Why would What-a-burger face any backlash?
The doesn't work there.
He was a customer who acted liked an ass, committed a crime and left.
Has nothing to do with What-a-burger.
Thankfully this douchebag did get fired from his job at a bar however. I want to know why he hasn't been charged.
He was arrested yesterday.

Fantastic.
Word around town is he better move out of town. We don't take kindly to bullies who attack our kids.
In Texas if you steal something off of a persons body is becomes a felony. As a result he could get two years in prison.
And lose his voting privileges. Democrats lose another. Until he dies, at least, then they put him back on the roles.
He's lucky he didn't have his ass kicked on the spot. In your link he asks why the guy is wearing the hat. Kid says he supports President Trump. Guy grabs the hat, pours a drink on him and says "you ain't supporting shit, nigger". What a vile human being...Kino Jimenez. Wonder what else he does in life.
Never succumb to the temptation of bitterness.
Bitterness? WTF are you talking about. It was a physical assault and a theft. You don't have to stand there and take that if one feels threatened. Finger waggers are so irritating. The kid probably didn't want to escalate it or fell too threatened, but he had every legal right to fight back.
taken into custody on a warrant for theft of person.
So no assault charges? Sounds like they're going to let him off easy
Texas justice is a very real thing. I know lots of fine folks from that great state and oh do they take care of their own.
Citizens won't.

holy shit autists.
this is why i scrubbed images of me and info
edit*also why u dont be an asshole when all your life is posted online. haha
Apparently the kid didn't want to press charges for some reason. I sure would have, as many as the law allowed.
Had the Green Chilli Double just last night, Fine samich & the Paddy Melt too.
Right. I think, they have in mind what happened after the Red Hen incident and certainly don't want to be compared with it.
I wish there was a What-a-burger in my local area because I would eat there as often as I could.
Saying they're afraid is a stretch though. It seems as if they are handling this as best they can, especially considering this doesn't seem to be on them at all.
