VAERS Whistleblower: “45,000 Dead From Covid-19 Vaccines Within 3 Days”, Sparks Lawsuit Against Federal Government

Thomas Renz, an attorney based in Ohio has started a lawsuit against the federal government for covering up the true number of deaths from the Covid-19 vaccines.

According to Renz, a whistle-blower – referred to as Jane Doe – who is an insider and has seen information on the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) allegedly passed on the numbers and relevant information to him.

At an event hosted by Awaken America, Renz said: “We have someone that has sworn under penalty of purgery that there have been at least 45,000 deaths.”

Renz stated that whilst he cannot currently prove the information, he said that with America’s Frontline Doctors – a team of medical professionals fighting for medical freedom for Americans – he has been “empowered” to file the lawsuit in Alabama.

Allegedly, the whistleblower stated that there are around 11 VAERS systems reporting adverse reactions and deaths across the US, and one system alone has allegedly has reported the shocking 45,000 deaths from the Covid jabs.

However, Renz believes that this number is “immensely higher” and is calling for immediate investigations into the VAERS system.

“How many have really died and why are they covering it up?”, Renz told the Awaken America crowd.

The attorney said that this information and lawsuit will not be reported by the mainstream media and will likely be censored by big tech corporations like YouTube, Facebook, and Google.

Renz said that these big tech giants are “complicit in causing death”, and that he cannot wait to sue them “over and over again.”

Through his Ohio-based law firm, Renz Law, Thomas is suing the US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to halt the Covid-19 vaccine rollout to children 15-years-old and younger.

The lawsuit was filed by Renz and his legal team alongside America’s Frontline Doctors against the Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) of the Covid-19 vaccines, which they state have had “no long-term studies on the impact on adults, much less children.”

Furthermore, the lawsuit challenges the legality of EUA as the law states that children must be at risk, which Renz argues that the “CDC state that children are statistically at ZERO percent mortality rate by Covid-19.”

For decades, researchers seeking the origin of our species have scoured the Great Rift Valley of East Africa. Now, their quest has taken an unexpected detour west to Morocco: Researchers have redated a long-overlooked skull from a cave called Jebel Irhoud to a startling 300,000 years ago, and unearthed new fossils and stone tools. The result is the oldest well-dated evidence of Homo sapiens, pushing back the appearance of our kind by 100,000 years.

“This stuff is a time and a half older than anything else put forward as H. sapiens,” says paleoanthropologist John Fleagle of the State University of New York in Stony Brook.

The discoveries, reported in Nature, suggest that our species came into the world face-first, evolving modern facial traits while the back of the skull remained elongated like those of archaic humans. The findings also suggest that the earliest chapters of our species’s story may have played out across the African continent. “These hominins are on the fringes of the world at that time,” says archaeologist Michael Petraglia of the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Human History in Jena, Germany.

Back in 1961, miners searching for the mineral barite stumbled on a stunningly complete fossil skull at Jebel Irhoud, 75 kilometers from Morocco’s west coast. With its big brain but primitive skull shape, the skull was initially assumed to be an African Neandertal. In 2007, researchers published a date of 160,000 years based on radiometric dating of a human tooth. That suggested that the fossil represented a lingering remnant of an archaic species, perhaps H. heidelbergensis, which may be the ancestor of both Neandertals and H. sapiens. In any case, the skull still appeared to be younger than the oldest accepted H. sapiens fossils.

Those fossils were found in East Africa, long the presumed cradle of human evolution. At Herto, in Ethiopia’s Great Rift Valley, researchers dated H. sapiens skulls to about 160,000 years ago; farther south at Omo Kibish, two skullcaps are dated to about 195,000 years ago, making them the oldest widely accepted members of our species, until now. “The mantra has been that the speciation of H. sapiens was somewhere around 200,000 years ago,” Petraglia says.

Some researchers thought the trail of our species might have begun earlier. After all, geneticists date the split of humans and our closest cousins, the Neandertals, to at least 500,000 years ago, notes paleoanthropologist John Hawks of the University of Wisconsin in Madison. So you might expect to find hints of our species somewhere in Africa well before 200,000 years ago, he says.

