R. Kelly given 30 years in jail for sex abuse

US singer R. Kelly has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for using his celebrity status to sexually abuse children and women.

The R&B artist, 55, was convicted last September in New York of racketeering and sex trafficking crimes.

He had faced years of allegations and the judge on Wednesday said he had an "indifference to human suffering".

Lawyers for the singer, whose real name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, say he will appeal.

Ahead of his sentencing, a handful of women took the stand to confront Kelly.

A woman identified only as Angela called the singer a Pied Piper who "grew in wickedness" with every new victim, while others who were not named testified he had broken their spirits.

"I literally wished I would die because of how you made me feel," said one.

Dressed in prison khakis and dark glasses, Kelly declined to make a statement of his own and did not react as the verdict was handed down.

Civil society opposition to U.S. militarization of the Pacific is growing.

By Ann Wright | June 29, 2022

While the world’s attention is focused on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, halfway around the world in the Pacific Ocean, U.S. and NATO confrontation with China and North Korea is increasing dramatically.

Ever since the Obama administration’s “Pivot to Asia,” which was created in part to take the spotlight off the decision to surge troops in Afghanistan and Iraq in the failed U.S. war policies in the Middle East, U.S. military naval and air presence in the Western Pacific has been steadily increasing. During the Obama administration, Washington used “freedom of navigation”—an integral part of the Law of the Seas treaty that the United States has failed to ratify—to send large numbers of U.S. naval ships into contested areas in and around the South China Sea. Under the Trump administration, freedom-of-navigation armadas sailed in an even more confrontational manner.

Now, during the Biden administration, NATO countries have joined in the armadas as British, French, and German navies have sent ships to join with U.S. aircraft carrier groups of more than 20 ships. For the first time, the UK’s only aircraft carrier, the Queen Elizabeth, sailed into the Pacific to participate in war maneuvers off the coast of China.

The Trump administration ramped up confrontation with China by sending the highest-ranking U.S. diplomat to visit Taiwan in the history of the 40-year-old U.S. policy of “One China,” according to which Washington does not recognize Taiwan diplomatically. Trump’s actions deeply angered Beijing.

The Biden administration has dramatically increased the number of high-level diplomats visiting Taiwan. Its encouragement of congressional delegations to visit has infuriated the Chinese even more. The Chinese response to U.S. actions has been to send over 50 military aircraft across the narrow Taiwan Strait to the edge of Taiwan’s air defense zone in a show of potential military action.

The confrontation over Taiwan expanded in mid-June 2022. After China claimed that the Strait does not qualify as international waters, that Beijing has sovereignty over the zones extending from both Taiwan’s and China’s shores to the middle of the Strait, the United States said it would not stop conducting military operations there.

Although the United States does not have a defense agreement with it, Taiwan has always purchased U.S. weapons and U.S. military trainers regularly visit Taiwan. President Biden has responded to media questions about the prospect of an invasion by China with statements such as “We will defend Taiwan,” statements that his advisors have had to walk back. Since 2010, the United States has announced more than $23 billion in arms sales to Taiwan. In 2022, U.S. weapons sales to Taiwan so far total $1 billion and are for Patriot missiles and howitzers.

China Sends 3 H-6 Bombers With Supersonic Missiles To Fly Near Japan's Coast

By Meera Suresh

06/29/22 AT 6:14 AM

The bombers passed over the Miyako Strait into the Pacific Ocean

Two H-6J bombers were spotted carrying eight YJ-12 anti-ship missiles

An H-6J jet with electronic pods for jamming enemy radar was also seen

Three Chinese H-6 bombers carrying powerful supersonic cruise missiles reportedly flew over the Miyako Strait in southern Japan last week. Tokyo claimed the flights were intended to show off the People's Liberation Army's (PLA) air and naval force coordination.

According to a statement by the Japanese Defence Ministry, the bombers passed over the Miyako Strait from the East China Sea into the Pacific Ocean on Thursday, then flew back via the same route. This comes days after Japan noticed an uptick in Russian and Chinese warship movements near its coast, which Japanese Defence Minister Nobuo Kishi described as a "show of force."

The ministry also released photographs showing two H-6J bombers carrying eight YJ-12 anti-ship cruise missiles and an H-6J PLA Air Force jet with electronic countermeasure pods for jamming enemy radar, reported South China Morning Post.

The fact that both PLA Navy and Air Force sent H-6 bombers simultaneously through the strait suggests that the sortie was aimed at enhancing coordination during combat, Beijing-based analyst Fu Qianshao told the news outlet.

The YJ-12 anti-ship cruise missiles also called the Eagle Strike missiles, are another version of the ground-based DF-21D. They are considered a major threat due to their ability to outgun traditional naval defensive systems.

Dubbed "carrier killers," the YJ-21 has a range of over 400km, with a warhead that can reach a target within 30 seconds. However, the service status of these air-launched ballistic missiles is not clear yet though it is believed to be still going through pre-service trials.

