Anti-vaxxers are ‘dangerous fools’ – Kremlin

 

Those who refuse to get vaccinated against Covid-19 and actively attempt to convince others to reject jabs are “dangerous fools,” Russian President Vladimir Putin’s press secretary said on Sunday.

 

Dmitry Peskov was speaking to a special TV program about the second year of living with Covid-19, alongside other government officials. When asked his opinion about anti-vaxxers, Putin’s spokesman did not equivocate.

 

“Dangerous fools. That’s two words. Just one word cannot express it,” he told the TV host Nailya Asker-Zade.

 

The country’s Minister of Health, Mikhail Murashko, dubbed those who refuse to be vaccinated “unreasonable,” while Anna Popova, head of Russia’s health watchdog Rospotrebnadzor, suggested that opponents of the jab are “stricken with fear.”

 

The program comes as Russia battles its latest wave of Covid-19 infections. Officials in Russia have tried for months to convince vulnerable citizens to get vaccinated against the virus, but the level of take-up has remained lower than in many other comparable countries. According to Murashko, just 62% of Russians older than 60 have received their first dose – still far behind the national goal of 80% fully vaccinated.

 

Asker-Zade also asked some medical professionals for their sentiments on the anti-vaxxer movement and received some stronger opinions. Andrei Shkoda, the chief doctor at Moscow’s City Clinical Hospital No. 67, described the phenomenon as “militant ignorance,” while the deputy chief physician at another Moscow medical facility, Sergey Tsarenko, called its believers simply “idiots.”

 

As things stand, five different vaccines against Covid-19 have been registered in Russia, including Sputnik V, the world’s first approved coronavirus jab.

I don't know if this post is a sarcastic joke but bakertools has nothing to do with baking.

bakertools is a misnomer unfortunately. I made it when i was a noob and didn't think hard enough on the name. Originally it was just for bakers and then a lot of other features got pulled in from the other custom js scripts. Then life hit me like a speeding bus and i stopped workin on it and others seemed to pick up. but i stopped at v7.2. thats the last trusted point in my opinion unless anons have analyzed the code for each subseq version (as they should)

Jonathan Greenblatt's Anti-Defamation League on Wednesday demanded Fox News take down an "anti-Semitic" comic that portrays George Soros as "a puppet master who manipulates national events."

 

"As we have told @FoxNews numerous times, casting a Jewish individual as a puppet master who manipulates national events for malign purposes conjures up longstanding antisemitic tropes about Jewish power + contributes to the normalization of antisemitism," the ADL tweeted. Fox News did as they were told and deleted the post on both Facebook and Instagram just hours later.

 

ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt successfully lobbied to get President Donald Trump banned from Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube last year and then moved on to organizing an international advertiser boycott of Tucker Carlson's show for discussing The Great Replacement.

Corporate America’s plan to inflate the United States labor force via major changes to immigration law, slipped into President Joe Biden’s “Build Back Better Act,” is now seemingly in a tailspin as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) says he opposes the plan.

 

On Sunday, Manchin revealed that he will oppose the Build Back Better Act — throwing a wrench into Biden’s hallmark legislation of his administration.

 

“It’s encouraging to see Senator Manchin’s comments today, essentially killing his party’s insane efforts to make an end-run around normal legislative procedures,” RJ Hauman, with the Federation for American Immigration Reform, told Breitbart News.

 

“If he is true to his word, this will finally put an end to efforts to abuse the process and pass the largest amnesty in American history,” Hauman said. “If he is not, this is his last term.”

 

A vital component of the filibuster-proof reconciliation package, which needs 51 votes in the Senate, is a plan to provide amnesty for about 6.5 million illegal aliens.

 

The provisions allow millions of illegal aliens to secure work permits, ensuring more foreign competition against working and middle class Americans for often minimum wage jobs. The amnesty would cost American taxpayers about $500 billion over two decades.

 

“Manchin’s comments today on Fox News Sunday that he’s a no on Build Back Better are gutting to immigration advocates who’ve worked through months of negotiations, redrafting to meet Senate rules, reworking to satisfy House Dem factions, more redrafting/strategizing,” a Bloomberg reporter notes.

 

In addition, and even more important to corporate America, are provisions to blow the lid off current legal immigration levels — where 1.2 million green cards and 1.5 million work visas are awarded annually to foreign nationals — for the benefit of multinational corporations.

 

Specifically, the reconciliation package would allow companies to import a limitless number of legal immigrants on employment-based green cards for at least a decade. Eventually, green card-holders would be able to apply for naturalized American citizenship.

 

Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) has described the provisions as “the crown jewel of corporate lobbying” while Amazon, Facebook, Intuit Inc, AT&T, Verizon, Alphabet, Deloitte, the Microsoft Corporation, and IBM have led lobbying efforts to get the plan passed.