One of the few people who continued to ponder the Jebel Irhoud skull was French paleoanthropologist Jean-Jacques Hublin, who had begun his career in 1981 studying a jaw found at Jebel Irhoud. When he moved to the Max Planck Institute of Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig, Germany, he got funding to reopen the now-collapsed cave, which is 100 kilometers west of Marrakesh, Morocco. Hublin’s team began new excavations in 2004, hoping to date the small chunk of intact sediment layers and tie them to the original discovery layer. “We were very lucky,” Hublin says. “We didn’t just get dates, we got more hominids.”

The team now has new partial skulls, jaws, teeth, and leg and arm bones from at least five individuals, including a child and an adolescent, mostly from a single layer that also contained stone tools. In their detailed statistical analysis of the fossils, Hublin and paleoanthropologist Philipp Gunz, also of the Max Planck in Leipzig, find that a new partial skull has thin brow ridges. And its face tucks under the skull rather than projecting forward, similar to the complete Irhoud skull as well as to people today. But the Jebel Irhoud fossils also had an elongated brain case and “very large” teeth, like more archaic species of Homo, the authors write.

The Shadow State: Embracing Corporations As Surrogates For Government Action

Below is my column on the expanding role of corporations as surrogates for the federal government. The White House is openly calling for greater corporate action to address censorship, health care, and other issues. That call is being supported by a growing list of Democratic members, journalists, and academics who have discovered the advantages of shared corporate governance.

Here is the column:

Teddy Roosevelt gave a speech in 1902, “The Control of Corporations,” which warned of the danger of corporate power over citizens’ lives. Calling corporations “creatures of the state,” he said they must be controlled by “the representatives of the public.” Roosevelt was a Republican, but his distrust of corporations (and his later faith in big government) would become a touchstone of Democratic politics for generations, from the Great Depression to the Great Society.

Like the reversal of Earth’s magnetic poles, American politics now seems suddenly to have flipped: Democratic leaders increasingly advocate for corporate governance while Republicans voice populist themes. From supporting the largest censorship programs in history to privately mandated vaccine “passports,” liberals are looking to companies like Apple or American Airlines to carry out social programs free from constitutional and political limits imposed on the government.

This new model of governance was evident when White House press secretary Jen Psaki was asked about a mandated vaccine passport system. She responded that it is “not currently the role of the federal government” but noted that the administration hopes to see such a mandate from “private-sector entities, universities, institutions that are starting to mandate, and that’s an innovative step that they will take and they should take.”

This use of corporations is born out of political and legal convenience. Despite the rising call for mandatory vaccinations, the Biden administration clearly is not willing to face the political costs of a government mandate. As of July 11, 159,266,536 Americans were fully vaccinated — 48 percent of the country’s population. When you consider the extremely high rate of vaccination for those over 65 (an estimated 85 percent), the percentage of adults under 65 is even smaller. That is a lot of voters who would not take well to a government mandate before the 2022 election. Moreover, the Supreme Court upheld a mandatory state vaccine in 1905, but any federal mandate could face constitutional challenges.

Private companies, however, have great leeway in dictating such conditions. So some, like CNN medical analyst Dr. Leana Wen, have called for coercive measures making it “hard for people to remain unvaccinated.” That coercion would come from private companies which would deny people access to travel, restaurants, movies, schools and other aspects of modern life. Thus, as with Psaki’s statement, the Biden White House is signaling private companies to implement such a national passport system.

And companies are listening.

Weekend Violence in Chicago Leaves at Least 11 Dead, 45 Injured

Dozens of separate shooting incidents that happened across Chicago have left at least 11 people dead and 45 others injured, authorities said.

Police in Chicago said the shootings took place between July 16 at 6 p.m. and July 18 at 11:59 p.m. During this time frame, officers responded to 44 different scenes totaling 56 victims, including nine people under the age of 18.

None of the teenagers shot have died and the largest portion was hospitalized on Saturday after a gunman opened fire at a crowd of party-goers.

The drive-by happened in an Austin neighborhood shortly before midnight and involved a group of youngsters standing on a sidewalk when someone fired shots from an SUV, police said, according to an ABC7 report.

