I'm Cedric Richmond and I worked on the Joe Biden campaign and after a stint out of action for medical reasons I've been hired back on to work in PR matters for the Joe Biden Presidency. All I can say is Wow. I read that article and there truly is an alternate reality, alternate universe these people dwell in. About the Kappy deadman's switch files, here's the situation as I understand it, Anon.

 

Anons had, way back when, located some (perhaps all) of the encrypted files that Kappy had placed around the web. Unfortunately, Anons didn't have the key. Also, because there was so much data most anons didn't have the ability to store it along with other stuff.

A couple weeks ago (or thereabouts) /pol/ and anons got the keys from several sources, and they've been verified. Unfortunately, the actual data files themselves appear to be missing from last known locations.

Enter our tech anons, folks like PioyPioyPioy. He's a tech guru who helped CodeMonkey with deciphering the IT data from the election. It turns out that PioyPioyPioy has (at least, claims to have) the Kappy files ''and'' the keys. So do a small group of others.

What Kappy's files contain are strongly suspected of being really bad, and probably heavy with child porn. That's a dangerous combination to go playing with because it can land you in criminal, civil and possibly physical hot water depending on how you screw up.

Pioy has described what is going on - they are working to open, figure out, report (if CP it's required), prepare imagery that is legally safe to view, and put it together in such a way that the information is as complete as possible, and presented in a coherent fashion.

With lawyers sweating you over these disclosures, it's just going to take longer.

Let them work.

If he's bullshitting us we're no worse off than we are now, because to my knowledge no one has been able to find those files out in the wild.

But when Ron makes a recommendation, I pay attention. The guy's tech expertise is unquestioned in my view, because he's run the two most heavily attacked public platforms in the world. So I don't have 1sthand knowledge, but I've got good reason to take this one on faith.

Cuomo changes course, allows elderly inmates to receive coronavirus vaccine

 

New York is facing a lawsuit on behalf of prisoners at Rikers Island who were denied the vaccine

 

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced this week that the state's oldest inmates are now eligible for the coronavirus vaccine.

 

The state Corrections Department said Thursday it is preparing to vaccinate the 1,075 people in custody who are 65 and older.

 

An announcement by Corrections spokesperson Thomas Mailey reversed a previous policy that allowed vaccines for prison staff but not for prisoners, according to Gothamist.

 

New York is currently vaccinating those in Phase 1a and 1b: health care workers; residents of congregate care facilities; frontline workers, such as police, teachers and grocery store employees; and people who are 65 and older. Beginning Feb. 15, people with underlying health conditions that put them at greater risk will also be eligible for vaccination.

 

NEW YORK REPORTERS URGE GOV TO BE MORE TRANSPARENT

 

The state is currently facing a lawsuit on behalf of two men at Rikers Island who are under the age of 65 and have been denied the vaccine. They say they should be eligible because they are housed in a congregate setting.

 

Asked at his Friday press briefing why prisons were not lumped in with other congregate settings, such as nursing homes, Cuomo said: "I don’t know the specific definition of 'congregate.'"

 

He said the state was treating those inside prisons the same as the general population. "We are doing 65-plus and medically frail. It’s the same set of rules for both."

 

Since the start of the pandemic, over 5,000 New York prisoners have contracted COVID-19 and 31 have died.

 

A group of public defenders and advocacy groups said Friday that the governor’s order did little to right the injustice they saw in denying any incarcerated person a vaccine.

Polish Police Disrupts Fake Medicines Trafficking Ring

 

Polish police announced Wednesday the arrest of 13 people and seizure of hundreds of thousands of counterfeit and stolen pharmaceuticals it says were the product of an international organized crime ring of Polish and French nationals, according to a statement by the Central Police Investigation Bureau (CBŚP).

The joint operation with Italian and French law enforcement agencies secured a broad range of fake and stolen medicine including drugs used to treat cancer, anabolic steroids, psychotropic drugs and 15kg of β€œactive substances and other semi-finished products” worth at least 25 million Polish zloty (US$6.7 million). The European Anti Fraud Office (OLAF) coordinated the multinational action.

 

β€œToday at #WorldCancerDay OLAF stands together in fighting one of leading causes of death in the #EU,” OLAF said on Twitter. β€œMaking sure (EU) market is protected from #pharmaceutical#fraud is one of our roles & we are committed to securing citizens’ #Health.”

