QAnon, which holds that a military intelligence team is using the message board 8kun to leak clues to their upcoming (and forever delayed) purge of deep state sex traffickers, has grown explosively on Twitter since late 2017.

Twitter has outsized importance in the Q movement, as popular QAnon promoters use it to decode Q’s posts, share videos and memes, alert Q acolytes to possible deep state “comms” hidden in tweets, and attempt to win over new converts.

From March to June 2020, there were over 12 million tweets that mentioned Q or one of its associated catchphrases, according to a new report from extremism research think tank the Institute for Strategic Dialogue.

Maddie suspect's 'secret cellar': Madeleine McCann police dig up basement beneath foundations of demolished building on Christian Brueckner's old allotment that has remained untouched since the year toddler vanished

Madeleine McCann investigators have found a hidden cellar at the German allotment where kidnapping suspect Christian Brueckner allegedly lived in 2007.

Police discovered the basement in the foundations of a building near Hanover which neighbours say was demolished in late 2007 or 2008, shortly after Brueckner left.

The cellar was not filled in when the building above it was torn down, meaning it could have been untouched since the year Madeleine vanished from her Praia da Luz holiday apartment in May 2007.

Detectives have been removing slabs of building materials in a two-day search of the vegetable garden, accompanied by specialist search dogs that look for dead bodies and computer equipment.

Officers were seen carrying large blue bags away from the site during the search on Wednesday.

Wolfgang Kossack, 73, who owns the plot next to Brueckner's former allotment, told MailOnline that Brueckner had lived off-grid at the site in 2007 and talked about planning his return to southern Europe.

Mr Kossack said he only realised the link to Brueckner this week when police started digging up the allotment, saying: 'I remembered his face from the pictures in the news. And I remember his van and his dogs. I had completely forgotten about him up until then.'

Last month a former friend of Brueckner reportedly claimed the kidnap suspect told him he had a cellar at a different property which he wanted to line with metal sheets 'like Josef Fritzl's'.

Brueckner - who is currently in jail in northern Germany - is suspected of killing Madeleine after she vanished in May 2007 - the same year that Brueckner lived at the allotment.

Local media says the search at the allotment is due to end tonight, but police have not revealed what they are looking for or whether they have found it.

Obama, who has carefully calibrated his public statements since leaving office to avoid being pulled into one-on-one combat with a current president looking for a foil, is considerably more caustic when the cameras are off, according to people who have been on the calls and notes made from recordings.

During his conversation with Pritzker, Obama spoke about how Trump has a core base that “filters out any contradictory information.”

“It’s just glued to Fox News and Breitbart and Limbaugh and just this conservative echo chamber — and so, they’re going to turn out to vote,” Obama said. “What he has unleashed and what he continues to try to tap into is the fears and anger and resentment of people who, in some cases, really are having a tough time and have seen their prospects, or communities where they left, declining. And Trump tries to tap into that and redirect in nativist, racist, sexist ways.”

Obama’s office did not dispute his private comments but declined to comment further.

German police end garden search in Madeleine McCann investigation

Berlin — German police investigating the 2007 disappearance of British girl Madeleine McCann in Portugal have ended their search of a garden plot on the outskirts of Hannover, northern Germany, prosecutors said Thursday.

The investigators left Wednesday evening, a spokeswoman for the Braunschweig prosecutor's office said. She didn't give any further details on the specific motive for the search or whether police found anything related to their investigation.

Police started searching the garden on Monday, but prosecutors only said that the activities on the site were connected to their investigation.

Also revealed in the trove of documents the NSA posted is the origin of Israel’s oft-repeated credo that it would not be the first to introduce nuclear weapons — a deliberately ambiguous statement that left Israel room to develop the weapons, but not arm them.

Shimon Peres, then the deputy defense minister who later would lead the country as prime minister for two stints and then become president, improvised the statement when he was surprised by Kennedy during a meeting Peres had scheduled with Kennedy’s adviser, Myer Feldman, who also functioned as the administration’s liaison to Israel and the U.S. Jewish community. Unbeknownst to Peres, Kennedy and Feldman had planned the “surprise” encounter.

According to a Hebrew-language Foreign Ministry of Israel account of the April 2 meeting, Kennedy asked Peres into the Oval Office for 30 minutes and questioned him on Israel’s nuclear capacity.

“You know that we follow very closely the discovery of any nuclear development in the region,” Kennedy said. “This could create a very dangerous situation. For this reason, we monitor your nuclear effort. What could you tell me about this?”

While my time here has now come to an end, I want you to know that in the last days and hours of my life you inspired me. You filled me with hope about the next chapter of the great American story when you used your power to make a difference in our society. Millions of people motivated simply by human compassion laid down the burdens of division. Around the country and the world you set aside race, class, age, language and nationality to demand respect for human dignity.