A 12-year-old girl and four other teenagers were wounded and hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. A 25-year-old victim was also hospitalized during that same shooting. So far, no arrests have been made.

Multiple other shooting incidents in the same community left three people dead and three more wounded.

The spate of shootings started on July 16 shortly before midnight when four men got shot by multiple suspects. A 29-year-old man was fatally injured after he was struck in the head and back, police said. The three other victims were hospitalized, two of them are in serious condition.

Two more people around the age of 30 were killed in an Austin neighborhood late on July 18 during two separate incidents. Both of the victims were pronounced dead after being transferred to a hospital.

That same night, a 49-year-old man was fatally shot in the city’s South Side while talking to a person inside a vehicle. That incident happened several hours after another man was shot and pronounced dead in the community of Auburn Gresham.

Multiple other shootings occurred across Chicago between July 16 and July 18—with six more dying from their injuries. Other fatal incidents were reported in Back of the Yards, Chatham, East Garfield Park, and West Pullman.

The violence came as the Illinois city is seeing a sharp spike in crime this year and with President Joe Biden in a July 12 meeting with Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and Police Superintendent David Brow talking about what steps can be taken to lower crime incidents and the flow of illegal guns entering the city which has some of the strictest gun control laws in the United States.

Israeli Spy Tech Used Against Daughter of Man Who Inspired “Hotel Rwanda”

Pegasus software made by Israeli firm NSO Group was used to spy on the daughter of imprisoned dissident Paul Rusesabagina, whose actions during the 1994 genocide were dramatized in a 2004 film starring Don Cheadle.

Key Findings

A cell phone belonging to the daughter of Paul Rusesabagina, an outspoken critic of Rwandan President Paul Kagame and his authoritarian government, was compromised multiple times using NSO’s Pegasus spyware in the aftermath of Rusesabagina’s kidnapping by Rwanda in August last year.

Rwandan opposition figures abroad may also have been targeted with Pegasus. One of them was arrested in Mozambique in May and his whereabouts are unknown.

Evidence suggests Rwanda also sought to spy on high-ranking political figures and diplomats in neighboring countries, as well as lawyers and journalists.

In August 2020, Paul Rusesabagina, a Rwandan dissident and the inspiration for the award-winning movie Hotel Rwanda, left his home in Texas to fly to Burundi for a speaking tour. When he landed in Dubai to change planes, he sent a WhatsApp message to his family to say happy birthday to his grandson.

Four days later, Rusesabagina emerged on television in Rwanda, handcuffed and escorted by officers. In a bold and complex operation, Rwandan authorities had tricked Rusesabagina onto a private plane in Dubai. It flew him not to Burundi, as he believed, but to Rwanda, where he faced charges of financing terrorist activities.

His adopted daughter, Carine Kanimba, a U.S. and Belgian citizen, soon launched a campaign to free her father. She never set foot in Rwanda — but it is likely the government in Kigali had her under close watch, thanks to cutting-edge and highly invasive Israeli spyware that was placed on her phone.

For almost six months, until as recently as July 3, Kanimba’s cell phone was bombarded with Pegasus, malicious software manufactured by Israeli tech firm NSO Group, according to research by OCCRP and The Pegasus Project, a global consortium of journalists coordinated by Forbidden Stories. Forensic analysis by Amnesty International’s Security Lab, which lent technical assistance to the project, found that Kanimba’s phone was successfully infected with Pegasus multiple times.

When Pegasus is implanted on a device, it effectively gives an attacker complete access to the target’s phone. It can read messages and passwords, access social media, use GPS to locate the target, listen to the target’s conversations, and even record them. End-to-end encryption, available through popular apps like Signal, does not protect against Pegasus once the phone is compromised.

In a series of responses, NSO Group said Pegasus is sold only to governments to go after criminals and terrorists, and has saved many lives. It denied that its spyware was systematically misused and challenged the validity of data obtained by reporters.

As part of the investigation, reporters obtained a list of over 50,000 numbers throughout the world believed to have been selected by NSO Group clients for targeting with Pegasus. Reporters were able to identify dozens of numbers belonging to Rwandans or other people of likely interest to Rwanda’s government from neighboring countries. They included activists, journalists, dissidents, and government officials.

