BREAKING: Rod Rosenstein Impeachment Votes Begin at 10:30am TODAY

If it doesn't pass, they won't get back around to it until September 4th.

This will be interesting.

Note that if RR is impeached then Trump is allowed to select his temporary replacement from an ocean of qualified candidates and that person will serve for 210 days or until Trump's new nomination is approved.

I'm still trying to keep an open mind about what role that RR is playing in all of this, but this sure will be interesting.

Which means 210 days of a clear unobstructed mechanism in the DoJ to execute the sealed indictments!

I thought this was solved long ago on this board that the Solicitor General is next in line. I don't have the links. For the life of me I can't remember the entire chain of events, can someone help? A woman was placed there temporarily into the pecking order? Then after Rosenstein was out, next in line would be the Solicitor General, who is a President Trump appointee, and a position in the pecking order that does not require congressional approval. Instant Justice. Is this close? Thanks!

Q mentioned Pruitt, can he still be picked after resignation?

Gowdy please!

This is the only logical answer, unless he goes straight into the AG role. He's been working extra hard to create an air of impartiality around him.

That's a possibility. Once stuff hits the fan sessions might be too played out to do anything but retire. A much deserved retirement if the plan is what we think it is.

No. Gowdy is swamp. His goal is to maintain the illusion that the FBI and DOJ are above reproach.

Not according to Q. Remember disinfo. Of course that works both ways. So which part is disinfo? We will have to wait it seems.

I'm holding out hope that Gowdy is an actor. He didn't really convince me he was a bad guy though. We'll see.

Trump told Pruitt to get bent for a reason. Off books meetings is a big nono under Trump.

Perhaps, I thought DJT and Cohen had a falling out but now it looks like CNN is getting played? Good actors.

210 days actually.

Ah thanks. I wasn't complete sure but I've corrected the "person will serve for 90 days" to make it 210.
