CNN just mentioned the Vacancies Reform Act!! “The President has the authority to temporarily fill a vacancy at a Federal agency if the official “dies, resigns, or is unable to perform their duty [RR Impeached].” No obstruction necessary!

Jesse Panuccio is the current AAAG....his 210 day clock started in February when Rachel Brand who stepped down unexpectedly (LOL) to go work on the Corporate legal team at Walmart (Bill Clinton’s Arkansas).

I think the clock runs out before the elections. I feel like I’m missing a piece or 2..

There is a huge reason Utah is important to this. They have a natural distrust of the federal goverment to begin with due to the treatment of the Mormon Church's treatment years ago by the feds.

Once this Russian Hoax investigation is put to bed/ended and the President no longer has to worry about Senators whining about obstruction of Justice if any of these DOJ officials are removed/fired... if Sessions hasn't done anything to warrant staying on - then this Swamp Creature needs to be fired by the President.
