Fox News mandates employees disclose vaccination status, contradicting rhetoric from top stars

New York (CNN Business)The right-wing channel Fox News, whose top personalities have for months assailed the concept of vaccine passports and argued that asking about vaccine status amounts to a major intrusion of privacy, told employees this week that they must disclose their vaccination status to the company.

 

In a Tuesday memo updating staff on Covid-19 procedures, Fox News Media chief executive Suzanne Scott said that the company has "asked all employees β€” whether on site as part of our essential workforce or working remotely β€” to upload their vaccination status" into an internal database.

"All employees must enter their status no later than today, August 17th, by close of business," Scott wrote, bolding that particular sentence in her email, which was obtained by CNN Business, but first reported on by AdWeek.

Scott added that while masks remain optional for vaccinated employees, the company is "requiring employees to wear a mask in small, confined spaces with limited opportunities for social distancing and where there are multiple employees, including control rooms."

Scott, however, notably stopped short of saying that vaccines will be mandated to enter the offices.

Still, the mandatory reporting of vaccine status flies in the face of the commentary from the network's top stars.

Tucker Carlson has repeatedly suggested to reporters who ask him about his vaccination status that the question is akin to asking about their sex life. And Sean Hannity has repeatedly talked up "doctor-patient confidentiality."

Fox News spokespeople did not respond when asked about the discrepancy between the rhetoric from the channel's top stars and its own internal policies.

Fox quietly implemented its own version of a vaccine passport in June. The system allowed for employees to voluntarily self-report to Fox the dates their shots were administered and which vaccines were used.

The company encouraged employees at the time to report their status, telling them that "providing this information to FOX will assist the company with space planning and contact tracing."

Employees who reported their status are allowed to bypass the otherwise required daily health screening.

Fox News has spent months portraying the notion that asking people to show vaccination status is anti-American and a threat to personal freedom.

In Oregon, there are currently 31 people on that list, according to a detailed statement provided to Aria Seligmann, Oregon Health Authority communications officer. The average wait time for the 31 patients on the admission list is nearly 76 days.

 

The statement noted the longest wait of the 31 people is over 400 days long dating back to July 1, 2020; however, Seligmann added the caveat they have a β€œvery specific situation.” Seligmann declined to provide further information because it would β€œcontain identifying information.”

 

This year, only three people have been admitted to the state hospital through civil committals. This contrasts starkly with admissions figures prior to the pandemic. In 2019, 256 people were admitted to the state hospital through civil committals, with their average wait time being 24.5 days, or less than a third of what it is this year, according to Seligmann.

According to an exclusive report published by Yahoo News, the FBI is admitting there is β€œscant” evidence that the mostly peaceful protests at the U.S. Capitol were planned by any organization, or on any platform.

Yahoo reports that, according to β€œcurrent and former law enforcement officials” the β€œFBI at this point believes the violence was not centrally coordinated by far-right groups or prominent supporters” of 45th President Donald Trump. β€œNinety to ninety-five percent of these are one-off cases,” one law enforcement official reportedly said, β€œBut there was no grand scheme with Roger Stone and Alex Jones and all of these people to storm the Capitol and take hostages.”

 

This seems to throw cold water on the idea that protesters used Gab, Parler, or Facebook to coordinate violence on January 6. Andrew Torba, the CEO and founder of Gab, is now demanding a retraction from the New York Times for its article accusing the platform of being used to organize the protests.

 

In an email sent to the New York Times that Torba posted to his Gab account, Gab Legal wrote that Gab β€œhereby demands a retraction of the false and defamatory reporting published by the New York Times Sheera Frenkel on January 6th, 2021 claiming without providing any evidence whatosever that the storming of the Capitol was organized on our platform.”

 

The email then highlighted the reporting confirming that the FBI does not believe the protests were organized, and suggested legal action may be forthcoming. β€œThis statement of fact was not only false, it was recklessly and maliciously false. FBI officials’ own statements on the matter, reported today, prove it was false.” Torba also posted a lengthy article to his blog, noting that the FBI’s admission demolishes the narratives constructed by the New York Times and the ADL.

However, Darren Beattie of Revolver News warned that the admission from the FBI may simply be to provide cover for the federal involvement in militias that appeared to have coordinated at least some of the events of January 6.

"Recent data makes clear that protection against mild and moderate disease has decreased over time. This is likely due to both waning immunity and the strength of the widespread Delta variant," U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy told reporters.

"We are concerned that this pattern of decline we are seeing will continue in the months ahead, which could lead to reduced protection against severe disease, hospitalization, and death."

 

Data on so-called "breakthrough" infections in vaccinated people shows that older Americans have so far been the most vulnerable to severe illness.

I could swear, after watching the Tim Ballard interview, I heard that Tim is managing the Nazarene Fund. Glen Beck started it, and not long ago handed it over to Tim, when Tim came back from his child rescue operations, originally under Homeland Security. I am pretty sure this is what Tim said in vid related.

 

If Anons have not seen this interview, it is quite interesting. Tim worked for Homeland Security, in anti-human trafficking.

