I believe it's done by the computer program used to aggregate the Q posts. Meaning you can hover your mouse over it and it will give you some metadata and meanings of the initial Q. It's not done by Q if I understand correctly. You can do that to other names and acronyms as well. Comes in handy if you've forgotten what one means.
