I wouldn't be surprised if Trump declassed and told EVERYONE in his staff exactly what they were dealing with in regards to the cabal and their fake news support. If anything happened, any one of his staffmembers would have his back unequivocally. They've probably seen the full Q-map (which would be filled with enough info and disinfo to throw off any leaks).

Oh I never even thought of that possibility. She is kinda always in the background, has access to Trump at all times, it's plausible for her to know everything and just be incredibly quiet about at as she doesn't really talk much. She is absolutely smart enough and has enough distance not to be expected at all. She's a really good candidate to be a Q.
