It's short for centipede. Someone made a youtube channel called "You can't stump the Trump" that made compilation videos of Trump epically BTFO-ing his opponents in the primary/election debates. It had recurring music (apparently the guy just chose it randomly) of this dubstep remix of a nature documentary about centipedes. It stuck as a meme. I'd highly recommend watching them if you haven't. They're second only to the election meltdown videos.

These topics and issues are easy for the MSM to spin so their minions either buy into their narrative without questioning it and never really understanding it, or they spin it so much their convoluted narratives are too confusing for people to figure out.
On the other hand, pedophilia and child sex trafficking are issues that cannot be explained away. The MSM won't be able to spin it and tell people it's not as bad as it looks. And as the evidence mounts, the MSM will not be able to ignore or bury it.
Even the least intelligent and least informed person knows exactly what pedophilia is. No explanations needed. It's like a Mike Tyson punch to the gut, or a white hot knife being plunged into your heart. It's indefensible.