 

Besides medicinal products, police also seized fake documents, firearms, various quantities of illegal drugs, several luxury vehicles and a large quantity of cash.

 

OLAF added that the result of such crime were β€œtens of millions of counterfeit pharmaceutical products, mimicking some of the best-known brands in the world,” which then found their way back to the Polish market or were sold to consumers all over Europe and the U.S. via online stores.

 

The gang, as the investigation revealed, had also stolen considerable quantities of genuine pharmaceutical products from production plants, which were then sold illegally. The profits were allegedly used to buy a number of properties, several of which were seized by police, according to the statement.

 

β€œHelping to shut down criminal gangs such as this one, which not only steal money from citizens and legitimate businesses but also pose a real threat to people’s lives by peddling their fake medicines, is a very satisfying part of OLAF’s investigation and coordination work,” the agency’s Director-General, Ville ItΓ€lΓ€, said.

 

The detained suspects, according to OLAF, could face charges of β€œendangering public health through the production, storage, and sale of fake medicinal products, as well as illegally importing active substances and finished medicinal products and laundering money from criminal activities.”

Fox News' Michael Quinlan reports on the 'Dirty Jobs' host's reality check for all Americans:

 

"Several months ago, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said no measure, no matter how draconian, could be deemed unwise if it saves but a single life," the "Six Degrees with Mike Rowe" host told Martha MacCallum.

 

"I got a lot of flak when he said that, because I said, 'That is a safety-first way of thinking', and deep down we're not a safety-first society."

 

"Now we're starting to see the price of safety is devastating," Rowe added.

 

"What is happening right now in the energy industry is really the thing that I think we ought to be focused on, because there feels to me, and feels to a lot of people I talk to on a day-to-day basis, like a concerted effort to wage a kind of war against energy. It's not a war we can win, especially with regard to fossil fuels and all of the jobs that are wrapped up in that industry. I don't mean to sound like an apologist, but I know of no greater investor in alternative energy than the fossil fuel industry."

 

MacCallum brought the discussion back to the issue of safety, saying, "We're a country that was built on risk-taking. We want to take wise risks, we don't want to be reckless, but that element of being strong and fighting through is something that I think is such an American value.

An admiralty court is a court system that operates under martial law. Democratic Bill To Target Social Media Giants Over Failure To Police Threats

 

Democratic Sen. Mark Warner (VA) is set to introduce a bill which would make it easier for social media users to sue tech giants for failing to police posts, photos and videos which threaten abuse, discrimination, harassment, the loss of life or other irreparable harm, according to the Washington Post.

 

Warner's bill is the latest attack on Section 230, a decades-old federal rule which shields social media companies from liability over what their users post as long as they don't act as publishers - an angle Republican lawmakers have used to claim no longer applies due to editorial discrimination and censorship of conservatives.

 

Democrats, meanwhile, say Section 230 allows tech companies to skirt responsibility for policing hate speech, election disinformation and other 'dangerous content' according to the report.

 

Yet, while Republicans seek to strip tech giants of their Section 230 protections, Warner's bill maintains its core provisions - and would instead open an "easier legal pathway" for users to sue over failures to police content that they claim caused personal harm.

 

"How can we continue to give this get-out-of-jail card to these platforms that constantly do nothing to address the foreseeable, obvious and repeated misuse of their products and services to cause harm? That was kind of our operating premise," said Warner.

 

Ultimately, it would be up to a judge to decide the merits of these claims; the bill mostly opens the door for Web users to argue their cases without running as much risk of having them dismissed early. Facebook, Google, Twitter and other social media sites stand to lose these highly coveted federal protections under Warner’s bill only in the case of abusive paid content, such as online advertisements, that seek to defraud or scam customers.

I grew up in Seventh-day Adventist church schools all the way through college. Forced to attend church every Wednesday night Friday night Saturday Saturday evening and sometimes other days and evenings. I always had so many questions that none of the teachers or pastors could answer. They told me I could ask God when I get to heaven. So I asked them, why are we supposed to read the Bible now if we can just wait and get the answers when we get to heaven? All I got were blank stares.

