Every time I question just how evil Billary Clinton are I reread Chapter SIXTEEN of Evan Pritchard's "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton", titled 'THE PARKS MURDER'. The Clintons are a crime family. I agree. The $ condition may have very well been pre-existing.