Trump Supporters Charged With Planning Attack On Democrats To Spark a “Movement” Had Massive Cache of Weapons, Court Docs Show

WASHINGTON – (DOJ) – On Friday, the federal court in San Francisco unsealed an indictment charging two California men with conspiracy to destroy a building affecting interstate commerce, and related crimes, in a scheme to attack the John L. Burton Democratic Headquarters in Sacramento.

According to court documents, Ian Benjamin Rogers, 45, of Napa, and Jarrod Copeland, 37, of Vallejo, began planning to attack targets they associated with Democrats after the 2020 Presidential election and sought support from an anti-government militia group. According to the indictment, the defendants planned to use incendiary devices to attack their targets and hoped their attacks would prompt a movement.

“Firebombing your perceived political opponents is illegal and does not nurture the sort of open and vigorous debate that created and supports our constitutional democracy,” said U.S. Attorney Stephanie M. Hinds. “The allegations in the indictment describe despicable conduct. Investigation and prosecution of those who choose violence over discussion is as important as anything else we do to protect our free society.”

“The FBI’s highest priority has remained preventing terrorist attacks before they occur, including homegrown plots from domestic violent extremists,” said Special Agent in Charge Craig Fair. “As described in the indictment, Ian Rogers and Jarrod Copeland planned an attack using incendiary devices. The FBI and the Napa County Sheriff’s Office have worked hand-in-hand to uncover this conspiracy and to prevent any loss of life.”

The indictment describes how Copeland and Rogers used multiple messaging applications and discussed the attacks on numerous occasions. For example, in late December 2020, Copeland told Rogers he contacted an anti-government militia group to gather support for the movement and in January 2021, Rogers told Copeland “I want to blow up a democrat building bad.” Copeland agreed, saying, “I agree” “Plan attack”. The agreed to start with the Democratic Headquarters in Sacramento and to “see what happens.” In one exchange, Rogers wrote to Copeland, “after the 20th we go to war,” meaning that they would initiate acts of violence after the inauguration on January 20, 2021.

FBI Agent in Whitmer Kidnapping Case Arrested For ‘Domestic Incident’ with His Wife – Then Released on Bond

An FBI agent in the so-called plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer was arrested for a ‘domestic incident’ with his wife – then released on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.

The FBI used at least 12 informants in the Michigan Whitmer kidnapping case.

In October 2020, the FBI announced during a press conference that it thwarted a plot by a so-called “right-wing militia” to kidnap and kill Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and overthrow the state government.

It was all a set-up.

Now we find out a second FBI agent/informant in the Whitmer case has been arrested – which of course only bolsters the defense.

The Detroit News reported:

FBI Special Agent Richard Trask, 39, of Kalamazoo, was charged Monday with assault with intent to do great bodily harm, less than murder following a domestic incident with his wife Sunday. He was released on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond following an arraignment in 8th District Court in Kalamazoo and faces a charge punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

His arrest comes at a critical juncture in the criminal case against five men charged in federal court with plotting to kidnap Whitmer. Defense lawyers last week leveled a broad attack on the foundation of the high-profile case and suggested a second FBI agent was trying to sabotage defense teams.

Trask, 39, has worked for the FBI since 2011 and served as the FBI’s public face in the Whitmer case, testifying in federal court about the investigation. He has worked on cases involving espionage, terrorism and domestic extremism investigations.

“It’s the last thing you want for a major case like this,” said Andrew Arena, former special agent in charge of the FBI’s Detroit office. “Any time you give the defense any ammunition it’s not good.”

According to The Detroit News, the FBI is coopering with the prosecutor’s office.

“In accordance with FBI policy, the incident is subject to internal review, and I cannot comment further at this time,” FBI spokeswoman Mara Schneider said in a statement.

The defense will certainly use the arrest of two FBI agents/informants involved in the Whitmer ‘kidnap plot’ as part of their argument to have the case dismissed.

Insurance companies need to disappear. They facilitate and encourage doctors to charge exorbitant prices. What's Known About NSO Group, the Shadowy Israeli Software Company Behind Pegasus Spyware

A barrage of media reporting has revealed that Pegasus, an advanced type of spyware created by NSO Group, has been used by governments in over a dozen nations to target the cellphones of at least 50,000 people, including politicians, journalists, and activists. But who are NSO Group, the Israeli tech company behind Pegasus? Sputnik investigates.

