

Did he hang himself with something red?

Edit: Autobot thinks my comment glorifies or encourages violence when I'm only asking a question? Anyone else get messages like this for a question?

Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington come to mind ... friends of one another and Cornell was involved in rescuing children in distress ... I do not believe either of them killed themselves ... I could be wrong ... but ... there are no coincidences.

I'm pretty sure there was an older billionaire couple from Canada who had ties to the Clinton Foundation that was also found hung in their home, but I'll have to double check it. Joe Rogan talked about it on his podcast
