Here are seven easy ways to spot a fed:

 

  1. Look for the telltale military cuts, FBI badges, and stains of blood from their secret Satanic child sacrifice ring: All clear signs this person may not be who they claim.

 

  1. Says "Greetings fellow Trump supporters, would you like to insurrect something on this fine morning?": Something feels off here.

 

  1. Keeps calling you "Mr. Anderson" for some reason: And they keep calling you the chosen one and trying to kill you. Weird!

  1. Look for their forked lizard tongue and reptilian eyes: They will usually flick their tongues and hiss if you show them a LEGO set.

 

6. Screeches in terror at the name of Donald Trump: Plus, touching the Art of the Deal will burn their hands.

 

  1. Their Apple AirPods have a curly wire hanging down and look suspiciously like an FBI earpiece - They may claim they're just jamming along to Carly Rae Jepsen, but they're really waiting for the go-ahead to take you down.

I guess I agree with you, but I think the timeline is bit different. There are many people who need to know God and who will leave this earth not knowing Him if the destruction proceeds too fast. This past October, at an Occupy encampment in Cleveland, Ohio, “suspicious males with walkie-talkies around their necks” and “scarves or towels around their heads” were heard grumbling at the protesters’ unwillingness to act violently.

At meetings a few months later, one of them, a 26-year-old with a black Mohawk known as “Cyco,” explained to his anarchist colleagues how “you can make plastic explosives with bleach,” and the group of five men fantasized about what they might blow up.

Cyco suggested a small bridge. One of the others thought they’d have a better chance of not hurting people if they blew up a cargo ship. A third, however, argued for a big bridge – “Gotta slow the traffic that’s going to make them money” – and won. He then led them to a connection who sold them C-4 explosives for $450.

Then, the night before the May Day Occupy protests, they allegedly put the plan into motion – and just as the would-be terrorists fiddled with the detonator they hoped would blow to smithereens a scenic bridge in Ohio’s Cuyahoga Valley National Park traversed by 13,610 vehicles every day, the FBI swooped in to arrest them.

 

Right in the nick of time, just like in the movies. The authorities couldn’t have more effectively made the Occupy movement look like a danger to the republic if they had scripted it. Maybe that’s because, more or less, they did.

 

The guy who convinced the plotters to blow up a big bridge, led them to the arms merchant, and drove the team to the bomb site was an FBI informant. The merchant was an FBI agent. The bomb, of course, was a dud. And the arrest was part of a pattern of entrapment by federal law enforcement since September 11, 2001, not of terrorist suspects, but of young men federal agents have had to talk into embracing violence in the first place. One of the Cleveland arrestees, Connor Stevens, complained to his sister of feeling “very pressured” by the guy who turned out to be an informant and was recorded in 2011 rejecting property destruction: “We’re in it for the long haul and those kind of tactics just don’t cut it,” he said. “And it’s actually harder to be non-violent than it is to do stuff like that.” Though when Cleveland’s NEWS Channel 5 broadcast that footage, they headlined it “Accused Bomb Plot Suspect Caught on Camera Talking Violence.”

 

In all these law enforcement schemes the alleged terrorists masterminds end up seeming, when the full story comes out, unable to terrorize their way out of a paper bag without law enforcement tutelage.

(“They teach you how to make all this stuff out of simple household items,” one of the kids says on a recording quoted in the FBI affidavit about a book he has just discovered, The Anarchist Cookbook.

Someone asks him how much it says explosives cost. “I’m not sure,” he responds, “I just downloaded it last night.”) It’s a perfect example of how post-9/11 fear made law enforcement tactics seem acceptable that were previously beyond the pale.

Previously, however, the targets have been Muslims; now they’re white kids from Ohio. And maybe you could argue that this is acceptable, if the feds were actually acting out of a good-faith assessment of what threats are imminent and which are not.

But that’s not what they’re doing at all.

Instead, they are arrogating to themselves a downright Orwellian power – the power to deploy the might of the State to shape a fundamental narrative about which ideas Americans must be most scared of, and which ones they should not fear much at all, independent of the relative objective dangerousness of the people who hold those ideas.

Pro-life leaders said the Abortion Without Limits Up to Birth Act is a more accurate name for the bill. The legislation would erase basically all restrictions on abortion and prevent states from enacting even modest protections for unborn babies. Limits on late-term abortions and bans on sex-selection abortions would be gone.

 

The legislation would get rid of laws that protect women and girls, too, including parental consent for minors and informed consent laws that ensure mothers receive basic facts about their unborn baby’s development before going through with an abortion.

The recipient was his FBI handler.

 

In the middle of an unfolding melee that shook a pillar of American democracy — the peaceful transfer of power — the bureau had an informant in the crowd, providing an inside glimpse of the action, according to confidential records obtained by The New York Times. In the informant’s version of events, the Proud Boys, famous for their street fights, were largely following a pro-Trump mob consumed by a herd mentality rather than carrying out any type of preplanned attack.

The use of informants always presents law enforcement officials with difficult judgments about the credibility and completeness of the information they provide. In this case, the records obtained by The Times do not directly address whether the informant was in a good position to know about plans developed for Jan. 6 by the leadership of the Proud Boys, why he was cooperating, whether he could have missed indications of a plot or whether he could have deliberately misled the government.

