Decades later round two, a ladder gave out from under me, I landing on my foot first mashing (and I mean mashing) the bones in my ankle, compound fracture, I ended up face down in the grass. When I rolled over I felt my foot "flop" I looked down at the awkward angle and thought "Well crap, this isn't good". I pulled my shoe off, then my sock and saw the only thing holding my foot on was torn bloody flesh. I was alone, out behind my barn but my truck was about 50 feet away so my thought was to crawl to the truck and drive to the hospital, then I remembered it's standard shift and my clutch foot was useless now. Luckily I had my cellphone in my pocket for I called for an ambulance, so many minuets passed and I laid there upset that this was going to screw up my work schedule for the week, then I heard the ambulance and saw them driving across the yard to where I laid. First thing they did was grab my foot to support it, it wasn't until that second I felt pain.

 

Two years trying to save that ankle, facing another year plus and more operations they told me last hope was fuse the foot to the leg and I'd be in pain with every step or call it and let them take the leg, "Go home, take a couple weeks to think it over and let us know" Hell of a thing to face. Three years with no income from me, three years of hell. Then three more years of deep dark depression, I lost it all except my house. Then a decade later I battled cancer, God pulled me through all of it, he kept me here for these days.

 

You all are so much strong then you know, you just don't realize it till you are tested. And a little tough love here, stop your whining when you have a bad day! On your worst day, member there are folks out there who have it worse than you and they keep moving on. 5:5?

 

No matter what happens in the coming days, God made me strong enough to face them cause I been through years and years and years if hell already. As hard and painful as it was I walked those roads as "my" life lessons, 5:5? But he was always there, he always provided, he never let me down. Who else has promised you that?

It happened at 9:40 p.m. on Jan. 23, at Bannum Place Federal Corrections Halfway House in Saginaw. Full list of 330 drug sentences commuted by Obama

 

Michigan State Police spokesperson Lt. David Kaiser told WNEM the two masked men barged into the building and shot 31-year-old Demarlon Thomas of Saginaw.

 

He was shot multiple times by one of the gunmen, while the other held roughly two dozen others at the home at gunpoint. Thomas died at the scene.

 

β€œOne person watched over a group of them while another subject located the victim and executed him,” Kaiser told MLive.com. β€œThey were looking for this person.”

 

The two suspects then fled the area. No one else was injured.

 

It wasn’t immediately known how long Thomas had been out of prison and living in the halfway house.

 

Thomas was a former Sunny Side Gang member, according to Kaiser. He was busted in one of the biggest drug busts in Saginaw, known as β€œOperation Sunset.”

I was standing outside the state capitol in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where gun-toting defenders of President Donald Trump were supposedly going to start marching at noon. I could see cops, I could see National Guardsmen, and I could see dozens of reporters, but actual protesters were scarce. I did spot a fellow in a Gadsden Flag facemask and a woman whose shirt displayed a slogan about rebellion against tyranny, and as they passed behind me I heard him crack a joke: "I should walk up to the photographers here and say, 'Excuse me, can you direct me to the armed insurrection?'"

 

In the wake of the recent riot at the U.S. Capitol, a widely circulated flier had called for armed marches at every state capitol on January 17. That sounded pretty dubiousβ€”all 50 states? even the most solidly blue ones?β€”but it seemed plausible that someone would show up somewhere, and of the capital cities that I can reach within 90 minutes I figured Harrisburg was the most likely to attract a crowd. The day before, working from a list of upcoming protests that a security firm had been circulating, I had gone to a demo in Westminster, Maryland; it had turned out to be a liberal protest, and not a particularly big or rowdy one. Now I was in Harrisburg, and the first actual protesters to show up were, again, some liberals: A local activist named Gene Stilp and one or two assistants had arrived with a cardboard statue of Donald Trump, which they made a show of toppling for a crowd of photographers.

 

I did, before that, run into a guy named Eddie with a bunch of "Biden Is Not My President" t-shirts that he'd been hoping to hawk to the marchers. Another t-shirt salesman, who had driven down from Pittsburgh, said he'd been under the impression that this was going to be a Second Amendment march, not an election thing. (He might do better tomorrow in Richmond, Virginia, where he plans to set up shop among the gun-rights activists in town for Lobby Day.) A bona fide pro-Trump protester did eventually show up, with a "Fraud 2020" sweatshirt and a megaphone. The general sentiment in his circles, he said, was that the military was going to be out on the street today and that the area was therefore best avoided. But he had decided to head over anyway and represent the That-election-was-probably-stolen-and-did-you-know-that-antifa-infiltrated-the-crowd-at-the-U.S.-Capitol? perspective.

 

This sparseness did not seem to be unusual: From Salem, Oregon, to Nashville, Tennessee, reports were rolling in of not-quite-demonstrations where the journalists outnumbered the demonstrators. Even the larger protestsβ€”like the one in Columbus, Ohio, which the Statehouse News Bureau described as "odd but peaceful"β€”didn't seem to have drawn more than a few dozen marchers. And the protesters weren't all playing to type either: In Salem, where a handful of folks from the anti-government boogaloo movement had shown up, one brought a sign that said "Fuck Trump" as well as "Fuck Biden."

