The Federal Bureau of Investigation knowingly violated the Constitution to track down potential ‘racially motivated violent extremists.’ But the FBI didn’t conduct its unconstitutional dragnet following the January 6th Capitol riots, it actually started its probe in November — in the midst of a contested election.

A newly declassified report shows that the FBI pursued extremists in November that would fit the profile of future Capitol rioters by tapping into a National Security Agency database that trawls and records Americans’ communications.

“The FBI’s requests for access to masses of electronic communications harvested by the National Security Agency (NSA) is revealed in a newly declassified report from the United States’ secret surveillance court,” the Daily Mail reported on Monday.

“It shows the FBI has continued to perform warrantless searches through the NSA’s most sensitive databases for routine criminal investigations, despite being told by a federal judge in 2018 and 2019 that such a use was an unconstitutional breach of privacy,” the report continued.

The declassified FISA report makes the legal procedures for targeting an actor for surveillance clear.

“NSA is the lead agency in making targeting decisions under Section 702,” the report says. “It may not task a selector without first determining that the target is reasonably believed to be a non-U.S. person outside the United States (a ‘foreignness determination’).”

The FBI is extensively using the NSA’s database for routine domestic investigations, despite knowing that the practice is illegal.

“In other words, the FBI continues to perform warrantless searches through the NSA’s most sensitive databases—the ones the NSA is not required to get warrants before filling with communications information—for routine criminal investigations that are supposed to require warrants,” the Daily Beast reported.

While such reports focus on the extent that the FBI violated civil liberties, the rule of law, and Constitutional restrictions against illegal search and seizure, there is the matter of timing that makes them even more explosive.

As reported here extensively, the Democratic Party knew about and was planning for a volatile situation on January 6th that could potentially foment into a riot.

House impeachment manager Rep. Stacey Plaskett revealed a glimpse of such advanced knowledge on the second day of the Trump impeachment trial.

“The day before the rioters stormed the Congress an FBI office in Virginia also issued an explicit warning that extremists were preparing to travel to Washington to commit violence and, quote, war, according to internal reports,” she said.

“Leading up to the event there were hundreds, hundreds of posts online showing that his supporters took this as a call to arms to attack the Capitol,” she continued. “There were detailed posts of plans to attack online. Law enforcement warned that these posts were real threats and even made arrests days leading up to the attack.”

Rep. Maxine Waters also revealed in an interview just after the Capitol riots she had warned the Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund about the danger several days prior to the attack.

The new revelations about the FBI further suggest that the law enforcement agency has become nothing more than an arm for the Democratic Party’s political witch hunts. If the FBI was a non-partisan agency, it would have been seeking out left-wing agitators such as Antifa and radical BLM activists, which caused billions in damage and killed dozens at riots throughout 2020.

Instead, the FBI would violate the law to seek out “right-wing extremists” that did a fraction of the destruction of radical groups, and who is not provably found to have killed anyone at the January 6th Capitol riot. Ken Bennett: I think we’re going to probably be about 80% completed by the end of the day, and I’m hearing that we’ll be all the way through the hand count this week. Now there’s also the paper evaluation that is running well behind the hand count of the votes on the ballots but anyone who’s been watching the floor can see that we’ve reduced the number of counting tables and increased significantly the number of paper valuation tables that are doing the images of the ballot and things like that. So we’re shifting resources to the area that we’re a little bit behind in which is the paper evaluation.

Conradson: When can we expect a result that either confirms or denies Biden won?

Bennett: Well that’s going to be several weeks thereafter. In addition to the hand count which might be done this week, the paper evaluation is going to probably take all of June and we have the facility through the end of June. So, we’re going to have to do a lot of work to catch up on the paper evaluation but both of those things need to be completed and then there will be a few weeks of putting the report together. We still also have the opportunity, and I think it’s imperative that we take the opportunity to verify at least thousands of the envelope signatures to make sure that there weren’t blank signatures allowed to go through the mail in process — because that signature of the voter on the envelope is the voter’s affidavit that their ballot is inside. We’ve heard rumors that there may have been thousands of envelopes allowed to go through and opened and ballots counted without any signature whatsoever on the envelope. If that happened that’s a huge no-no and so there are other very important things besides just the hand count and the paper evaluation that yet or yet to be done.