 

But the records, and information from two people familiar with the matter, suggest that federal law enforcement had a far greater visibility into the assault on the Capitol, even as it was taking place, than was previously known.

Norwegian Government Announces Lifting Of Final COVID-19 Measures

 

On Friday, the Norwegian government announced that most of the last remaining coronavirus restrictions would be scrapped from Saturday, and life would return to normal with "increased preparedness".

 

Prime Minister Erna Solberg announced on Friday that from tomorrow 4pm, most of the final remaining national Covid-19 measures in Norway would be dropped.

 

“Now we can live almost as we did before the pandemic hit us. I do not think everything will be as before. I think the coronavirus will affect us for the rest of our lives, for better or worse. We have learned how vulnerable we are and how much we can achieve when we stand together,” Solberg told a press conference on Friday.

 

The decision to lift measures such as social distancing was based on advice from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) and the Norwegian Directorate of Health. In addition, limits on numbers at gatherings will also be axed, and rules stopping venues letting in guests past midnight will be repealed, and club-goers will be able to hit dance floors once again.

 

“The NIPH and the Norwegian Directorate of Health gave us advice on Monday that it will be possible to switch to normal everyday life around the turn of the month. The positive development has continued this week, and that is the reason why the government – after a thorough assessment – has concluded that tomorrow at 4pm, we will move on to normal everyday life.

 

Although most of the last remaining measures will be scrapped, those who test positive for Covid-19 will still have to self-isolate, and unvaccinated people living with someone infected will also need to quarantine.

 

Furthermore, the traffic lights system for schools will remain in place, and entry restrictions and travel rules (which we will have more on in a separate article) would stay in place for now.

 

Municipalities would still have the right to introduce their local restrictions and policy on face masks and gathering limits.

‘Political persecution’: China says US ‘totally fabricated’ charges against Huawei CFO detained in Canada for years

 

China’s Foreign Ministry has rejected the United States’ charges of fraud against Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou, which led to her detainment for several years, calling them “totally fabricated” and an act of political persecution.

Meng – who is the daughter of Huawei CEO Ren Zhengfei – finally returned home to China on Saturday following years of detainment in Canada. She had been arrested by Canadian police at Vancouver International Airport in December 2018 due to an extradition request from the United States, which accused her of fraud in an attempt to circumvent its sanctions on Iran.

 

The US pulled its charges and extradition request on Friday.

 

On Saturday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying claimed that the US and Canada’s detainment of Meng had been “political persecution” and that the “so-called ‘fraud’ allegation” against her was “totally fabricated.”

 

“It has long been a fully proven fact that this is an incident of political persecution against a Chinese citizen, an act designed to hobble Chinese high-tech companies,” the spokesperson said. “What the United States and Canada have done is a typical case of arbitrary detention.”

 

Shenzhen’s Ping’an International Financial Center skyscraper welcomed Meng home on Saturday with a message of support lit up on the side of the building, while supporters of Meng welcomed her home with signs at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport.

 

As her plane landed, Meng expressed relief at having “finally returned home.”

 

“After more than 1,000 days of suffering, I finally returned to the embrace of my motherland,” she said, adding that “waiting in a foreign country was full of suffering.”

 

Just hours after Meng’s release on Friday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced that two Canadian citizens accused of espionage and collecting sensitive information, Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor, had been released from a Chinese prison and were on their way home.

Italy Orders Companies Not To Pay Unvaccinated Workers

 

The Italian government has passed a decree applying to both the private and public sector ordering companies to withhold pay from workers who refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

 

The decree mandates that all employees get the vaccine ‘green pass’, which led to questions about what would happen to the millions of Italians who remain unvaccinated.

 

The government is attempting to avoid potential legal action by directing companies not to fire the unvaccinated, but simply to not pay them while telling employees not to show up to work under threat of being fined if they do so.

 

“Instead, they should be considered to be on an unjustified absence and have their wages or salaries withheld,” writes Ken Macon.

 

“Those found to be working without a vaccine passport could be punished with fines of up to €1,500. Additionally, the government said it would not cater for the test costs for those who would prefer not to take the vaccine.”

 

Even those who have had the virus, recovered and developed anti-bodies will still have to get at least one dose of the vaccine, presumably just as a performative show of compliance.

 

Italy extended its vaccine passport scheme to schools and universities on September 1st.

 

Teachers were told they faced being fired if they didn’t take it and students were mandated to take it to attend classes.

 

The unvaccinated were also banned from using long distance public transport, meaning that holidays, travel for work and visiting relatives has become impossible for many.

 

Venues such as museums, stadiums, theaters gyms, and indoor seating spaces at bars and restaurants all require vaccine identification and businesses can be fined thousands of euros for not enforcing the rules.

 

The ‘green pass’ in Italy also tracks an individual’s location, once again emphasizing how it’s a digital ID card on steroids.

Traces of Pegasus spyware found on smartphones of FIVE French cabinet ministers – media

 

Pegasus spyware has been found on the phones of at least five French ministers, multiple sources told news outlets. The company behind the tech, the Israel-based NSO Group, denies it was used to target French officials, however.

 

The revelation was first made by French investigative website Mediapart, with the report further corroborated by the AFP news agency on Friday.

