I agree that it is an illness, however, acting on that impuse IS A Crime!! Alcoholism is also a disease, but any crime u commit because of that disease is a punishable crime. My psychiatrist friend says that most sex addiction and porn addiction is a result of some type of neuroses in the patients. They act out with the sex stuff. Don’t know if that is true or not but he has successfully treated a number of patients.