 

“If this is the end of BBB, it’s a huge blow to immigrant advocates who have spent months lobbying for the reconciliation strategy,” a reporter for Roll Call writes.

 

Manchin had been urged for months by voters and legislators in West Virginia not to support the reconciliation package. In July, 32 West Virginia state legislators wrote to Manchin, asking him to oppose the immigration provisions of Biden’s plan.

 

“Prioritizing the interests of workers over corporations demanding cheap labor means opposing amnesty in the budget deal,” the legislators wrote. “National sovereignty does not exist if we do not have borders.”

 

Likewise, a Rasmussen Reports survey last month showed that 63 percent of West Virginia likely voters oppose Biden’s amnesty plan and 65 percent said they would be less likely to support Manchin for reelection if he voted for the package.

A new study finds that those who get a breakthrough COVID-19 infection after being fully vaccinated may acquire 'super immunity' from another infection.

 

The small study compared 26 vaccinated staff at Oregon Health & Science University who had breakthrough infections to people who were vaccinated but never got the coronavirus.

 

The breakthrough group saw a surge in antibodies.

 

'The increases were substantial, up to a 1,000 percent increase and sometimes up to 2,000 percent, so it's really high immunity,' said study author Fikadu Tafesse, a molecular microbiology and immunology professor at OHSU in Portland, Oregon.

 

'It's almost "super immunity."'

 

Cases of Omicron, thought to be more infectious than other variants - almost doubled from Friday to Saturday, with the variant confirmed in all but six US states.

 

Meanwhile, a Columbia University study found that patients given a booster shot of either Pfizer or Moderna had 6.5 times fewer antibodies for Omicron than the original virus - meaning boosters alone may not be as protective.

 

The bottom line of the study is that vaccine provides you with foundational immunity for whatever comes next,' Tafesse told USA Today, cautioning that no one should purposefully seek to get infected with COVID-19.

 

Various studies show that being infected and getting a dose of a COVID vaccine is very effective against COVID, but this is one of the few that consider the reverse scenario.

 

'This is one of the first that shows a breakthrough infection following vaccination generates stronger immunity than prior infection or vaccination alone,' said Dr. Monica Gandhi of the University of California at San Francisco.

Meanwhile, Columbia University study looked at people given a booster of one of the two mRNA vaccines and found that boosted people had 6.5 times fewer antibodies for Omicron than the original virus.

 

It was less of a drop than that of people who only got a normal two-dose course. There was a 21-fold drop in neutralizing antibodies against Omicron after two doses of Pfizer compared to the original strain and a 8.6-fold drop with Moderna's jabs.

 

The study has not been peer-reviewed or published in a scientific journal.

 

Omicron already accounts for about three percent of cases nationwide and 13 percent of cases in the New York/New Jersey area, according to recent modeling data from the Centers for Disease Control.

On Saturday, New York state reported that the number of Omicron cases in New York City - the epicenter of the first wave of the pandemic - was 192, though there are likely more, New York Magazine reports.

 

On Saturday, New York reported 21,908 cases of COVID-19 throughout the state, a slight uptick from Friday's 21,027 new cases, which was already a new single-day record.

 

The CDC maintains that vaccines continue to be effective against the worst outcomes of COVID-19.

 

'With other variants, like Delta, vaccines have remained effective at preventing severe illness, hospitalizations, and death. The recent emergence of Omicron further emphasizes the importance of vaccination and boosters,' the CDC says.

 

The agency says Omicron will 'likely' spread more easily than the original SARS-CoV-2 virus, but it's not known how much easier it spreads than the Delta variant, which sent cases soaring late this summer.

LONDON (Reuters) - Lloyds TSB LLOY.L rescued Britain's biggest mortgage lender HBOS Plc HBOS.L on Thursday in a $22 billion takeover as the government swept aside competition rules to ease the deal through.

The takeover, sanctioned personally by Prime Minister Gordon Brown, came as banks around the world staggered under the weight of a credit crisis.

Lloyds Chairman Victor Blank said the deal went ahead after Brown told him at a reception on Monday night that it would not be blocked on competition grounds.

“The transaction could have only happened if the government was prepared to give support in relation to competition issues,” Blank said at a news conference. “What the prime minister said on the night to me was the government would give that support.”

The combined bank will control about a quarter of UK current accounts and 28 percent of home loans.

A plunge in HBOS shares in recent days had raised fears the credit crunch might claim another UK victim after the government bailout of Northern Rock bank earlier this year.

Lloyds will offer 0.83 of a share for one HBOS share, valuing them at 232 pence based on Wednesday’s closing prices, or a 58 percent premium. That valued HBOS at 12.2 billion pound ($21.7 billion), only a quarter of its value a year ago.