 

Traces of Pegasus spyware have been found on the mobile phones of at least five current cabinet ministers, Mediapart said, citing a confidential intelligence report and numerous anonymous sources. The alleged activity of the spyware was traced back to 2019 and, to a lesser extent, 2020.

 

The five affected officials include Education Minister Jean-Michel Blanquer, Agriculture Minister Julien Denormandie, Housing Minister Emmanuelle Wargon, Overseas Territories Minister Sébastien Lecornu, and Territorial Cohesion Minister Jacqueline Gourault, according to Mediapart.

 

So far, only Wargon has reacted publicly to the revelations, confirming her phone had been examined by France’s special services.

 

“My phone is one of those checked out by the national IT systems security agency, but I haven’t yet heard anything about the investigation so I cannot comment at this stage,” she told L’Opinion website on Friday.

 

The reason the housing minister was targeted by the sophisticated spyware remains a mystery, with one of her aides telling AFP that Wargon “doesn’t have access to any state secrets, so we can’t really see the point of spying on her.”

 

Shortly after the report was published, the developer of Pegasus spyware, the Israel-based NSO Group, rejected the allegations, reiterating its stance that the program had never been used to target French officials.

 

“We stand by our previous statements regarding French government officials. They are not and have never been Pegasus targets. We won’t comment on anonymous source allegations,” the company said in a statement.

 

First discovered back in 2016, the spyware hit the headlines earlier this year, after a consortium of 17 media organizations reported that it had been used to target more than 50,000 high-profile people all over the globe. The software, sold by NSO only to government entities in order to purportedly investigate serious crime, was allegedly used to monitor the online activities of politicians, government officials, and journalists from a number of countries.

 

The revelation has sparked multiple international scandals, with several revolving around French public figures. The spyware was reportedly used by Moroccan intelligence to spy on France’s top officials, including President Emmanuel Macron, for instance.It was also allegedly used to target French journalists, including Mediapart’s co-founder and president Edwy Plenel and its investigative journalist Lénaïg Bredoux, France’s media reported last month, citing findings by the National Agency for the Security of Information Systems.

Judge Denies Police Union’s Effort to Delay Vaccine Mandate in Massachusetts

 

A Massachusetts judge has denied a bid by the state police union to delay mandatory vaccinations for all state employees.

 

The State Police Association of Massachusetts, a union representing about 1,800 state police officers, filed a lawsuit (pdf) last week asking the judge to put the mandate on hold to give the union time to “negotiate the terms and conditions of their employment” before a deadline of Oct. 17.

 

“The public interest is, unquestionably, best served by stopping the spread of the virus, in order to protect people from becoming ill, ensure adequate supply of medical services, and curtail the emergence of new, deadlier variants of the virus,” Judge Jackie Cowin said in the decision, reported The Associated Press.

 

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker, a Republican, issued an executive order last month that would require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all executive department employees by Oct. 17.

 

“Executive Department employees who are not vaccinated or approved for an exemption as of October 17, 2021 will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination … Management employees not in compliance as of October 17, 2021 will also be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.” Baker’s office said in a statement.

 

His office also stated, “The Administration will continue to work with its union partners regarding this policy, and specific ramifications of non-compliance for staff represented by unions will be discussed well in advance of October 17 with each employee union.”

 

The union had asked that troopers who don’t get the vaccine be allowed to wear a mask and undergo weekly COVID-19 testing instead.

 

“We are disappointed in the judge’s ruling; however, we respect her decision,” Michael Cherven, the union’s president, said in a statement. “It is unfortunate that the Governor and his team have chosen to mandate one of the most stringent vaccine mandates in the country with no reasonable alternatives.”

 

“Throughout COVID, we have been on the front lines protecting the citizens of Massachusetts and beyond. Simply put, all we are asking for are the same basic accommodations that countless other departments have provided to their first responders, and to treat a COVID related illness as a line of duty injury.

 

“To date, dozens of troopers have already submitted their resignation paperwork, some of whom plan to return to other departments offering reasonable alternatives such as mask wearing and regular testing,” he added. “The State Police are already critically short staffed and acknowledged this by the unprecedented moves which took troopers from specialty units that investigate homicides, terrorism, computer crimes, arsons, gangs, narcotics, and human trafficking, and returned them to uniformed patrol.”

Education Secretary Miguel Cardona on Mandatory Coronavirus Vaccines for Children: ‘Make Sure It Happens’

 

Biden Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said Thursday he not only supports mandatory Chinese coronavirus vaccines for eligible schoolchildren, he expects states to “make sure it happens.”

 

“Not only do I support it, but I’m encouraging states to come up with a plan to make sure it happens,” Cardona told Politico during a multistate tour of schools and child care centers. “I would like governors who hold those decisions to make those decisions now that [vaccines] are FDA-approved.”

 

Cardona said the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) full approval of shots for some children should facilitate state officials to begin their vaccinations.

 

Pfizer-BioNTech said last week they will be seeking FDA approval in November for their vaccine to be administered to children between the ages of six months and five years old, Breitbart News reported.

 

“Now we expect to have safety and immunogenicity data for children between ages of 5 and 11, we expect to have that data by the end of September, and then we would expect to file that with the FDA in early October for a potential EUA,” said Pfizer Chief Financial Officer Frank D’Amelio.

