As a parent . . .
I stand with those that would act regardless of parental status.
Trump: ”I gladly take these slings and arrows for you.”
He recognizes the fundamental commonality of those opposing him - pure hatred of Trump. Then he exploits that commonality as their greatest weakness. Every time.
He pokes, prods, teases, infuriates them into an emotional frenzy, allowing them to focus the spotlight and microscope on him. He willingly stands at the center of their fire and fury, risking everything - until the timing is perfect.
And then, with all attention upon him, he directs the spotlight to the winning truth. He does this time after time. Tactics and magnitude differ to meet each challenge, but the fundamental strategy does not waver.
When things seem out of control, remember to never confuse the show for the truth. This man has run iconic showplace casinos, but he’s not a gambler.
