What I want to emphasize is that there is a practical purpose to what we

here suspect, an what will become apparent in the future: various

inelligence, law enforcement entities are in the child sex business.

 

First, the emportance of blackmail: coercion works differently than encouragement.

can make a person go against their best interest, gives you much more control.

Some people you can say lack dignity, and will do anything for money,

but we are all free to define a benefit, even if others think it's not

in our best interest.

 

Between the carrot and the stick, the carrot is necessary, but the stick

is what gets it done.

 

So, how do you accumulate stick? Do you hope some politician

just happens to fuck a kid in a hotel room that just happens to be bugged

by you? You as the intelligence officer, who works in the interest of his

organization, which accumulates coercion, some in the form of blackmail,

have a job to do: get control of a position of power. Not a person, but

the position. So, how do you solve the problem?

 

First, you do not go after a particular person. You start earlier. All candidates

for the position are already screened for blackmailability. How? You ever

searched for jailbait on Google? Ever subscribed to some fetish subredit?