That is why I had to visit Black Lives Matter Plaza in Washington, though I was admitted to the hospital the following day. I just had to see and feel it for myself that, after many years of silent witness, the truth is still marching on.

Emmett Till was my George Floyd. He was my Rayshard Brooks, Sandra Bland and Breonna Taylor. He was 14 when he was killed, and I was only 15 years old at the time. I will never ever forget the moment when it became so clear that he could easily have been me. In those days, fear constrained us like an imaginary prison, and troubling thoughts of potential brutality committed for no understandable reason were the bars.

Though I was surrounded by two loving parents, plenty of brothers, sisters and cousins, their love could not protect me from the unholy oppression waiting just outside that family circle. Unchecked, unrestrained violence and government-sanctioned terror had the power to turn a simple stroll to the store for some Skittles or an innocent morning jog down a lonesome country road into a nightmare. If we are to survive as one unified nation, we must discover what so readily takes root in our hearts that could rob Mother Emanuel Church in South Carolina of her brightest and best, shoot unwitting concertgoers in Las Vegas and choke to death the hopes and dreams of a gifted violinist like Elijah McClain.

Like so many young people today, I was searching for a way out, or some might say a way in, and then I heard the voice of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on an old radio. He was talking about the philosophy and discipline of nonviolence. He said we are all complicit when we tolerate injustice. He said it is not enough to say it will get better by and by. He said each of us has a moral obligation to stand up, speak up and speak out. When you see something that is not right, you must say something. You must do something. Democracy is not a state. It is an act, and each generation must do its part to help build what we called the Beloved Community, a nation and world society at peace with itself.

Ordinary people with extraordinary vision can redeem the soul of America by getting in what I call good trouble, necessary trouble. Voting and participating in the democratic process are key. The vote is the most powerful nonviolent change agent you have in a democratic society. You must use it because it is not guaranteed. You can lose it.

You must also study and learn the lessons of history because humanity has been involved in this soul-wrenching, existential struggle for a very long time. People on every continent have stood in your shoes, though decades and centuries before you. The truth does not change, and that is why the answers worked out long ago can help you find solutions to the challenges of our time. Continue to build union between movements stretching across the globe because we must put away our willingness to profit from the exploitation of others.

Though I may not be here with you, I urge you to answer the highest calling of your heart and stand up for what you truly believe. In my life I have done all I can to demonstrate that the way of peace, the way of love and nonviolence is the more excellent way. Now it is your turn to let freedom ring.

When historians pick up their pens to write the story of the 21st century, let them say that it was your generation who laid down the heavy burdens of hate at last and that peace finally triumphed over violence, aggression and war. So I say to you, walk with the wind, brothers and sisters, and let the spirit of peace and the power of everlasting love be your guide.

Criminal case opened against FIFA president Gianni Infantino

GENEVA (AP) — A criminal case against FIFA president Gianni Infantino was opened Thursday by a Swiss special prosecutor, plunging world soccer’s governing body in a new scandal.

Mega-donor George Soros (right), who funded the ongoing Ferguson protests, has waded into the St. Louis City circuit attorney election, funding a television ad for state Rep. Kim Gardner (left). Gardner will compete with three others in the primary election Aug. 2.

At least one ad funded by by Soros’ Safety and Justice committee has been created for Gardner. The ad focuses on Gardner’s plan to Kim Gardner’s Plan to focus on mental health care for non-violent offenders, increase public accountability and to crack down on gang violence.

“Together, we can make St. Louis safe by being smart and tough on crime by reforming a broken system,” she says in the video.

Safety and Justice, which paid for the ad, reported $30,000 in contributions since it was formed April 21. In the July quarterly filings, it reported spending $26,700 on NGP VAN, a Washington-based liberal campaign consulting company and Gordon Loewen Research, a political, focused on progressive issues based in Minneapolis.

Wednesday, Gardner’s campaign reported a $67,693.23 in-kind contribution from Safety and Justice, likely related to the media buy.

So far, time for the ad has only been purchased on cable stations, totaling $52,000 on Charter Communications stations in St. Louis. The ads will run through the primary election.

This isn’t Soros’ first foray into a local prosecutor election over the past couple of years. He’s funded candidates in places as different as Houston, Texas; Albuquerque, New Mexico; two races in Mississippi; Bossier City, Louisiana and Chicago.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Soros also funded multiple groups, including Safety and Justice California, to support the state’s Proposition 47, approved by voters in 2014 and which reclassified possession of heroin, methamphetamine and other illegal drugs, and theft of $950 or less, as misdemeanors in California.