HBOS shares jumped 17 percent to close at 172.6p, but Lloyds shares fell 15 percent to 237.5p, cutting the value of the deal to 197p per HBOS share.

“We had expected HBOS would struggle to make a profit through 2010, but we had not expected it would fall victim to the credit crunch,” said Sandy Chen, analyst at Panmure Gordon.

“The specter of another run on customer deposits, combined with the run on wholesale funding that HBOS has been experiencing, was what pushed HBOS into the arms of Lloyds TSB, with the support of the UK government,” Chen said.

Lloyds said it expects the deal to boost annual earnings by over 1 billion pounds a year by 2011 through cost savings and boost its earnings per share by over 20 percent a year.

One day after Laura — a healthy, athletic 27-year-old Port Townsend woman — received her second Covid mRNA injection, she began having significant adverse reactions. Pressured to take the experimental injection for employment, within days of the shot her body aches and chest pain intensified to the point where she couldn’t get out of bed.

 

When Laura called the local pharmacy where she received the shot about her adverse reactions, the pharmacist told her that her reaction was “normal”. When her chest pain continued to escalate, she called a CDC vaccination hotline where she was advised that she should wait 24 hours before seeking medical attention. She nonetheless drove herself to Jefferson Healthcare’s ER in what turned out to be “heart attack mode.”

 

Not listening to “expert” advice assuring her that her intense chest pain and other troubling reactions were normal, telling her she should wait it out rather than seek medical care, likely saved her life. “The [ER] doctor said he didn’t know how I was still alive.”

 

Following Laura’s heart attack, Jefferson Healthcare (JHC) ran a battery of tests, identifying pericarditis resulting from vaccine damage. She was transferred later that day to a Silverdale hospital. There she had a second heart attack. Her ultimate diagnosis was “acute myopericarditis with elevated troponin.” She learned that her heart was now functioning at 30 percent capacity, told by the cardiologist it looked liked that of an 80 year old.

Cost savings are likely to be even higher and Lloyds may be playing down prospects to avoid a backlash about job and branch closures, analysts said.

The deal is expected to result in thousands of job cuts and hundreds of bank branch closures. “We will have some redundancies, some overlap,” Lloyds CEO Eric Daniels told Sky Television, but he declined to be more specific.

Daniels will remain as chief executive and Blank will stay as chairman. Other positions and the future of HBOS CEO Andy Hornby have not been decided.

COMPETITION LAW “IN TATTERS”

The UK government will modify competition law despite the enlarged group having a 28 percent share of mortgages to ensure the stability of the UK financial system. Alistair Darling, UK finance minister, said he fully supported and welcomed the deal.

Lloyds has courted HBOS previously but regulators in the past would not have allowed a bank with such big positions in mortgages, current accounts and savings.

Bruno Paulson, analyst at Bernstein, said the deal left “the UK’s banking competition policy in tatters”.

Daniels called his HBOS counterpart Hornby six weeks ago and talks continued after that, Blank said.

But Daniels denied the deal was struck in haste: “There shouldn’t be any impression this is a shotgun marriage or a forced marriage,” he said on a conference call.

Lloyds, whose shareholders will own 56 percent of the enlarged group, said the combination will strengthen its ability to serve UK customers in the current difficult markets.

It will have a quarter of current accounts, rank first for savings accounts and have 3,000 branches and over 135,000 staff.

But it will cut the bank’s capital cushion and leave it more reliant on wholesale funding, so there are risks, analysts said.

Lloyds’ core tier 1 capital ratio a key measure of financial strength will fall to 5.9 percent due to the deal, below the 6 percent regarded as comfortable.

Daniels said he would target a ratio of between 6 and 7 percent and will pay this year’s final dividend in shares, cut the dividend next year, and consider asset disposals on top of cost savings to achieve this.

He declined to comment on what assets could be sold. HBOS’s Australian arm Bankwest could be among the businesses on the block, analysts have said.

Daniels said reports that the deal could result in 40,000 redundancies “sound very much on the high side”.

Myopericarditis is a combination of two types of heart damage: pericarditis, inflammation of the heart lining, and myocarditis, inflammation of the heart muscle. Doctors have been warning since 2020 that spike proteins produced by the mRNA shots are toxic pathogens and that the heart is especially vulnerable. Nearly a year ago, UCLA pediatric rheumatologist Dr. Patrick Whelan sent a letter to the FDA about this problem, with links to studies demonstrating that:

 

“It appears that the viral spike protein that is the target of the major SARS-CoV-2 vaccines is also one of the key agents causing the damage to distant organs that may include the brain, heart, lung, and kidney.”

 

This warning has since been confirmed through autopsies of those who died post-vaccination and by an unreleased Pfizer biodistribution study obtained by a Japanese freedom of information act request (see my previous article). In June JAMA Cardiology published two reports of “Myocarditis detailed in 30 patients after mRNA COVID vaccines;” in July PubMed posted “a cross-sectional study of 29 published cases of acute myopericarditis;” and in August the New England Journal of Medicine reported additional cases of “Myocarditis after Covid-19 mRNA Vaccination.”

