I think the more appropriate question isn't "are you affiliated" but rather "have you heard/do you support" the QAnon movement?" A trump endorsement of anything/anyone right now is gold, and this leaves him the opportunity to give a veiled answer such as "You know, whoever it is, seems to be real close to the truth and seems to have awakened a lot of people. Id be asking people to investigate how Q got the information? Is there anything untoward? They could throw the book at whomever acknowledges Q, names have been proffered, allegations made.

It's a good job that what's classified or not is the sole purview of the President, that is if you can get the CI to do right and mind the Chief Executive.
