Trump suggests DOJ has found 'breathtaking' evidence of wrongdoing in Russia probe

President Trump said Tuesday night that he believes the Justice Department has uncovered “breathtaking” evidence of misconduct during its investigation of the bungled Russia collusion probe, and he expect results to be released soon.

“I caught them, we caught them spying, using the intelligence apparatus of our country to spy on an opponent or an opposing party’s campaign both before and after the election,” Trump said when asked during an interview with Fox Business host Lou Dobbs what he expects U.S. Attorney John Durham to have found during his investigation.

Attorney General William Barr named Durham, a prosecutor from Connecticut, to be special prosecutor for reviewing the FBI and DOJ's conduct in the Russia collusion fiasco.

Trump said he didn’t want to “get overly involved” in the Durham review but expects a dramatic conclusion to the investigation of the investigators.

“I do hear it is breathtaking what they found. That’s all I can say, breathtaking. And hopefully it will come out soon. But it is beyond what anybody ever thought even possible,” the president said.

One said “I wouldn’t even let you in our office without a mask.” I said “even with a medical condition?” and she said well then we’d work on the phone but we would never take a case such as this.” I had a hunch that they hate Trump and are therefore very pro-mask so I inquired further and they both said in their own ways, "we have a President who doesn't know how to lead and so we all need to wear masks to stop this virus." CDC Warns of New Outbreak of Polio-Like Illness in Children Later This Year in US

The United States has issued an alert to parents and healthcare providers for an expected outbreak of the polio-like disease acute flaccid myelitis in the next four months, the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention said in a release on Tuesday.

“Parents and doctors should suspect AFM [the polio-like disease acute flaccid myelitis] in patients with sudden limb weakness, especially during August through November. Recent respiratory illness or fever and the presence of neck or back pain or any neurologic symptom should heighten their concern”, the release said, repeating a warning in the agency’s latest 'Vital Signs' reports.

AFM is a medical emergency and patients should seek immediate medical care, even in areas with high novel coronavirus incidence. “Pediatricians and frontline providers in emergency departments and urgent care centres should be prepared to quickly recognize symptoms of AFM and immediately hospitalize patients. Timing is critical at each step - prompt AFM recognition leads to optimal medical management”, the release went on to say.

While there is no cure or treatment for the disease, early diagnosis increases the effectiveness of measures to treat symptoms, including physical therapy to help victims regain the use of paralyzed arms and legs, according to the CDC.