Japan has recently been witnessing an increased presence of enemy vessels around the Japanese home islands. According to Nobuo Kishi, both China and Russia had sent two separate surface action groups to the region since mid-June. "The fact that about 10 Russian and Chinese ships sail around Japan on the same route in a short period of time is a display of the military presence of both countries around Japan," Kishi told reporters recently.

That being the situation, Japan had recently announced plans to step up its military capability and boost its defense spending. Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said Monday at the G-7 that Tokyo plans to bolster its defense in five years with a substantial increase in military spending.

Immediately after, the Chinese state-backed Global Times had reacted to Kishida's statement, saying it demonstrated "Japan's ambition of gaining international support for its military expansion" ahead of Kishida's attendance at the NATO summit being held in Spain on Tuesday.

Japan's attempt risks breaking the power balance in Asia-Pacific, and its domestic militarism resurgence poses a great threat to regional stability, said the article.

White House Is Quietly Modeling For $200 Oil "Shock"

WEDNESDAY, JUN 29, 2022 - 05:05 PM

While the Biden administration is hoping and praying that someone - anyone - will watch the comical "Jan 6" kangaroo hearsay court taking place in Congress and meant to somehow block Trump from running for president in 2024 while also making hundreds of millions of Americans forget that the current administration could very well be the worst in US history, it is quietly preparing for the worst.

As none other than pro-Biden propaganda spinmaster CNN reports, when it comes to what really matters (at least according to Gallup), namely the economy, and specifically galloping gasoline prices, the White House is in a historic shambles.

For an administration that ended last year forecasting a leveling off of 40-year high inflation and eager to tout a historically rapid recovery from the pandemic-driven economic crisis, there is a level of frustration that comes with an acutely perilous moment. Asked by CNN about progress on a seemingly intractable challenge, another senior White House official responded flatly: "Which one?"

The suspects behind the historic implosion are well known: "soaring prices, teetering poll numbers and congressional majorities that appear to be on the brink have created no shortage of reasons for unease. Gas prices are hovering at or around $5 per gallon, plastered on signs and billboards across the country as a symbolic daily reminder of the reality one in which White House officials are extremely aware that the country's view of the economy is growing darker and taking Biden's political future with it."

"You don't have to be a very sophisticated person to know how lines of presidential approval and gas prices go historically in the United States," a senior White House official told CNN.

A CNN Poll of Polls average of ratings for Biden's handling of the presidency finds that 39% of Americans approve of the job he's doing. His numbers on the economy, gas prices and inflation specifically are even worse in recent polls. What CNN won't tell you is that Biden is now polling well below Trump at this time in his tenure.

"Bullsh*t": Claim Trump "Lunged" For Steering Wheel On Jan 6 Discredited By Secret Service

Tyler Durden's Photo

WEDNESDAY, JUN 29, 2022 - 10:11 PM

Authored by Paul Joseph Watson via Summit News,

The January 6 Committee’s credibility has plummeted after claims by former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson that President Trump “lunged” for the steering wheel of his vehicle and demanded to be taken to the site of the riots were contradicted by the lead Secret Service agent.

Hutchinson testified that Tony Ornato, the then-White House deputy chief of staff, told her that Trump said something like, “I’m the f-ing president, take me up to the Capitol now,” and had “reached up towards the front of the vehicle to grab at the steering wheel” before then using “his free hand to lunge towards Bobby Engel,” the the presidential driver.

Despite the legacy media breathlessly reporting Hutchinson’s claims without much skepticism, the term ‘Amber Heard 2.0’ subsequently trended on Twitter as Hutchinson’s assertions were demolished.

Within hours, Peter Alexander of NBC News revealed that Engel was prepared to testify “under oath that neither man was assaulted and that Mr. Trump never lunged for the steering wheel.”

Imagine living in a country where armed soldiers crash through doors to arrest and imprison citizens merely for criticizing government officials.

Imagine that in this very same country, you’re watched all the time, and if you look even a little bit suspicious, the police stop and frisk you or pull you over to search you on the off chance you’re doing something illegal.

Keep in mind that if you have a firearm of any kind (or anything that resembled a firearm) while in this country, it may get you arrested and, in some circumstances, shot by police.

If you’re thinking this sounds like America today, you wouldn’t be far wrong.

However, the scenario described above took place more than 200 years ago, when American colonists suffered under Great Britain’s version of an early police state. It was only when the colonists finally got fed up with being silenced, censored, searched, frisked, threatened, and arrested that they finally revolted against the tyrant’s fetters.

No document better states their grievances than the Declaration of Independence, drafted by Thomas Jefferson.

A document seething with outrage over a government which had betrayed its citizens, the Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4, 1776, by 56 men who laid everything on the line, pledged it all—“our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor”—because they believed in a radical idea: that all people are created to be free.

Labeled traitors, these men were charged with treason, a crime punishable by death. For some, their acts of rebellion would cost them their homes and their fortunes. For others, it would be the ultimate price—their lives.