The parents of eight-year-old Secoriea Turner, who was allegedly killed by anti-police protesters last summer in Atlanta, Georgia, are seeking accountability via a lawsuit that targets Democratic Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and other city officials.

Armed activists protesting the fatal police shooting of Rayshard Brooks reportedly shot Turner dead on July 4 when the vehicle she was in veered around their makeshift barricade.

According to the family’s legal team, city officials including Mayor Bottoms “were negligent in their duties by failing to remove armed vigilantes who had gathered alongside peaceful protesters at the Wendy’s where Brooks was shot and killed,” according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC).

Along with Bottoms, the suit names Atlanta police Chief Rodney Bryant, City Councilwoman Joyce Sheperd, and Wendy’s International.

The burned-out Wendy’s restaurant was demolished by a wrecking crew on July 14, ten days after the eight-year-old was allegedly fatally shot by armed protesters, a report from the AJC noted, adding that “Bottoms said she planned to shut down the site weeks before the fatal shooting.”

“At that time, the mayor said she was allowing Sheperd more time to negotiate with demonstrators at the site,” the report outlined. “The complaint alleges that in allowing that action, Bottoms, Sheperd and the police chief failed to protect Atlanta’s residents and ‘directly and proximately led to Secoriea’s death, which was foreseeable and avoidable.'”

“By agreeing to allow Councilmember Sheperd more time to negotiate with armed civilians who had commandeered the area surrounding 125 University Avenue SW, and by ordering APD officers to stand down and refrain from proactive policing and by standing by and letting vigilantism disrupt the streets, Mayor Bottoms and Interim Chief Bryant failed to carry out their duties in protecting the health and safety of the affected community,” the complaint reads.

“We are forced to live through this day by day,” said Charmaine Turner, the child’s mother. “We deserve justice. Someone needs to be held accountable.”

We are entering into a new phase, along with all of you and all other beings and collectives within the galaxy and universe. This phase represents the evolution of consciousness that has occurred there on Earth in particular, as we have seen you all take another giant leap forward in the reclaiming of the truth of who you really are as Source Energy Beings. There has been another mass awakening of individuals who have had their own unique awakening experiences, experiences that left their minds blown, their worlds shaken, and yet their hearts opened in ways that they are finding difficult to communicate to the others in their lives.

Many of you can relate to this, as you have been through something similar with your friends, family members and co-workers. This most recent mass awakening has tipped the scales to such an extent there on Earth that your collective consciousness simply has risen to a higher frequency, one that will not allow for certain thought forms to enter into the consciousness of all who are awake.

Now, there is still much work to be done, and those who have yet to truly awaken are still slated to have their experiences that will be unique to them and that will give them the same layer of protection from these unwanted thought forms that have become a nuisance there on your world. For example, when an awakened soul realizes that they are in fact Source, then thoughts of jealousy, of what someone else has, cannot enter into a person’s conscious mind. In order for there to be jealousy, there must first be separation.

And when you realize that you are Source, you know that what someone else has enhances your life experience. You recognize that all others are you, and at the same time, with the illusion of separation present in your reality, they give you that inspiration, that knowing that you too can be living a life of freedom, joy, excitement and love. Therefore, you no longer envy someone else’s experience.

This is just one of many thought forms that will not be able to make it into the consciousness of the awakened, and therefore the ripple effect has begun already throughout the galaxy and throughout this universe of ours. We are all being taken to a slightly higher level; we are all becoming insulated from whatever energies have been holding us down, holding us back, and we are all making the journey now of ascension much easier and much more smoothly than we were just a few days ago in your counting of time.

We are very excited to be on this journey with you, and so are all the others who are tuning in to the great show that is life on planet Earth, and we will continue to chart your progress and give you these progress reports, as we continue to encourage you as well to see yourselves as you truly are in each and every moment of each and every day of your beautiful lives.