 

The government pulled his funds just as he found the motherload of kids (120+). His wife tells him to quit his job and go ahead with the rescue. He did. A bunch of x-government employees helped out, and Glen Beck provided the funds to finish the government operation as an independent non profit, against his lawyers advice.

 

The event started Operation Underground Rescue.

The children were all rescued.

There are more good people than bad.

 

They wanted to make a movie about Tim after he was "outed" and could no longer get in there and "buy kids" in the sting operations.

Tim asked for two things.

He asked that he be played by Jim Caviezel (Passion of the Christ)

He asked that Jim Caviezel go on child rescue missions before acting his part.

ABC Accused of Cutting Unflattering Portions of Biden’s Interview

 

ABC is being called out for editing out portions of President Biden’s interview on the deadly chaos in Afghanistan where he made gaffes about his son Beau β€” the network included the lines in the transcript, but did not put them on air.

 

A day after Biden’s interview with George Stephanopoulos aired on Wednesday, ABC published the full transcript online.

 

Sections of the interview revealed in the full transcript, including a part where Biden mistakenly said his late son Beau served in Iraq with the Navy instead of the Army, and in Afghanistan, where he wasn’t deployed, were omitted from airing.

 

Asked to respond to a veteran saying he wished the US could have left Afghanistan with honor, Biden said: β€œLook, that’s like askin’ my deceased son Beau, who spent six months in Kosovo and a year in Iraq as a Navy captain and then major – I mean, as an Army major. And, you know, I’m sure he had regrets comin’ out of Afghanistan– I mean, out of Iraq.

 

β€œHe had regrets to what’s– how– how it’s going. But the idea– what’s the alternative? The alternative is why are we staying in Afghanistan? Why are we there? Don’t you think that the one– you know who’s most disappointed in us getting out? Russia and China.”

 

Beau was deployed to Iraq for a year in 2009 with the US Army Delaware Army National Guard.

 

Republican lawmakers are now demanding the ABC release the full footage of Biden’s interview.

The deaths near Kabul airport were caused by stampedes of people trying to get to the airport or by gunshots fired in the area, a Taliban official told Reuters. At least two – including an ex-soccer player – plunged to their deaths mid-air after clinging to a US military plane when it took off.

Children’s Health Defense (CHD) Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. this week called on mainstream media to investigate and report on the many issues central to the COVID crisis that have been mischaracterized or suppressed.

Kennedy said:

β€œThe cornerstone of any democratic society is freedom. The people of this country should have free speech and the freedom to decide what medical interventions they do or don’t want. Never in our nation’s history have those freedoms been as threatened as they are today.”

Here are just some of the facts Kennedy said are being inaccurately reported or swept under the rug:

Viable and readily available treatments for COVID have been withheld so that vaccines could get Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

The only way experimental vaccines could have been granted this status was in the absence of treatments. This led to the media-endorsed narrative that no early and effective treatments were available. People have died because of this fallacy that has been relentlessly presented to the public, day after day, by the media.

No healthy individual should die or be injured from a vaccine. We are now approaching a time when the injuries and deaths from COVID vaccines will likely surpass those from the virus. Between Dec. 14, 2020 and Aug. 13, 2021, a total of 595,622 total adverse events were reported to the government-run Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS).

Yet the media maintains a blackout on the topic. By comparison, when it became known that an estimated 50 people died after receiving the swine flu shot in 1976, that vaccination campaign was immediately shut down.

The COVID vaccine does not prevent transmission. As stated in the documentation upon which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted EUA status to COVID vaccines, and as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently acknowledged to CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, COVID vaccines do not stop transmission of the virus, one of the chief goals of any vaccine. Shaming the unvaccinated for new COVID cases is baseless and dangerously divisive.

Children are at extremely low risk of death or hospitalization from COVID and there is no justification for recommending this vaccine to kids. The COVID survival rate across all age groups is 98.23%. In children it is even higher, at 99.985%.

These statistics call into question the need for widespread COVID vaccination of any age group, but especially children who are at such minimal risk from COVID.

COVID vaccines are not helping society reach herd immunity. It’s becoming increasingly apparent that the vaccinated are spreading the virus just as easily as the unvaccinated.

And while the vaccinated are still getting COVID, they will become sentenced to a lifetime of booster shots that will continue to cause injuries and deaths like those already reported to VAERS.

Yet the media perpetuates the falsehood that more boosters are the way out of the epidemic β€” especially now that it’s becoming apparent that the original COVID vaccines are failing.

The origins of COVID-19 remain shrouded in secrecy by the media. Even though Congress has launched an investigation, the media is still providing guidance on the epidemic and COVID vaccines based on Dr. Anthony Fauci’s recommendations.

As Fauci may well be responsible for funding this dangerous science at the Wuhan Lab, and his vaccine conflicts of interests have come into question, Fauci’s ability to lead the response to the epidemic has been compromised beyond repair.

β€œHuman rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are being decimated,” said Kennedy. β€œMandates are morally and spiritually wrong for America and the world. No human should ever be forced or coerced by their employer, school or government to have a medical procedure, including vaccines, against their will.”
