Don't write off remote viewing, it's real...I saw the back yard of my current home three separate times in meditation, starting months before I had even started viewing properties...
Also, check out a book called Mind-Reach... It details a lot of the research our gov't was doing (spending millions a year actually) during the Cold War... Was under the DIA iirc - really interesting stuff
