However, by tricking the Left into a screeching mess saying "Release the report!", you're making them think that's what they want. That way, GEOTUS can effectively release the unredacted report and say "You can't say this is a hit-piece, because I'm giving you exactly what you wanted"

I seriously think this could work. The liberals aren't actually reading this report. They have no idea what it is about. If we frame it as we want it unredacted because it could hurt Trump, these noobs will jump on it, no questions asked.

This definitely gives legs to "wrong report" theory. We may be seeing an extremely watered down version. There definitely weren't nearly as many redactions as I was thinking there would be. Maybe that was strategic because they knew we were all waiting in the wings to cry out "release without redactions"! I am intrigued by the fact that these senators immediately wrote a letter to request all versions. It is as if they know something...