 

“We would expect to have similar data for children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years old that we would file with the FDA, I’ll call it, in the weeks shortly thereafter the filing of the data for the 5 to the 11 year-olds,” he added.

 

The FDA approved Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine in late August to be given to those aged 16 and older. The company’s vaccine for children aged 12-15 is operating under emergency use in the United States.

 

Cardona told Politico:

 

Governors should work with their school officials and with their health officials to roll out requirements, especially in areas that are high-spread, and where students might be at risk for going back to remote learning, or hybrid learning, as a result of the spread of COVID-19.

 

This is about safely reopening schools. And what we know, based on not only on the COVID-19 vaccine, but the other vaccines that are already mandatory for school enrollment, is that they work. Our students have been disrupted enough, and sometimes you have to be crystal clear on what you believe.

Hotel Migrants Accused of Harassing Girls as Young as 12, Filming Through School Fences

 

Parents in Wigan, England, have been left fearful as male migrants hosted in a local hotel are accused of roaming the community harassing underage girls and filming them through schoolyard fences.

 

Migrants put up in the Britannia Hotel by Serco, one of a small number of scandal–ridden private corporations who earn big money accommodating and monitoring illegal migrants for the government, arguably not very well, are hanging around outside the entrances to schools, leering at and recording schoolgirls during PE (Physical Education) workouts through schoolyard fences, and harassing young girls at a local landmark called The Line, according to Wigan Today.

 

In one case, a 12-year-old girl was reportedly surrounded by migrant men and recorded on their mobile phones as she burst into tears, before being rescued by “local hero” Ross Pilkington, who managed to extricate her from the situation and escort her home.

 

“I dread to think what would have happened if he hadn’t been there. My husband Dominic and I have drummed it into our children about stranger danger and what you should and shouldn’t do, but I’m not sure what I would have done if faced with that situation. I’m pretty sure our older girl would have just frozen,” said the girl’s mother, named by Wigan Today as Vikki Boyle.

 

“We rang the police straight away. Our daughter was sure she could identify five out of 10 of them,” she added.

 

The police, who have something of a reputation for being disinclined to act against migration-background men grooming British girls, decided that “no offences [had] been committed”, however.

 

 

“The behaviour of a small number of men from the Britannia Hotel has been causing a lot of upset,” said one mother.

 

“They clearly need educating. If you flee from your own country and want to be accepted in a new one, then you need to learn the new country’s ways.

 

“The last thing we want is all the right-wing thugs using this as an excuse to bring their toxic messages to Wigan again and whipping up racism,” she added, as if this should be people’s primary concern rather than the risk that underage girls might be sexually assaulted by men being left at large in the community while their asylum claims are vetted.

 

Another mother did say that there are “police around Standish High [School] now just after school because of what has been going on and that offers some reassurance,” but said that her own “daughters are being taken to school and back and are going nowhere else on foot at the moment because I don’t feel it’s safe.

 

“The behaviour is borderline legal-illegal so people aren’t being arrested but the worry is that this could escalate if it’s allowed to continue,” she fretted.

 

Vikki Boyle said she did not like “keeping our daughters in all summer holiday because of these men who are hanging around” after they had previously been unable to move freely because of the Wuhan virus pandemic, complaining of the impact on children’s mental health.

Joe Biden Gets Angrier at People Who Enforce Immigration Laws Than at People Who Break Them

 

A few weeks ago, Charles Cooke wrote about President Biden’s propagating an “upside-down system,” in which he is spectacularly engaged in and energetic about things that don’t concern him whatsoever, and apathetic and uninvolved about things that are rightly his responsibility:

 

In the areas that don’t concern him in the slightest — say, the decisions of a given school board in Natrona County, Wyo. — Biden is engaged, combative, and near impossible to shut up. And in the areas over which he has a global monopoly on responsibility — say, a foreign-policy crisis that was the direct result of his own poor decision-making — he is impotent, shifty, and conspicuously elsewhere. As Biden claims, the buck often stops with him. Trouble is, it’s the wrong buck.

 

Today brings another example of Biden’s out-of-whack priorities in his stewardship of the presidency. His administration has acted in a spectacularly incompetent fashion in dealing with a surge of illegal trespassing on the southern border, issuing pointless statements and explanations to cover up the fact that its actions (and inactions) enabled the crisis and continue to facilitate it. Biden can barely be bothered to shore up border enforcement, much less actively to discourage people from continuing their illegal crossings.

 

He can, however, easily be prompted to join the pile-on over a fake narrative about Border Patrol agents using “whips” to secure the border. Here is what he said this morning:

 

“It was horrible to see what you saw, to see people treated like they did — horses barely running them over people being strapped,” Biden said at a press conference at the White House on Friday. “It’s outrageous. I promise you those people will pay.”

 

Biden added, “There will be consequences. It’s an embarrassment. But beyond an embarrassment is dangerous, it’s wrong.”

 

Biden is angrier at the people trying to enforce the nation’s laws than at the people trying to break them. (The border-patrol officers involved have reportedly been placed on administrative leave.) It’s hard to think of a more upside-down system than this. The real embarrassment here is Biden, and the situation he has created on our southern border.

