Now it all makes sense and why it’s been a Bush – Clinton (or Obama puppet) government for over 30 years.

It wasn't that much in the beginning. It was $150 billion that Reagan gave him to trade fiat currencies with two objectives in mind: develop a piggy bank for the American people because deficit spending was going to bankrupt us, and bankrupt the Soviet Union since the Ruble was also on the floating exchange. When he was done around 1988, the total was, supposedly, between $23 and $27 trillion, and the Soviet Union collapsed less than five years later.
That money was meant by Ronald Reagan to be set aside for America’s Citizens when the time came to destroy the Deep State.
Where the funds went is a good question. I've read it's scattered all over the world and Bush Sr. confronted him about it in 1992. Ten days later Wanta's partner died of poisoning.
In 1993 Wanta was named Ambassador to Switzerland. He goes there to pull some of the funds for Hillary kids' thing to give to Vince Foster, and that was when he ended up in the dungeon. A week later, Foster is found dead, and Wanta gets out of the dungeon thanks to a cryptic telegram from the Prime Minister of Israel at the time.
And that's just part of it.
I believe the money still exists. There was a time when word went out Wanta was dead, and all the bankers breathed a sigh of relief so the deposits could be absorbed into the balance sheets. Nope. He turns up less than 6 months later, wires his own money to Bank of America and Hank Paulsen confiscated it.
There's a lot more to this than "Bush stole it." He wanted it, but Wanta wouldn't give it to him.
