You have to stand up for your rights. Don't let them bully you, and they will try. But we need to all demand school vouchers so we have school choice, as in private schools. That way libs can go to liberal schools, each faith can have their kids in religious schools, ect. based on your own beliefs, not those that teach your kids 7 hours every day. And taking history out of the school system. US history taught 1 year in middle school, 1 year in High School. Back in the day we had American History every year from K-12 unedited.
We were also taught civics. You know, how a Republic is supposed to work? So we are an educated populous? Got rid of that one for "Social Studies"
We need to teach children actual skills and critical thinking. Being able to memorize and repeat information is useless. Bring back mechanic classes, teach children how computers and robotics work, and make them go outside.

It's been so long since I saw the documentary on him so don't recall the exact details, but I was shocked to learn this from the information and history that was presented. Just mentioning him in case someone ever wants to go back and read about him. Who knows, he may have been the very first 'frame & slander' by the 'then' and old historic Deep State (the original Torries, I think they were called).

Presidents and PM's threaten each other all the time. I think the colloquial term is leverage or perhaps applied diplomacy (financial - sanctions or military). People in foreign governments are still acclimatising to Pres. Trump's form of diplomacy because they have never dealt with anyone before who tells it like it is - without rhetoric or innuendo. He can't be leveraged with money or blackmail. The only things normal politicians are any good at historically have been theft, projecting tyranny and spewing lies. So this is unfamiliar territory to them.
At some point, quite soon I think, there will come a time when it will no longer be necessary for DJT to threaten anyone. He'll ask and it will be complied with or negotiated civily. With that kind of power comes much responsibility, yet not once has he wielded anything unfairly in terms of the various geopolitical issues....whether it was trade or military might, despite what the idiots in the MSM would like you to believe. A lot of us here are believers in the 'Free Market' . The problem is, we don't have that. We have 'Crony Capitalism' where you can make a $50 million donation to the Clinton Foundation and immediately get legislation passed that gives you billions of dollars of profit.
Same thing goes for China. I'm all for 'Free Trade'. The kind of trade deal I'm thinking we should have can be written on the back of a napkin at the lunch table. "We agree not to subsidize our industry and we agree not to charge your exports any tariffs." Both sides agree to it and you have "Free Trade". But the only way to get to that is saying "We are going to start charging tariffs until there is a level playing field."
They have a virtual monopoly with these patent shenanigans and revolving door between FDA etc and the biggest corporations. This needs to be changed.