Years of sporadic reporting on Pegasus exploded into a full-blown international scandal on Sunday, when over a dozen major news outlets from the US, UK, France, Germany, and other countries reported in near unison on the unlawful breach of tens of thousands of smartphones in over a dozen countries around the world by the malicious software.

The powerful spyware, which enables attackers to view all manner of content on a target’s phone, including encrypted messages, photos, and GPS location data is also capable of activating microphones and cameras, thereby turning phones into mobile bugs carried by users without their knowledge. The software is virtually untraceable on installation, infecting phones through a so-called zero-click attack, which requires no interaction from the phone’s user to install itself and begin sucking out information.

Origins

Created in 2010 and headquartered in Herzliya, Israel, NSO Group first came under international scrutiny in 2016 when it was discovered that spyware it had ostensibly created to fight criminal and terrorist targets was being used by the United Arab Emirates to spy on an activist charged with insulting the country’s authorities (forbidden under the Persian Gulf sheikhdom’s penal code). The company’s reputation took a further hit after it was discovered that its software was used by Saudi authorities during the scandalous 2018 murder of Jamal Kashoggi at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul.

A 2019 investigation by Ynetnews revealed that NSO Group’s now infamous Pegasus software was created in 2011. Pegasus’s exact origins remain a mystery, and it's not known if the company was able to develop the spyware from scratch, or used technologies created by or for Unit 8200, the shadowy intelligence corps unit of the Israeli Defence Forces from which NSO’s three founders hailed.

The "NSO" in NSO Group stands for Niv, Shavel and Omri – Niv Carmi, Omri Lavie, and Shalev Hulio. The three men served in Unit 8200 before founding the company.

Carmi, who also worked at the Israeli prime minister’s office, left the company shortly after it was created.

Funding

The company received $1.8 million in founding capital from Eddy Shalev of Genesis Partners, a Tel Aviv-based venture capital firm managing over $600 million in assets, principally in the technology sector, and operating in Israel, the US, China and other markets. Francisco Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, bought a majority stake in NSO Group in 2014 for $120 million, before putting it up for sale for $1 billion in 2017. The firm sold majority control of NSO Group back to Hulio and Lavie in 2019, with the two men receiving assistance in the buy from Novalpina Capital, a London-based private equity firm.

Megalomaniac Tony Fauci Wants 3-Year-Old Children Wearing Masks in School

WARNING: Please be advised that Dr. Tony Fauci is often wrong, frequently flip-flops, and is responsible for hundreds of thousands of American deaths.

Last week Dr. Fauci joined his sycophants at MSNBC to spout off about vaccinating children and forcing toddlers to wear facemasks.

Dr. Fauci: Children who are not able to get vaccinated because of their age should follow the guidelines of the CDC. That unvaccinated children of a certain age greater than two years old should be wearing masks. No doubt about that. That’s the way to protect them from getting infected because if they do they can then spread the infection to someone else.

A recent study from the UK found that 99.995% of children recover from the coronavirus.

And previous studies also found that children are not COVID super-spreaders.

Everything Dr. Fauci just said is wrong — or another lie — and is also very damaging to children.

Dr. Fauci repeated this claim that children should mask-up if they are over 2-years-old for school.

When will Americans have enough of this monster?

The Washington Examiner reported:

President Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser, Anthony Fauci, said he believes it is “reasonable” for students over the age of 2 to wear masks this coming school year.

The American Academy of Pediatrics released guidance on Monday urging schools across the country to mandate face coverings for students 3 years old and older, even for teenagers who have received both vaccine shots (children under the age of 12 do not yet have Food and Drug Administration approval to get a COVID-19 vaccine).

The organization said it “strongly” supported in-person learning, though it added administrators have an obligation to “safeguard” children and themselves from the virus.

“I think that the American Academy of Pediatrics, you know, they’re a thoughtful group,” said Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, on CNN. “They analyze the situation, and if they feel that’s the way to go, I think that’s a reasonable thing to do.”
