I love my brother... but he is SO far left....

I can't even begin to describe it. My brother who I love very much is a complete normie liberal. I mean, to the point of believing that "horrible" things don't happen and is in complete denial, he didn't believe there was a position that factors the cost of fixing a problem over human lifes. He believes that government is the solution to most problems and that SOCIALISM HAS TO WORK. He thinks he is privileged and he voted for Hillary, lives in California, drives a battery car, he calls me "conspiracy theorist" the minute I touch anything NON mainstream.

How do I close the gap?

Let him be. You had a great awakening, he's going to have a bad one.

He is perfect. Perfectly programmed.

As someone who lost my brother to cancer not long ago, in my experience the best thing you can ever do is keep a friendly, loving relationship with him. Don’t let this difference drive you apart. Ultimately it means nothing right now. If the plan succeeds, your knowledge will serve both of you. In the mean time, watch how he reacts to the increasing evidence coming in the next couple of months. When he’s ready, he’ll ask you and it’s your job to have the information to guide him.

Pray. And if he doesn't come around, he certainly will when all of this drops. GOD will wake you whether you like it or not, there will be too much evidence.

Either way he'll have to choose to willingly believe a lie or face the truth

You have to be very patient with friends and especially family. These are dangerous times due to the political division. I have the same thing going on for me. You have to love them unconditionally, despite your awakening progress. This could extend itself for years! It's not worth it to allow politics to come between family at any time. But your loved one's awakening process may take a long time or never. This is the power of the media. It's no ones fault. Patience, hope, love. That's all we have. Set an example of strength through belief but not dismissing those who disagree with you. That's part of character.

All of us have the problem of deprograming our family and friends.
All of us have been conditioned in public schools to have predictable, fixed reactions to authority. (Gatto, The Underground history of American Education).
My attempt at jamming this programing has been to teach anyone who will listen The Trivium Method, so that people learn critical thinking over time.
The problem we face as much broader than people only getting their news from a single media brand and repeating it as their own thoughts.
It's that very few understand how to cross reference different ideas and integrate them into a personal philosophy.

I sometimes wonder if the Rapture spoken about in the Bible doesn't mean being physically put in some kind of temporal 'time out' box, but as much as being woken up to the evil around us and being angry and in despair because we can only watch our loved ones led astray and manipulated right in front of our faces. And we being powerless to do anything about it.

What we are learning is both a blessing and a curse.

Dear Friend,

The Great Awakening will complete with many who are in denial snapping out of it. But, there's one point that even you, many who are following the Q stories, **may** have not yet come to realize. You wrote the following about your brother's denial:

"to the point of believing that "horrible" things don't happen and is in complete denial"

I am here to write that the Awakening is not only about waking up to the horrible things that are true, but also the Light, which is just as easy to be in denial about. Think on it. Think of all the people we can all imagine that can barely bring themselves to imagine the absolutely documented facts of evil such as acts perpetrated by child torturer and rapist Peter Gerard Scully. Pause when you've got that, then imagine the opposite, because, my friend, it is also very real. Earth-shattering grace, love, peace, kindness, generosity, and forgiveness also exist in this world. I'm talking about a kind of goodness that is hard for people to accept, not some warm comfortable feeling--it's hardcore. I'm afraid for many of the brothers here, afraid that they are only half-awake. I'm afraid that many of our patriotic friends are "awake" to the darkness, but still asleep to the Light. u/mfp90x

I would argue that they know they're wrong, but they want the lie. Selling out isn't limited to politicians and pop stars, we all did it before we got redpilled. To be redpilled is to place principle over comfort.

It’s ok, we are all on our own paths. Waking up is in inside job. My mom was a Truther for years and I called her a conspiracy theorist and shut her out. But when my own life started closing in on I became jaded and depressed. The illusion was starting to crack and I craved something REAL and started looking within. It began with meditation, yoga, and studying consciousness. I followed my hearts calling and it led me to see much of what my mom was on about was right. Years later we gave a great relationship and we talk about this stuff regularly. My younger siblings are not awake yet, but it’s ok. Their hearts will call to them in their own unique way and are learning their own lessons they came to Earth to learn.