A peer-reviewed scientific article written by climate scientists Willie Soon and Ronan Connolly is being censored by Facebook’s “fact-checkers” after it concluded that the sun, not carbon dioxide, is what causes climate change.

 

“We found that, depending on which scientific datasets you choose, you could explain the global warming since the 19th century as being anything from mostly natural to mostly human-caused,” they wrote. “The huge uncertainty over such a key question is a major concern.”

 

Several days after Soon and Connolly’s paper was published and posted online, the United Nations’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) published its Sixth Assessment Report. This report claims that there is “unequivocal” evidence that climate change is almost entirely caused by human activity.

 

“The journalist Alex Newman was struck by the contrast between the two different reports,” wrote Soon and Connolly. “He interviewed us, representatives for the IPCC, and several other scientists for an article in The Epoch Times.”

 

Soon and Connolly described how Newman’s article spread like wildfire on social media, including Facebook.

 

But one of Facebook’s so-called independent fact-checkers, a group known as Climate Feedback, soon stepped in to prevent the article from being seen by a wider audience.

 

“This ‘fact-checker’ website, financially supported by Facebook, TikTok, Google News Initiative and others, declared the article to be ‘incorrect’ and ‘misleading.’ Facebook then began censorsing any posts sharing the link,” wrote Soon and Connolly.

 

Soon and Connolly fought back by using Climate Feedback’s own framework for determining what is and is not misinformation. They found out that Climate Feedback’s “fact-check” was guilty of 11 of the 14 classes of misinformation that the group warns against. Meanwhile, Newman’s article was guilty of none of them.

 

“‘Fact-checkers’ claim to provide a solution. But a weaponized ‘fact-check- is nothing more than a ‘narrative-check,'” wrote Soon and Connolly.

Joe Biden didn't have much time for U.S. troops as he repeatedly checked his watch during a "dignified transfer" of thirteen service members' remains after they were killed in a terror attack during his Afghanistan pullout fiasco.

 

Now he's gone himself one better — he didn't even show up. When President Moon Jae-in of South Korea took the trouble to fly all the way to Hawaii for another dignified transfer of troop remains dating from the Korean war, Biden had better things to do.

 

He didn't even send a flunky.

 

RedState's Andrew Malcolm has a superb report:

 

The president of South Korea, Moon Jae-in, and his wife, Kim Jung-sook, flew to Hawaii this week to personally return the recovered remains of six U.S. soldiers from the Korean War in a solemn ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The story was first reported by our sister site, HotAir.com.

 

Almost 40,000 Americans died in that three-year conflict with North Korea and China. Another 100,000 were wounded and a stunning 7,500 still remain unaccounted for.

 

Bringing home the remains of the fallen is always an emotional issue for Americans, many of whom still fly black POW-MIA flags from the Vietnam War. Accessing remains even delayed peace talks after the Vietnam fighting. And the Leave No One Behind mantra raised its emotional head after Biden's Afghan retreat did leave Americans behind.

 

So, when the president of a long-time democratic ally and an economic powerhouse, especially one from Asia where signs of respect are so revered and expected, personally gets involved in the return of soldiers' remains, it's a pretty big deal. Or should be. The U.S. still has about 30,000 troops stationed in South Korea as a tripwire to deter another North Korean invasion.

 

The Biden administration, however, sent no one to the ceremony, which also involved repatriating remains of now-identified Korean soldiers to their homeland.

Moon? That sounds familiar. Isn't President Moon the important ally of the U.S. who got degradingly insulted last May by idiot Kamala Harris, who literally wiped her hand immediately after greeting this leader?

 

According to Fox News:

 

Harris was caught on camera Friday immediately wiping her right hand on her jacket after shaking hands with South Korean President Moon Jae-in at the White House.

 

Apparently, she thought he was filthy, or had disease, or might give her cooties or something. And as Malcolm notes, Asian nations hold great regard for deportment and "face," more so than, say, carefree Australia. A blunder of manners in Australia would likely be overlooked. In Asia, it would be noticed. Why would anyone do that, and for the cameras, no less? Imagine former president Trump, who's famously a germophobe, doing something like that! He most certainly never did, because even as a germophobe, he has something called "class." He thinks of the other guy first instead of himself. He knows how to be a cordial host and make his guests comfortable. Not so with roundheels Kamala.

 

Oh, that wasn't the only insult to South Korea, either. South Korea's top newspaper, the Chosun Ilbo, reported that Biden gave South Korea's president the back of his hand at the United Nations, too, ignoring his calls to officially end the war with North Korea and apparently refusing to meet him:

 

U.S. President Joe Biden ignored Moon's plea in his own keynote address and did not meet him in New York. Biden merely said, "We seek serious and sustained diplomacy to pursue the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula."

 

After his speech, the U.S. president sat down for summits with the heads of Australia and the U.K. to discuss their scandal-ridden Aukus pact against China. On Friday he meets with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshide Suga.

 

Moon instead met the leaders of the U.K., Vietnam and Slovenia during his stay in New York.

 

That didn't go over well in South Korea. The South Korean president himself delicately said he believes he had been misunderstood (given that Biden wasn't paying attention).

 

For those of us counting, that's three insults.