 

So I made it my mission to find those answers myself. I read through the KJV bible 7x. Every time I read it different words got my attention. I started with the very first page, the forward, and the word tetragrammaton leaped out at me. Did a lot of research on that. Found a an old cathedral that has a tetragrammaton in gold in the church. It is the sun with a triangle in the middle of it.

 

The next big clue was the first time I was reading the book of Job. The word Mazzaroth reached out and slapped me in the face. It is the Hebrew word for the Greek word zodiac. That blew my mind because churches tell you to ignore that stuff, they tell you astrology is β€œof the devilβ€œ. But I had noticed many references to astrology throughout the Bible all the times I had read it.

 

Every time I read through more words got my attention. That led me to researching the words etymology. Just one example…the word Galilee means β€œcircuit”. It is not a lake in the middle east. In fact, nothing in the bible has anything to do with the Middle East or with a race of people called Jews. The bible says that a Jew is someone who is a Jew within and there are other references to this that make it clear it is not a race of people.

 

Hebrew is a language, not a race. And if β€œGodβ€œ were to choose one race over the others as β€œhis chosenβ€œ, that would make β€œGodβ€œ a racist bigot. Can you see the problem there?

 

By the seventh time through, the Internet had come along and I started searching to see if anyone else was seeing what I had seen. Turns out all the spiritual gurus knew the truth, the esoteric true meanings in the bible. The bible is about the mind body spirit WHOLE trinity, it’s about alchemy, it’s about how the cosmos above affects us here below. In the book of Job it says how can you stop the sweet influences of the Pleiades and talks about the mother bear and her cub…Sirius Major and Sirius Minor. That is one advantage I had with the pastor who baptized me. He was super big into astronomy so I knew all the constellations which helped me figure this out. He built his own huge telescope and would take it to church members’ homes who lived high up on hills on Saturday nights when it was clear so we could s t a r g a z e.

 

I have read so many books about Astrotheology. I discovered Santos Bonacci and his YouTube channel and his Universal Truth School. The Australian government has really been trying to shut him down. I found Kelly-Marie Kerr’s channel. I found Bill Donahue’s channel and website…http://hiddenmeanings.com. There’s also http://hiddenlighthouse.com.

 

If you just start researching Astrotheology, you will be led to books like Suns of God by Acharya S, The Restored New Testament by James Morgan Pryse.

 

You have to read an off a lot of history, too, as far back as you can find. This is how I have pieced together most of the puzzle pieces And hell I have known the depopulation agenda was coming for a long time. The German holocaust was the starting point.

 

Studying my First American Cherokee ancestry also led me to years of deep diving into true American history and learning how 200 MILLION+ indigenous original people were wiped off the face of the Americas map by the luminati invaders. The face of the Biden resistance is taking shape in the Senate: Josh Hawley.

 

In a prelude to a widely expected 2024 presidential bid, the Missouri Republican is the only senator to oppose every one of President Joe Biden’s Cabinet nominees β€” a distinction sealed Tuesday when he voted against confirming new Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg. Hawley briefly held up the confirmation of another Cabinet official, for the Department of Homeland Security.

 

Even before Biden became president, Hawley initiated his bid for the Trump wing of the party by becoming the first senator to announce he would vote against the Electoral College results certifying the new president’s win, thrilling the outgoing president and his followers.

 

Hawley, whose Senate seat is up for election in 2024, has said repeatedly that he isn’t running for president.

 

β€œAll I can say is no,” Hawley said in an interview on Wednesday, denying he has an overarching plan to oppose Biden’s nominees. β€œWhat can I say? That’s clearly not my focus.”

 

But aside from Hawley’s allies, no one familiar with presidential politics or the U.S. Senate is taking the 41-year-old at his word β€” especially after several Democratic senators used their opposition to early Trump appointees as a springboard to 2020.

 

β€œHawley’s always been a young man in a hurry. He ran for attorney general on a plank he would serve all four years and [almost] immediately ran for U.S. Senate once he got in office,” said Scott Reed, a veteran Republican strategist who last worked for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s political arm. He noted that Hawley established himself β€œby taking early shots at Big Tech and he really developed a taste for the wine, meaning he really liked all the attention. And he’s built on that.”

 

Reed said that β€œHawley is becoming an exotic for Republican primary voters” because the Yale-educated lawyer has established a niche for himself as an early critic of social media companies while trying to appeal to working-class voters.