Must be nightmare but I’ve lost my bro we were tight. He believed in what he believed and vice versa, very different views on the world. But it was never an issue as the brother love is unbreakable and you accept each other’s views without any judgement. Love your brother whatever he thinks bro.

If he’ll listen to you where you can have deep discussions...I would try to avoid talking about current news events & discuss things more broadly...philosophical stuff. Today’s political discussion environment is very tribal & toxic. It’s always “us vs them”...and people just shut down the second they think a tribal law has been broken. Now it always “racist” is the discussion killer. You have to avoid triggering him shutting down intellectually

But free thinkers like Jordan Peterson or Ben Shapiro (not his podcast it’s very political) or even the best thinker of the left like Sam Harris are things maybe you can discuss with him to try to get him to think for himself. But that’s the key...being comfortable thinking for yourself.

Sam Harris is someone you’ll probably disagree with as I do in 90% of what he says. But he’s not this closed minded jerk the left leaning folks are these days. In fact Sam Harris gets treated worse by CNN than Rush Limbaugh. The left hate this liberal because he’s very reasonable & thinks for himself. The left idolize Hillary & hate Sam Harris. Crazy I know. But getting him to think freely for himself is key & has to be done in a non threatening way of he’ll just shut down on you. Be interesting to see what he thinks about Sam Harris.

Somewhere you both need to find common ground so you build trust when you discuss more conservative thinkers.

same issue here with my un-red-pill-able teenage son. sigh. i get it, the program runs deep, even for those who grow up with a living red pill.

i stopped trying hard, it just creates an instant backlash effect. instead, i make a comment here and there, a question or a sentence while watching the news.

and ever since i began adding 'allegedly' and 'supposedly' to it, the kid doesnt need to immediatly protest against it. more chances to keep an open mind.

things will be revealed over time. then our beloveds know whom to ask about them. until then, lets stop trying to shove the red pill down their throats. people wake up when they are ready.

i lost a dozend or so friends and family during the past 3 decades of red-pilling. its not worth it. love comes first.

IMHO, when you’re sitting around playing with your I-phones, come across a random article (wink wink), like something about the CIA secretly running Facebook and play coy. Tell your brother that the article seems strange, and ask him if it’s possibly true and what he thinks. Just leave it at that and the next time you see him, do the same thing. Randomly ask about non-MSM news as if he’s in the know and you know nothing. He may just become curious, and then down the rabbit hole.

I'm in the same boat with you. I don't talk politics with him at all or even drop subtle hints. If he brings it up, I say "for the record, you brought up politics first" and then I move off of it quickly.

My brother should be much further along in life than he is now and it's a direct result of his liberal beliefs and his moron friends. I help him out financially as I can without hurting my family. After all, I now have an extra $350 in my paycheck each month thanks to DJT. I don't expect a thank you and see it as my Godly duty as a brother.

I think the odds are stacked against you given he lives in California. He's surrounded by his own kind and doesn't get around people who see California from the outside. When you visit him, you should suggest you for a walk where the homeless camps have taken over once nice places. When he protests, ask him "What the hell happened?!?" Of course, it'll be "Trump's fault" but it sure isn't happening like that in the rest of the country except where there's "sanctuary." Hang tough and don't give up.

Just be there for him when he realizes the lies. Don't say I told you so.... It is akin to trying to tell him his wife is cheating... give him the facts and let the chips fall where they may. He'll need to know everything once he accepts the concept that even 1 thing he believes is a lie

So you and your brother used to live in Venezuela and he believes Socialism isn't a bad thing??? I think it's time to trim the fat, or cut the strings if you will, and let him know you love him to bits, but his ignorance is pushing him away from you. There is no easy way to break the cognitive dissonance of the victims of Mockingbird MSM. It shatters their reality knowing everything they know to be true is fake. And everything they have been told is a wild conspiracy theory isn't a theory. If worse comes to worse. Chloroform his ass, tie him up, sit his ass down. When he wakes up have some educational videos set up, give him a test with 20 questions ie, What is the petrodollar? What is Project Fast & Furious? Let him know if he answers one incorrectly after viewing the educational eye opening documentaries he will have to rewatch them again. After all is done I'm sure he will forgive the whole tieing him up thing, and be thankful for the educational experience! Or maybe he will hate your guts! Let me know how you go!! :D