 

Troponin, shown to be elevated in Laura’s cardiology notes, is a group of proteins found in the heart that regulate the function of cardiac muscle fibers. They can be found in the bloodstream when there is heart damage. Elevated levels are indicative of a heart attack. “They are released into the blood when the cells of the heart are injured and not getting enough oxygen and nutrients. The more severely damaged the muscles of the heart are, the more that is leaked into the blood.” (source) Laura’s troponin was fifteen times safe levels.

 

None of the personnel at either hospital reported the vaccine injury to VAERS, the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System. While at JHC, Laura had been pointed to the VAERS website and told that she could file a report if she wanted to. The medical team in Silverdale confirmed it was her “choice” to report her vaccine injury.

Omicron already accounts for about three percent of cases nationwide and 13 percent of cases in the New York/New Jersey area, according to recent modeling data from the Centers for Disease Control.

On Saturday, New York state reported that the number of Omicron cases in New York City - the epicenter of the first wave of the pandemic - was 192, though there are likely more, New York Magazine reports.

 

On Saturday, New York reported 21,908 cases of COVID-19 throughout the state, a slight uptick from Friday's 21,027 new cases, which was already a new single-day record.

 

The CDC maintains that vaccines continue to be effective against the worst outcomes of COVID-19.

 

'With other variants, like Delta, vaccines have remained effective at preventing severe illness, hospitalizations, and death. The recent emergence of Omicron further emphasizes the importance of vaccination and boosters,' the CDC says.

After the first shot I contracted covid - (definitely not the flu, wont fight about it) - one month after the second shot, I was hospitalized with a severe case of pericarditis. Do you know of local people who have been injured by (or died from) the Covid injections?

 

You’re surely not hearing about vaccine injuries or deaths from any other local media. Obituaries about previously healthy residents who died following their jabs never mention that significant detail. Their obits simply say “passed unexpectedly,” or their deaths are attributed to contracting the Covid virus after being fully vaccinated.

 

Take the 60-year-old woman who died in May, only a week after she got her second shot. Her passing was denied to be a vaccine death by our county health department and instead claimed as a Covid death from the virus (see “New Wrinkle in Jefferson County’s ‘Fourth’ COVID Death“).

 

In the winter of 2021 I wrote about the vaccine-induced death of a friend’s aunt (“Death by Injection?“). Previously in good physical health, from the day she was vaccinated with the Pfizer experimental mRNA shot she rapidly began to lose her ability to function. Within a few days she was “having trouble sitting up straight,” and by day seven “she no longer could feed herself.” Day eight, “she was unable to get up anymore, loss of control of torso and legs.” On day nine, “we called the ambulance because we could not get her up.” Once hospitalized, “she was unable to eat or swallow.” Jefferson Healthcare couldn’t stop this downward spiral; my friend’s aunt died in the hospital.

 

Despite the indisputable temporal relationship to vaccination, despite no other reasonable explanation for her rapid decline and death, and despite the same pattern being seen in significant numbers of elderly around the world post-vaccination—Jefferson County’s doctors, hospital, and health department refused to acknowledge that her “unexpected” demise was caused by the vaccine. Contrary to CDC requirements for healthcare providers, they did not report either the initial adverse event or the death to VAERS, the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System.

 

The cause of death listed on my friend’s aunt’s death certificate was “renal failure”. No mention of the Covid injection that began this cascade of events. A week before her death there had been nothing wrong with her kidneys. Why, after being hospitalized, would they suddenly fail, killing her?

 

When my friend questioned the attending physician about filing a VAERS report to document an association to the Covid shot, the doctor said she had not reported it. Her rationale was “How can we prove it?”

It is not their job to prove it. The CDC website states:

“Healthcare providers are REQUIRED [their emphasis] to report

to VAERS… adverse events [AEs] after COVID-19 vaccination…

regardless of causality…even if they are not sure if vaccination

caused the event.”

Problem 2–Treatment of Covid if, and once you contract the disease?

Blaze erupts as truck slams US military convoy on German highway

 

A truck crashed into a US military vehicle in the German province of Bavaria Monday, forcing eight soldiers to a local hospital for precautionary screening, according to a report.

 

The military truck was on the shoulder of the A3 highway near Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz — about 20 miles southeast of Nuremberg — when it was rear-ended by the civilian rig, the Associated Press said.​

 

German police said the crash appeared to be an accident.​​

 

The Army truck was part of a convoy traveling from ​Hohenfels towards Grafenwoeher and pulled over when it became separated from the rest of the vehicles, the 7th Army Training Command said.​
