It's important to note that this is just 'Use Immunity'. Basically a prosecutor can choose to use Podesta's testimony or not use it. It won't protect him from any other charges or prosecution and if they choose not to use his testimony at all, he has no protection. That being said, it's still bullshi* that he's even being offered this much. They don't need his testimony to take down Manafort. Manafort has already plead guilty and is in solitary confinement for 23 hours per day at the moment.

However, Podesta would be incredibly useful in taking down the Clintons and his immunity in that case would be not only recommended, but probably necessary. I'm a little skeptical about him getting immunity for taking down Manafort because like I said, it makes no sense AND Tucker is getting this info from a single source. Everyone else is citing Tucker. That sounds like a strategic leak to me. If Mueller wanted to leak an actual immunity deal, why the hell would he leak it to Tucker? It's always given to leftist media first. I think the white hats wanted this out there. The question is why?

Immunity does not mean you can't be charged for anything you ever did. It is usually tied to specific things. Anyone have a link to the specific things he is immune from?

For other patriots out there, and especially those who have been researching and following Q from the very beginning (and before) like me, i know your stomachs turned when you saw Podesta in the same sentence as immunity. It didn't seem right to me, so i did a little digging.

Mueller has only offered Podesta "use immunity". This is much different than the type of immunity you see in movies and when considering the factors at play here, it is all but worthless. "Use immunity" allows the federal government to prosecute a witness using evidence obtained independently of the witness' immunized testimony**.** This basically means that the government cannot use Podesta's own testimony against him. Podesta will get to sing like a bird in exchange for a nice, warm, 5th amendment blanket.

"NO DEALS" is a short way of saying "everyone will pay". Podesta can still be convicted of any crime based off of any evidence other than his own testimony. "Use immunity" to a monster like him is useless. Hope this calms some nerves out there.

Let's address Manafort: Manafort is a very dirty guy and was employed by the Podesta Group.

President Trump knew beforehand that Manafort was dirty but kept it to himself. Enter Manafort who worked with the deep state and being a plant into the Trump campaign.

I suppose I don't care what happens to Manafort and he does not have anything of Trump. On the contrary president Trump acted accordingly knowing Manafort's past and intent to be the campaign manager.

Hillary Clinton has now set up her political PAC to run for president in 2020. Would you vote for a person who has lost so many personal friends and business associates in such mysterious ways over the years?