 

What leaps out at me is the incredible incompetence shown here by Biden on the Asia front — not just the Afghanistan front, not just on the Latin American border, not just on the France and Europe front, but now on Biden's vaunted "pivot to Asia." Wasn't Biden supposed to be "Mr. Foreign Policy"?

First, start with South Korea itself:

 

How is South Korea supposed to look at this series of insults? Very likely, Biden may be viewed as simply disengaged and out of it, and the Koreans will adjust their stance accordingly. Will they, like Singapore, "make calculations and take positions, and they have to make recalculations and adjust their positions from time to time," as Singapore's prime minister chillingly told Harris on her August junket, effectively warning her that they don't consider the U.S., under Biden administration leadership, an entirely reliable ally? That's a warning sign that our Asian allies aren't too sure about Joe Biden as China emerges. South Korea is likely to be another one of them based on this unforced lousy treatment.

 

Yet Joe Biden repeatedly promoted his foreign policy chops when he ran for president. He was supposedly the experienced foreign policy hand, unlike his rivals, given that he made a lot of congressional junkets, many exaggerated. And that's despite the damning summary of his foreign policy prowess by former CIA director Robert Gates: "wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades."

 

Oh, but he learns, wrote Jackson Diehl (whom I like on many of his stances but who is wrong on this one) at the Washington Post:

 

Gates's verdict raises an awkward question: Would Biden not be better? Could he, in his own way, make it all worse?

 

The short answer is easy: Biden could and would quickly undo the distinctive evils of Trumpism. It wouldn't be hard for him to call the leaders of Germany and South Korea on Day One and say we're going back to being your reliable ally.

 

Well, turns out the opposite happened. The South Korean press is quite negative about it.

 

And it's not just Diehl. Here's Foreign Policy with another now embarrassing analysis:

 

That Biden is not Trump and will replace chaos in Washington with competence has sent strong messages of reassurance to most Asian allies. Biden's long foreign-policy experience and the team of familiar figures from the Obama and Clinton administrations have generated much comfort in Asian capitals.

Now let's look at how this series of insults impacts the broader Biden plan to "pivot to Asia."

 

As China runs rampant and begins threatening Taiwan and South China Sea countries, it's also menacing the northern part of the Pacific Rim, where the big economies of Japan and South Korea lie.

 

The purpose of the "pivot to Asia" (which several U.S. presidents have pursued, actually; Joe is never original) is to keep sea trade routes clear, something China is trying to put a stop to in order to achieve hegemony. All of the Asian states are critical players and need to be onboard, particularly South Korea, which has the additional role of helping check North Korea's nuclear ambitions and general aggressive tendencies, which is a separate menace.

 

Biden's repeated pitching of South Korea overboard based on his ineptitude, bad judgment, and general senility has plenty of potential for going haywire somewhere along the line. It's a critical relationship and should be handled with utmost respect. But Biden can't even be bothered to attend a dignified transfer of U.S. troop remains, which the South Korean president was good enough to do himself.

The Korean president, of course, delivered his remarks with dignity, showing no signs of umbrage as he and a Korean Honor Guard handed the remains of six Americans to the Defense Department’s POW/MIA Accounting Agency. He then accepted the remains of 68 now-identified South Korean troops, which flew back to Korea on the president’s plane. “American and Korean heroes are finally returning home to their families after a 70-year-long wait,” Moon said. The solemn ceremony received little news coverage beyond Honolulu because without White House representation it was unimportant and any news coverage noting that, like this report, might be seen as critical of the administration that is not headed by Donald Trump.

What the group’s conquest of Afghanistan means for the international drug market

 

The Taliban’s reascent last month has already led to profound changes in Afghanistan’s government, culture, and educational system. Afghanistan’s new rulers have also promised another shift: an end to the trade in the nation’s major cash crop, opium.

 

"We are assuring our countrymen and women and the international community, we will not have any narcotics produced," Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid told reporters during the group’s first press conference since taking power. "From now on, nobody's going to get involved [in the heroin trade], nobody can be involved in drug smuggling."

 

Afghanistan is the world’s biggest grower of illicit poppies, whose sticky sap is used to produce opium and other opiates, including heroin. It produces an estimated 85 percent of the world’s opium, with nearly half of the country’s arable land dedicated to cultivating poppy. In 2019, it exported between $1 and $2 billion dollars’ worth, a larger total than its licit exports.

 

The Taliban’s pronouncement thus could have a profound impact on both the country they now rule and the world drug market—if, that is, they actually follow through. Experts with whom the Washington Free Beacon spoke cautioned that the jihadists’ next steps were unpredictable, as they must carefully balance numerous competing concerns. Either way, the decision is likely to dramatically alter the international scene and could even lead to a cascade of deaths in Europe, a continent away.

 

Such is the nature of the international drug market: Small shifts in policy can work deadly changes a half-world away. Whatever the Taliban does, it will have profound impacts—all that is left is to wait and see.

 

A total ban on opium production would not be unprecedented: The Taliban implemented one in 2000, roughly a year before they were ousted from power. That ban was motivated both by Islamic fundamentalist principles, which prohibit intoxication of all kinds, but also by a desire for international legitimacy, particularly given Afghanistan’s isolation from the rest of the world community. The ban was swiftly enforced through the Taliban’s trademark draconian justice, resulting in a 91 percent reduction in areas under cultivation in 2001, including near 100 percent reductions in the major producing provinces of Helmand and Nangarhar.

