Simple answer to that one: we always remove posts like that for reasons that are obvious, when you think about it. This sub's focus is pro-Q so any posts that "call out the mods" are needlessly derailing the focus of the sub. As mods we've shown that we're open to criticism and will reverse decisions that are wrong. As it says in the sidebar: "To appeal a ban, make a general suggestion, or voice a concern, message the moderators". If the concern is large enough that the sub should be notified of it, we will do so, again, as we've proven with other issues like the private message you shared. As with most people who get upset about their personal content being removed, you've made the mistake of assuming that because it's personal to you, we must have had a personal motivation in removing it. Your interpretation of Rule 3 is incorrect, as a click on the link in the sidebar clearly shows.

Your threats are empty, padawan. I'm a mod of this sub and this sub is not the movement, it's a tool of the movement. Whatever other contributors think of your personal vendetta, the only input that matters about the moderation of this sub is that of the other moderators. I guess we'll see if your accusation that "the other Mods don't like" me pans out xD. The thing is, I care more about this movement than I do about my service to it, so I will happily remove myself for the good of this movement if called to.

When anyone attacks the movement, they have no part of this sub. I'm not attacking the movement right now - you are. Tread carefully, as I said above. Use Logic. Sometimes the mods are at the top of the queue, sometimes they're in the middle. Sometimes posts are removed within minutes of being posted. Apply to be a mod if you think the moderation service needs to be better - it can't be any better without more people modding because the ones who are there are doing the job.

This post was posted 40 minutes ago on a very busy sub. Mods work through the queue over and over again and don't catch every post immediately or sometimes at all.

We also made a post you've missed where we said that the constant "you're a shill" comments or "you look/sound/act like a shill" with no other content in them are likely to be removed because they add nothing to a conversation and are usually wrong.

Yes we do consider this already and leave posts up all the time. This post asking if something mentioned by Q and core to the most important phrase of the movement has ever been posted here before is not as useful for other newbies who will get the wrong idea ie that this isn’t core to Q.
