There is a LEGAL basis for the Supreme Courts recent rulings on the New York concealed carry gun law and overturning the Court's own previous ruling on Roe v. Wade.

It does not matter in the least how the media or others wish to characterize the morality of gun ownership and/or abortion, and these two decisions of the Court should not be judged based on emotional or moral issues.

These decisions, and all cases brought to the US Supreme Court, should be based on their CONSTITUTIONALITY. For these two cases, the Court affirmed the that the US Constitution (2nd Amendment) clearly specifies that the government cannot infringe on the right of gun ownership. Therefore, the New York law was inconsistent with the Constitution and was ILLEGAL. The rest is noise.

In the second case, the Court determined that the Constitution does not offer any legal framework (for or against) the practice of abortion. As such, the US Supreme Court does not have the authority to issue rulings on the abortion issues raised in the various states. Therefore, by default, any legal issues pertaining to abortion should be decided by the states and their legal systems.

The Supreme Court supposedly deliberates LEGAL matters and issues rulings that specifically involve the highest Law of the Land, which is the US Constitution.

The prevalent misunderstanding of the Supreme Court's role as it relates to the powers of the federal government is understandable, given their recent history of judicial activism. Foremost, it is the duty of the US Supreme Court to restrict powers that federal and state governments claim to give themselves that are not allowed in the US Constitution.

These two recent rulings offer some hope that.

I finally got the TOR servers working with both sys and the live servers.

This was tested from the dev server.

Changes were ported over from the dev server to the live servers.

This is when the salt rotated. It changed to what is on the dev server, which is not live.

Trip posting is not common on 8kun.top, and this was not verified after the work was done.

This is my fault, and I take responsibility for that.

It came as a surprise for me as well when trips had changed. Fixing this was relatively easy. I called an employee and asked them to put a backup on for me, which was fixed.

As far as the Q posts. These are verified now to the best of my ability. TOR hides the IP address of individual posters, so that can not be verified, but the login by the Board Owner of /projectdcomms/ I can see that.

Then the deletion and banning of the B post are the additional verification that makes it highly probable, to the point of certainty, that these posts are valid by the person or persons that post with the Q trip.

It is likely that Q has a different password for the BO login, and the trip code. That is common security practice. I trust that

Q would be familiar with security, using TOR is an additional security step that requires knowledge past the Tenderfoot stage of internet use.

I publicly explained this on Sunday evening with at least 100 witnesses, including Chad Vivas, who has been retruthed by President Donald Trump.

It may be my imagination, but I'm seeing a lot more reports involving the death of babies, left in hot cars, misc. accidents, etc., many involving arrests of parents/care givers. Also, there seem to be even more arrests related to child porn/abuse lately. In addition, there seem to be a large number of Fentanyl busts.