 

That policy had an only "modest" effect on heroin prices, according to Keith Humphreys, a Stanford professor who helped craft the Obama administration’s drug control policy. Humphreys argued that targeting poppy production was a relatively inefficient way to reduce supply, given the flower’s low cost.

 

"When I worked for Obama, one of the first things I said was, ‘Don’t bother trying to suppress the opium trade in Afghanistan,’" Humphreys said. "Because the Taliban is willing to do things and has the capacity to do things we never could, ergo we will never achieve the level of suppression that they did, and even their level of suppression did not make that much of a difference."

 

But the relatively small impact may have been due less to the structure of supply and more to the fact that the ban didn’t necessarily reduce opium stockpiles.

 

"It’s not clear if people in Afghanistan believed that was going to be a permanent ban," Bryce Pardo, a drug policy researcher at the RAND Corporation, said. "A lot of producers, a lot of subsistence farmers, a lot of them had stockpiled opium, because traditionally, these sorts of bans were never really that permanent."

We really need to keep our children protected. I would not think any school our care facility beyond the watchful eyes of parents is safe.

 

Health departments in various Kansas Counties are apparently setting up mobile vaccine vans to travel around and attempt to lure children into getting vaccinated behind their parents' back.

 

We are correct to run for school boards and express our views, etc. However, I really wonder if, at least for a time, it is best to home educate or use private options. I would not trust any government school to protect my child from coerced vaccinations. "They" get too much money from sticking needles into the young.

The German government is attempting to bring the messaging app into its "social media" category so it can criminalize speech.

 

After a gas station cashier was killed following an argument over mask wearing, the German government started pressuring social media platforms to censor groups over what has become known as “corona misinformation.”

 

The State of Thüringen’s Interior Minister George Mair specifically called for the urgent regulation and classification of Telegram as a social network in order to foist new rules on the platform. Currently the “Netzwerdurchsetzungsgesetz” law in Germany requires social media platforms to delete whatever the government deems as “criminal” content, and even to report them to the Federal Criminal Policy Agency (Bundeskriminalamt).

 

Platforms such as Telegram, however, have typically been excluded as they are not classified as social networks but as messaging platforms. Telegram has also been under pressure in the US, for what globalist policy makers call the spread of “misinformation” and for “coordinating” the January 6 “insurrection”.

 

Der Tagespiegel magazine was quick to associate the attack with the anti-lockdown movement, claiming that “right-wingers are celebrating the killing in Idar-Oberstein” in Telegram chat groups.

 

This latest attack on Telegram comes right after Facebook, Inc. launched a campaign against the “querdenker” on its own platforms: Facebook and Instagram.

Lavrov: US Failed to Consider Repercussions of Leaving Weapons in Afghanistan During Hasty Pull-Out

 

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov delivered his remarks during a press conference preceding his speech at the 76th session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA).

Sergei Lavrov on Saturday criticised the hasty withdrawal of US and NATO troops from Afghanistan, saying that it had been carried out without analysing the aftermath and resulted in huge amounts of military equipment being left in the country.

"Apparently, we all need to make sure that these weapons are not used for non-constructive purposes", Lavrov noted.

The Russian Foreign Minister said that Russia is unaware of any talks in regard to international recognition of the Taliban*, noting that Moscow received no request from the militant group for permission to appoint their ambassador to the country.

 

Lavrov also noted that the interim government formed by the Taliban in Afghanistan does not properly represent "the entire palette of Afghan society" in terms of "ethnic-confessional" and "political" aspects.

He also said that Russia will support the Taliban's "determination" to fight Daesh* and other terrorist entities.

Non-Proliferation Efforts

During his remarks, the Russian foreign minister also addressed the prospects of a restoration of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), also known as the nuclear deal with Iran - an accord that former US President Donald Trump unilaterally exited in 2018.

Lavrov noted that the United States had said during the JCPOA negotiations that it was not ready to provide "written guarantees" that future administrations would not leave the deal.

However, he said that there is hope and optimism for the JCPOA to be restored, since it is something that is desired by both Iran and the US.

 

"Iran does nothing that is prohibited", Lavrov said when commenting on Tehran's nuclear commitments. "It complies with the non-proliferation treaty and complies with the additional protocol to the safeguards agreement".

The JCPOA deal was penned in 2015 between the P5+1 countries (China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States – plus Germany), the European Union, and Iran. Under the accord, Tehran was supposed to scale back its nuclear programme in exchange for sanctions relief from the United States.

However, after the Trump administration unilaterally withdrew Washington from the deal in 2018, Tehran slowly began to step away from its JCPOA nuclear commitments, while still underlining that the country's nuclear programme remains exclusively peaceful.

Negotiations on the possible restoration of the JCPOA were held in Vienna, but were stalled after the last round wrapped up in late June. On Friday, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said Iran would return to these talks "very soon".

Why are Hospitals Firing Staff During a Pandemic?

 

By firing health care workers for

refusing a covid vaccine,

globalist governments are

showing their hand. There is no

health emergency.

The priority

is simply to make

everyone take the jab.