 

While the Missouri senator is β€œan asterisk in early Republican surveys I’ve seen,” Reed said, β€œhe’s clearly laying groundwork for running for president in 2024. There’s no way else to explain this behavior.”

 

But it’s come at a cost.

 

His eagerness to ingratiate himself with Trump supporters led to a now infamous Jan. 6 photo of Hawley, outside the Capitol, pumping his fist in support of a throng of demonstrators who later went on to storm the building, vandalize it and temporarily delay the vote.

 

Hawley’s role in opposing the Electoral College vote resulted in a Senate ethics complaint, and led Simon & Schuster to cancel his book deal, The Tyranny of Big Tech, last month. And former Missouri Sen. John Danforth β€” who helped propel Hawley to the seat Danforth held decades ago β€” withdrew his support of the senator, saying his endorsement was β€œthe worst mistake I ever made.”

 

Hawley has decried both the invasion of the Capitol and the president’s remarks on Jan. 6, but at the same time said Trump’s impeachment trial is unconstitutional. β€œIf the Democrats think you’re so powerful and influential that they have to take you down a notch, it’s going to help with fundraising, but you have to have substance,” said David Carney, a top Republican consultant who advised Rick Perry’s 2012 presidential campaign.

 

β€œHe’s definitely one of the two dozen guys in the mix for president. Why would anybody know a Missouri senator, basically a freshman who’s a first-termer? This is what you need to do to break through the clutter,” Carney said. β€œNow it’s a double-edged sword because if you do too much crazy stuff, you’re not credible. So you have to do non-crazy stuff. You can’t become a caricature. You can’t be the class clown.”

 

Hawley defends his objections to the election results as a legitimate expression of constituents’ concerns and says he was not trying to overturn the election. His pointed opposition to Biden’s agenda, he says, is coming from the same place. He insists he is not necessarily determined to oppose all of them.

 

β€œI can just tell you in Missouri, people are kind of shell shocked: β€˜What in the world?’ He’s being so aggressive, they are not even attempting to work across the aisle,” said Hawley of Biden. β€œIf it’s not good for my state, then yeah, I certainly will” vote no.

 

The youngest senator when he was elected in 2018, Hawley is a soaring orator with a sense for tapping into Trump’s confrontational style of populist politics. He often addresses the Senate floor in an unusual, direct-to-camera manner, pushing for bigger stimulus checks or condemning the Supreme Court decision expanding protections to LGTBQ employees. He’s distinguished himself within the GOP by promoting pricey solutions to the pandemic’s economic effects, tanking some judges supported by his own party and lashing out at technology companies.

 

The Senate’s Trump lane has three top names so far: Hawley, Cruz and Rick Scott (R-Fla.), who shares a consulting firm with the junior senator from Missouri. Along with five other senators and 139 representatives, all three opposed certifying Biden’s Electoral College win β€” even after the deadly Capitol riot.

 

That vote had no parallel in modern U.S. politics, even compared to 2017 when Democratic resistance to Trump ran hot and senators like New York’s Kirsten Gillibrand voted against nearly every Trump nominee in advance of her 2020 presidential bid.

 

β€œHawley’s made a decision that resistance is the path to Nirvana,” said Jef Pollock, a pollster who advised Gillibrand’s campaign.

 

β€œThe notion of how early is too early β€” if you’ve decided you need to be the resistance β€” then the resistance needs to be as pure as possible. And that means taking every stand on every vote, it means voting against every single nominee, from rational to irrational. It’s clean, it’s: β€˜They’re all no good. They are all bad because they stand for something I can’t stand for.”

 

One of Hawley’s Republican allies in the Senate, North Dakota’s Kevin Cramer, pushed back on that notion, saying β€œI don’t attribute running for president as his motive for things.

 

β€œI have great respect for him. But it will be interesting four years from now, eight years from now, when we look at how he’s developed whether he’s changed any of that strategy or whether he’s the gung-ho, fire in the belly brawler,” Cramer said. β€œClearly he can do bigger things if that’s what he wants to do.”

 

Though Hawley had notably been pushing his party to go much bigger in response to the coronavirus throughout 2020 β€” lobbying Trump directly to push for direct payments to Americans β€” he’s shown little interest in Biden’s $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief plan, stopping short of outright opposition because he hasn’t seen legislative text.