The goals of Proposition 47 coincide with the goals of the candidates Safety and Justice has supported — mainly reforming the criminal justice system and moving away from jail time for low-level offenses.

However, some of Soros’ projects have earned him backlash from critics who say those groups extended the Ferguson unrest.

“In all, Mr. Soros gave at least $33 million in one year to support already-established groups that emboldened the grass-roots, on-the-ground activists in Ferguson, according to the most recent tax filings of his nonprofit Open Society Foundations,” wrote Washington Times columnist Kelly Riddell in 2015. “The financial tether from Mr. Soros to the activist groups gave rise to a combustible protest movement that transformed a one-day criminal event in Missouri into a 24-hour-a-day national cause celebre.”

Local police groups have noticed the connection as well and were upset with Gardner’s acceptance of the donation. Joe Steiger, president of the St. Louis Police Officers’ Association, said the contrbution was a “problem”

“It’s kind of insulting to our members, if I’m being completely honest with you,” he said. “Out all races the circuit attorney race probably affects the police the most and for her to take money from out of state activists is a problem for us.”

“It caused problems, not only for police officers, but put peaceful protesters in harm’s way,” he said referencing Soros’ money connection to the Ferguson unrest. “It’s just a problem to be accepting money from someone who’s promoting that type of activity.”

Soros’ injection into the race in St. Louis could have a significant impact. His $67,000 contribution to Gardner more than doubles her available cash on hand, which was $63,000 in her July filing report.

She still sits behind Mary Pat Carl, currently the lead homicide prosecutor in the city, who reported $145,000 cash on hand last week. Gardner is also competing against Patrick Hamacher ($57,000 cash on hand) and Steve Harmon ($19,000 cash on hand).

Here’s a headline you likely saw over the past 24 hours about what’s happening in Florida.

“Florida sets new daily mark for COVID-19 deaths while DeSantis finds ‘positive trends.’”

The Tallahassee Democrat, which ran that headline, goes on to say that “Gov. Ron DeSantis, who has been sued by the state’s largest teachers union over his administration’s order to reopen schools next month for in-person classes, went to an Orlando hospital Tuesday to highlight what he called ‘positive trends’ in hospital admissions in Central Florida.”

Note the sneering attitude. Deaths are skyrocketing while an out-of-touch Republican governor talks about “positive trends.”

On Wednesday, Florida reported a record high 216 deaths and “the grim news comes a day after the state set the record with 186 virus-related deaths,” as NBC Miami put it.

In fact, the record high for the daily number of deaths in the state appears to have been on July 16, when 123 people in the state were known to have died with the disease.

As of Wednesday night, Florida’s COVID-19 surveillance dashboard showed only 13 deaths on July 28.

I expect an EO to come out making Hydroxychloroquine an over the counter drug.

There are likely many other Executive Orders that will come out in the next couple of months that we do not even know about.

Why has POTUS waited so long?

It is obvious that POTUS wants to do things close to the election, but there is possibly a bigger reason.

We know that Chief Justice John Roberts is compromised. It is obvious from his recent decisions, but we also know that John Roberts is one of the names that appeared on the Jeffrey Epstein Lolita Express flight logs. This makes it likely that John Roberts is being blackmailed.

Today the court documents in the Jeffrey Epstein case were supposed to be released. There was a decision by the judge last night to grant a two-day extension for an appeal. We do not know exactly when these documents will be released, but it is likely going to happen soon.

Why is this important to the topic of Executive Orders?

If the Epstein documents are released and John Roberts is implicated in those documents, he will likely be forced to resign.

With John Roberts gone, the Supreme Court will be deadlocked at 4-4 (liberal versus conservative judges).

This gives POTUS for a short time the ability to sign a number of Executive orders that are based on existing laws that will not be overturned, because in a deadlock the petition fails.

In other words, if an EO is challenged in front of the Supreme Court and the decision ends in 4-4, the challenge fails.

The removal of John Roberts would actually work in favor of POTUS’ Executive Orders.

Now POTUS can’t simply rule by fiat, but he can use existing law and his executive powers to accomplish many things with Executive Orders that Congress is negligent in doing.

This is a temporary solution, but a powerful one.

After the election, when we finally have a Congress who will be working for the people and not to support their own corruption, Trump will ask the Congress to do its job and pass laws to fix all these problems.

However, Trump is not going to wait.

He is going to fix many problems between now and the election through Executive Order.

I am convinced that he has many Executive Orders teed up ready to go.

The stage is almost set.

The chess pieces are almost in place.