 

In Harrisburg, the biggest story was all the reporters looking for a story. If you had opinions you wanted to get into the news, this was your golden opportunity. The man in the Fraud 2020 sweatshirt held court for a while, answering reporters' questions through his megaphone. A black guy berated the cops guarding the capitol building, then announced to everyone present that the real white supremacists were those officers on the other side of the barricade. And the dude in the Gadsden Flag mask wound up holding a little press conference on the Capitol steps. This gradually revealed thatβ€”as is often the case at protests, left or rightβ€”his politics weren't as predictable as you might have guessed: He thought Trump on balance had been a good president, but he had also supported impreachment over the Ukraine scandal.

 

While he was talking, the wind nearly blew the barricade over, to the crowd's amusement. "Can you arrest God?" someone asked. I'm not completely sure, but I think even one of the cops might have laughed.

The servers that route your internet requests don't understand domain names like 8kun.top. They only understand numeric IP addresses like 52.201.108.115, or the longer numeric addresses from the modern IPv6 system.

 

To resolve this impasse, the Domain Name System, or DNS handles translating friendly domain names to numeric IP addresses.

 

Your home network typically relies on a DNS Server supplied by your ISP. After your browser sends the server a domain name, the server goes through a moderately complex interaction with other servers to return the corresponding IP address, thoroughly vetted and verified. If it's a much-used domain, the DNS Server may have that information cached, for speedier access.

 

So now you know what the DNS does

It is probably not hard to imagine how easy it would be for Google to decide to STOP caching the 8kun.top DNS routing table

in which case

if you relied on GoogleDNS

you will have a borked experience of 8kun.top

So, how do you change (You)r's?

there are a few levels it can be done from

you can do it at the router level and it will apply to all devices using that router

or you can do it at the device level, and it will only apply to the device you change it on

 

the instruction, regardless, will be device dependent

 

the easiest way is going to be a basic search using the name of the device (phone/ laptop/ router/ etc.) you are using and then the phrase "how to change DNS"

 

as in:

 

"android phone how to change DNS"

The U.S. government does not know exactly where, when, or how the COVID-19 virusβ€”known as SARS-CoV-2β€”was transmitted initially to humans. We have not determined whether the outbreak began through contact with infected animals or was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan, China.

 

The virus could have emerged naturally from human contact with infected animals, spreading in a pattern consistent with a natural epidemic. Alternatively, a laboratory accident could resemble a natural outbreak if the initial exposure included only a few individuals and was compounded by asymptomatic infection. Scientists in China have researched animal-derived coronaviruses under conditions that increased the risk for accidental and potentially unwitting exposure.

 

The CCP’s deadly obsession with secrecy and control comes at the expense of public health in China and around the world. The previously undisclosed information in this fact sheet, combined with open-source reporting, highlights three elements about COVID-19’s origin that deserve greater scrutiny:

The U.S. government has reason to believe that several researchers inside the WIV became sick in autumn 2019, before the first identified case of the outbreak, with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses. The CCP has prevented independent journalists, investigators, and global health authorities from interviewing researchers at the WIV, including those who were ill in the fall of 2019. Any credible inquiry into the origin of the virus must include interviews with these researchers and a full accounting of their previously unreported illness.

 

  1. Research at the WIV:

 

Starting in at least 2016 – and with no indication of a stop prior to the COVID-19 outbreak – WIV researchers conducted experiments involving RaTG13, the bat coronavirus identified by the WIV in January 2020 as its closest sample to SARS-CoV-2 (96.2% similar). The WIV became a focal point for international coronavirus research after the 2003 SARS outbreak and has since studied animals including mice, bats, and pangolins.

 

The WIV has a published record of conducting β€œgain-of-function” research to engineer chimeric viruses. But the WIV has not been transparent or consistent about its record of studying viruses most similar to the COVID-19 virus, including β€œRaTG13,” which it sampled from a cave in Yunnan Province in 2013 after several miners died of SARS-like illness.

 

WHO investigators must have access to the records of the WIV’s work on bat and other coronaviruses before the COVID-19 outbreak. As part of a thorough inquiry, they must have a full accounting of why the WIV altered and then removed online records of its work with RaTG13 and other viruses.

 

  1. Secret military activity at the WIV:

 

Secrecy and non-disclosure are standard practice for Beijing. For many years the United States has publicly raised concerns about China’s past biological weapons work, which Beijing has neither documented nor demonstrably eliminated, despite its clear obligations under the Biological Weapons Convention.

Despite the WIV presenting itself as a civilian institution, the United States has determined that the WIV has collaborated on publications and secret projects with China’s military. The WIV has engaged in classified research, including laboratory animal experiments, on behalf of the Chinese military since at least 2017.

 

The United States and other donors who funded or collaborated on civilian research at the WIV have a right and obligation to determine whether any of our research funding was diverted to secret Chinese military projects at the WIV.

Today’s revelations just scratch the surface of what is still hidden about COVID-19’s origin in China. Any credible investigation into the origin of COVID-19 demands complete, transparent access to the research labs in Wuhan, including their facilities, samples, personnel, and records.

 

As the world continues to battle this pandemic – and as WHO investigators begin their work, after more than a year of delays – the virus’s origin remains uncertain. The United States will continue to do everything it can to support a credible and thorough investigation, including by continuing to demand transparency on the part of Chinese authorities.