 

β€œJosh Hawley is doing all the right things to capitalize politically on a significant portion of the Republican base, positioning himself to become a future presidential candidate, absolutely,” said Terry Sullivan, a former presidential campaign manager for Sen. The Senate’s Trump lane has three top names so far: Hawley, Cruz and Rick Scott (R-Fla.), who shares a consulting firm with the junior senator from Missouri. Along with five other senators and 139 representatives, all three opposed certifying Biden’s Electoral College win β€” even after the deadly Capitol riot.

 

That vote had no parallel in modern U.S. politics, even compared to 2017 when Democratic resistance to Trump ran hot and senators like New York’s Kirsten Gillibrand voted against nearly every Trump nominee in advance of her 2020 presidential bid.

Dozens of angry voters have accused freshman Michigan Republican Peter Meijers of 'betraying' them during a heated, virtual town hall on Zoom in which the first-time legislator repeatedly defended his decision to impeach former President Trump.

 

The 33-year-old congressman, who represents the third district in western Michigan, was one of just ten Republicans who voted to impeach Trump over the deadly attack on the Capitol and the only first time legislator to do so.

 

On Wednesday the Iraq war veteran, who is also an heir to the multibillion-dollar Midwestern supermarket chain that bears his family name, held an hour-long public forum in front of 400 constituents, moderated by district director Rick Treur, that was streamed live on Facebook.

Illinoisans continue to move to other states as some cities offering incentives to relocate

Whether it is high taxes, crime, cold winters or a combination of all three, Illinoisans continue to leave the state for greener pastures.

 

A total of 80,000 people left Illinois last year, the seventh consecutive year the state has sustained a net population loss. In the last decade, Illinois has recorded the second largest population loss among U.S. states with West Virginia leading the way.

 

Only nine of Illinois’ 102 counties saw a population increase over the past decade. Kendall County, home to Yorkville and Oswego, bucked the trend and led the state with a 6.6% population gain.

 

Some U.S. cities are offering money to move there and work remotely. Tulsa, Oklahoma, is offering $10,000 dollars to pack up and relocate. The Tulsa Remote program requires that you already have a job and stay at least one year.

 

β€œAlready this year, just from Jan. 1, we’ve had 300 people from Illinois apply,” said Grant Bumgarner, community manager for the program.

 

Funding for Tulsa Remote comes from the George Kaiser Family Foundation.

 

Bentonville, Arkansas, has already gained an edge in the competition for remote workers before the pandemic, when economic development officials began offering $10,000 and a free bike to move to the area.

 

Other places trying to attract workers with cash offers are Topeka, Kansas, and Hamilton, Ohio. The trend only only grows stronger as remote work expands.

 

Indiana, Wisconsin, Florida and Arizona account for much of the state’s out-migration. Illinois stands to lose at least one seat in Congress because of the population loss following reapportionment later this year.

I grew up in Seventh-day Adventist church schools all the way through college. Forced to attend church every Wednesday night Friday night Saturday Saturday evening and sometimes other days and evenings. I always had so many questions that none of the teachers or pastors could answer. They told me I could ask God when I get to heaven. So I asked them, why are we supposed to read the Bible now if we can just wait and get the answers when we get to heaven? All I got were blank stares.

 

So I made it my mission to find those answers myself. I read through the KJV bible 7x. Every time I read it different words got my attention. I started with the very first page, the forward, and the word tetragrammaton leaped out at me. Did a lot of research on that. Found a an old cathedral that has a tetragrammaton in gold in the church. It is the sun with a triangle in the middle of it.

 

The next big clue was the first time I was reading the book of Job. The word Mazzaroth reached out and slapped me in the face. It is the Hebrew word for the Greek word zodiac. That blew my mind because churches tell you to ignore that stuff, they tell you astrology is β€œof the devilβ€œ. But I had noticed many references to astrology throughout the Bible all the times I had read it.

 

Every time I read through more words got my attention. That led me to researching the words etymology. Just one example…the word Galilee means β€œcircuit”. It is not a lake in the middle east. The bible says that a Jew is someone who is a Jew within and there are other references to this that make it clear it is not a race of people.