On a regular basis, members of government — a government we are told exists to protect society from chaos — are caught preying on society’s most vulnerable. Spackman was caught with over one million child porn images — including of 12-year-old girls being raped — and he walked free this week. According to authorities, Spackman was part of an underground internet network called The Other Place. In 2017, a police investigation found Spackman in possession of over one million images and videos at his home on a whopping 68 different electronic devices.

Judge Peter Johnson, of the Exeter Crown Court in England, where Spackman lives, noted that this was ‘an astonishing number’ of images and videos. Despite the judge admitting to the utterly shocking nature of Spackman’s crimes, he let him walk free.

'Dr. Harvey Risch, a noted Yale epidemiologist, has accused White House coronavirus task force member Dr. Anthony Fauci of waging a "misinformation campaign" against the drug hydroxychloroquine, claiming the medication has shown consistently encouraging results in treating COVID-19 when used properly.

Hydroxychloroquine has been at the center of a protracted political debate since March, when President Trump cited the drug as a promising possible treatment for the novel coronavirus. HCQ has long been used by doctors to treat malaria along with other syndromes such as arthritis and lupus. The World Health Organization lists it as an essential medicine, while nearly five million Americans hold prescriptions for it.

Since Trump's speculative endorsement of the drug, media outlets and medical officials have for several months aggressively promoted various medical trials that have determined the drug has no effectiveness in fighting COVID-19; many commentators have also insisted, in spite of the drug's decades-long safe track record, that it is too dangerous to be used to cure the disease.

Among the drug's critics has been Fauci. In March, the longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infection Diseases dismissed claims of HCQ's effectiveness as "anecdotal" and has periodically voiced that skepticism over the course of the pandemic.

On Tuesday during an interview on "Good Morning America," Fauci further downplayed the drug's purported benefit, claiming that "the overwhelming prevailing clinical trials that have looked at the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine have indicated that it is not effective in [treating] coronavirus disease."

Drug is 'the key to defeating COVID-19,' says infectious disease expert

Risch, however, is sharply criticizing Fauci's approach to evaluating the drug's effectiveness, arguing that repeated trials and tests have shown that it is markedly effective at treating COVID-19 so long as it is administered properly.

Risch, a professor of epidemiology and the director of Yale's Molecular Cancer Epidemiology Laboratory, has been pushing for the drug's use in the fight against the coronavirus for months. Last week in a Newsweek op-ed he called HCQ "the key to defeating COVID-19," claiming its use — particularly when administered with one of two antibiotics and the nutritional supplement zinc — has been "shown to be highly effective" in treating high-risk coronavirus patients.

The disciplinary committee went on to rule that despite the charges, Barkai did not pose a danger to children as he had not been accused of physical acts against minors. As a result, it ruled that the pediatrician’s license should only be stripped for two years, and by July 2013 Barkai got his license back….

However, senior officials in the Health Ministry have come to Barkai’s defense. In 2014, the Health Ministry’s senior vice president of Administration and Human Resources, Dov Passat, submitted a letter to the disciplinary committee asserting that there should be nothing preventing Barkai from applying for tenders for positions as a pediatrician. The letter was submitted by Barkai as an official position of the Health Ministry to the Petah Tivka Magistrate’s Court, which ruled in 2018 that he be granted an exemption from the ban on employing convicted sex offenders as he does not pose a risk to the public, even if he works as a pediatrician.

In late 2018, a medical board voted unanimously to award Barkai a position as medical supervisor at the Health Ministry’s student health services department in the northern district. The Civil Service Commission subsequently interfered and blocked the appointment, stating in a 2019 hearing that “while the job at hand does not require clinical care for children, its core is oversight of student services and some of its assignments take place on school grounds and during the school day… Taking into account the nature of the offenses of which Dr. Barkai was convicted, [granting him this position] can greatly damage the image of the Civil Service Commission and the public’s confidence in its institutions.” "

Twitter has outsized importance in the Q movement, as popular QAnon promoters use it to decode Q’s posts, share videos and memes, alert Q acolytes to possible deep state “comms” hidden in tweets, and attempt to win over new converts.

From March to June 2020, there were over 12 million tweets that mentioned Q or one of its associated catchphrases, according to a new report from extremism research think tank the Institute for Strategic Dialogue.

Many of these tweets are also part of direct harassment swarms carried out against high-profile users who have fallen afoul of the Q movement, including Chrissy Teigen, Lady Gaga, Patton Oswalt, and Tom Hanks. And since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, Twitter has seen a massive spike in QAnon disinformation and harassment, driven by the unchecked spread of coronavirus conspiracy theory videos like “Plandemic.” And just weeks earlier, Twitter was part of an explosive, QAnon-driven conspiracy theory that furniture giant Wayfair was using its website to sell missing children to traffickers.