There will be one as flu season arrives

Across Canada, as well as in many states, healthcare workers are quitting, being fired, or being threatened with termination due to covid vaccine mandates.

 

Despite the fact that lockdowns were officially intended to to prevent hospitals from being overwhelmed, governments and hospitals have decided that further increasing the chronic shortage of healthcare workers is a good idea.

 

There is a massive backlog of surgeries and other procedures that were postponed due to lockdowns, on top of endless covid hospitalizations and many workers leaving the profession due to stress, burnout, and poor work conditions. Firing unvaccinated healthcare workers at a time like this doesn't make any sense unless there is a hidden agenda.

 

After the failure of vaccines to prevent new "variants," it was certain that we would have another wave of infections and hospitalizations.

 

However, across Canada the federal and provincial governments did nothing to increase hospital capacity.

 

Hospitals in Canada have been chronically understaffed and over capacity for years. The province of Ontario is the home of "hallway medicine", with patients being kept in hallways, offices, and storage rooms due to a lack of actual hospital rooms. It was already a disaster long before covid, with most hospitals over 100% capacity on a daily basis, but nothing was done about it due to a lack of funding.

PG&E Charged in California Wildfire Last Year That Killed 4

 

SAN FRANCISCO—Pacific Gas & Electric was charged Friday with involuntary manslaughter and other crimes after its equipment sparked a Northern California wildfire that killed four people and destroyed hundreds of homes last year, prosecutors said.

 

It is the latest legal action against the nation’s largest utility, which pleaded guilty last year to 84 counts of involuntary manslaughter in a 2018 blaze ignited by its long-neglected electrical grid that nearly destroyed the town of Paradise and became the deadliest U.S. wildfire in a century.

 

Shasta County District Attorney Stephanie Bridgett announced the 31 charges, including 11 felonies, against PG&E, saying it failed to perform its legal duties and that its “failure was reckless and criminally negligent, and it resulted in the death of four people.”

 

If the utility is convicted of involuntary manslaughter, the punishment would be a fine for each person killed in the Zogg Fire last year near the city of Redding. A corporation “can’t go to jail, so we’re talking fines, fees, the ability for the court to order remedial and corrective measures,” Bridgett said.

 

“One of our primary functions here is to hold them responsible and let the surviving families know that their loved one did not die in vain,” she added.

 

PG&E CEO Patti Poppe said failing to prevent the fire was not a crime.

 

“This was a tragedy, four people died. And my coworkers are working so hard to prevent fires and the catastrophic losses that come with them. They have dedicated their careers to it, criminalizing their judgment is not right,” Poppe said in a statement.

 

The wind-whipped Zogg Fire began on Sept. 27, 2020, and raged through rugged terrain and small communities west of Redding, killing four people, burning about 200 homes and blackening about 87 square miles of land. Three of the victims died as they tried to outrun the blaze and were found inside or near their vehicles. A fourth victim died at a hospital.

 

In March, state fire investigators concluded that the blaze was sparked by a gray pine tree that fell onto a PG&E distribution line. Shasta and Tehama counties have sued the utility alleging negligence, saying PG&E had failed to remove the tree even though it had been marked for removal two years earlier. The utility says the tree was subsequently cleared to stay.

 

The district attorney determined that the company was criminally liable for the fire. The charges Friday include enhancements for injury to a 29-year-old firefighter who was hit by a falling tree that fractured his spine, paralyzing him from the chest down. They also include felony arson counts linked to several fires started by the utility’s equipment in Shasta County over the last year, Bridgett said.

 

PG&E, which has an estimated 16 million customers in central and Northern California, filed for bankruptcy protection in 2019 after its aging equipment was blamed for a series of fires, including the 2018 Camp Fire that killed 85 people and destroyed 10,000 homes in Paradise and neighboring communities.

Instead, the federal government has charged many in leadership positions of groups like the Proud Boys with “conspiracy” and have alleged that there was a plot among these groups to breach the U.S. Capitol.

FBI Director Christopher Wray previously seemed to acknowledge to Congress that his agency had not infiltrated the groups present at the Capitol protest. According to the New York Times, the FBI had at least two Proud Boys working as confidential informants on January 6.

 

Earlier today the New York Times released a report, quoting anonymous FBI officials, revealing that the FBI had at least two confidential informants at the Capitol on January 6, and one was regularly texting his FBI handler throughout the day to give updates on the rally-turned-protest that resulted in minor destruction of property at the U.S. Capitol building. The New York Times writes that this reveals “federal law enforcement had a far greater visibility into” the events of January 6 even as they were “taking place, than was previously known.”

 

In an appearance before the U.S. Senate, Wray was questioned on the topic of FBI infiltration of the groups accused of planning to enter the U.S. Capitol by Sen. Amy Klobuchar. While stopping short of explicitly claiming the FBI had not infiltrated these groups, FBI Director Chris Wray appeared to acknowledge his agency had not.

 

“There must me moments where you think, ‘If we would have known. If we could have infiltrated this group and found out what they were doing,’ questioned Klobuchar, “Do you have those moments?”

 

“Absolutely,” replied Wray, a Trump-appointee who was allowed to remain in his position by Joe Biden. “I will tell you Senator, this is something I feel passionately about.”

 

Describing the events of January 6 as an “attack,” Wray said that “We aim to bat 1,000.