Yet even knowing the heavy price they might have to pay, these men dared to speak up when silence could not be tolerated. Even after they had won their independence from Great Britain, these new Americans worked to ensure that the rights they had risked their lives to secure would remain secure for future generations.

The result: our Bill of Rights, the first ten amendments to the Constitution.

Imagine the shock and outrage these 56 men would feel were they to discover that 246 years later, the government they had risked their lives to create has been transformed into a militaristic police state in which exercising one’s freedoms—at a minimum, merely questioning a government agent—is often viewed as a flagrant act of defiance.

In fact, had the Declaration of Independence been written today, it would have rendered its signers extremists or terrorists, resulting in them being placed on a government watch list, targeted for surveillance of their activities and correspondence, and potentially arrested, held indefinitely, stripped of their rights and labeled enemy combatants.

Read the Declaration of Independence again, and ask yourself if the list of complaints tallied by Jefferson don’t bear a startling resemblance to the abuses “we the people” are suffering at the hands of the American police state.

Here’s what the Declaration of Independence might look and sound like if it were written in the modern vernacular:

Anonymous ID: 2b63b0 June 30, 2022, 12:53 a.m. No.16563412   🗄️.is 🔗kun   >>3416 >>3496 >>3606

There comes a time when a populace must stand united and say “enough is enough” to the government’s abuses, even if it means getting rid of the political parties in power.

Believing that “we the people” have a natural and divine right to direct our own lives, here are truths about the power of the people and how we arrived at the decision to sever our ties to the government:

All people are created equal.

All people possess certain innate rights that no government or agency or individual can take away from them. Among these are the right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

The government’s job is to protect the people’s innate rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. The government’s power comes from the will of the people.

Whenever any government abuses its power, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish that government and replace it with a new government that will respect and protect the rights of the people.

It is not wise to get rid of a government for minor transgressions. In fact, as history has shown, people resist change and are inclined to suffer all manner of abuses to which they have become accustomed.

However, when the people have been subjected to repeated abuses and power grabs, carried out with the purpose of establishing a tyrannical government, people have a right and duty to do away with that tyrannical government and to replace it with a new government that will protect and preserve their innate rights for their future wellbeing.

This is exactly the state of affairs we are under suffering under right now, which is why it is necessary that we change this imperial system of government.

The history of the present Imperial Government is a history of repeated abuses and power grabs, carried out with the intention of establishing absolute tyranny over the country.

To prove this, consider the following:

The government has, through its own negligence and arrogance, refused to adopt urgent and necessary laws for the good of the people.

The government has threatened to hold up critical laws unless the people agree to relinquish their right to be fully represented in the Legislature.

In order to expand its power and bring about compliance with its dictates, the government has made it nearly impossible for the people to make their views and needs heard by their representatives.

Anonymous ID: 2b63b0 June 30, 2022, 12:53 a.m. No.16563416   🗄️.is 🔗kun   >>3421 >>3496 >>3606

The government has repeatedly suppressed protests arising in response to its actions.

The government has obstructed justice by refusing to appoint judges who respect the Constitution and has instead made the courts march in lockstep with the government’s dictates.

The government has allowed its agents to harass the people, steal from them, jail them and even execute them.

The government has directed militarized government agents—a.k.a., a standing army—to police domestic affairs in peacetime.

The government has turned the country into a militarized police state.

The government has conspired to undermine the rule of law and the constitution in order to expand its own powers.

The government has allowed its militarized police to invade our homes and inflict violence on homeowners.

The government has failed to hold its agents accountable for wrongdoing and murder under the guise of “qualified immunity.”

The government has jeopardized our international trade agreements.

The government has overtaxed us without our permission.

The government has denied us due process and the right to a fair trial.

The government has engaged in extraordinary rendition.

The government has continued to expand its military empire in collusion with its corporate partners-in-crime and occupy foreign nations.

The government has eroded fundamental legal protections and destabilized the structure of government.

The government has not only declared its federal powers superior to those of the states but has also asserted its sovereign power over the rights of “we the people.”

The government has ceased to protect the people and instead waged domestic war against the people.

The government has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, and destroyed the lives of the people.

The government has employed private contractors and mercenaries to carry out acts of death, desolation and tyranny, totally unworthy of a civilized nation.

The government through its political propaganda has pitted its citizens against each other.

The government has stirred up civil unrest and laid the groundwork for martial law.

Repeatedly, we have asked the government to cease its abuses. Each time, the government has responded with more abuse.

An Imperial Ruler who acts like a tyrant is not fit to govern a free people.

We have repeatedly sounded the alarm to our fellow citizens about the government’s abuses. We have warned them about the government’s power grabs. We have appealed to their sense of justice. We have reminded them of our common bonds.

They have rejected our plea for justice and brotherhood. They are equally at fault for the injustices being carried out by the government.

Thus, for the reasons mentioned above, we the people of the united States of America declare ourselves free from the chains of an abusive government. Relying on God’s protection, we pledge to stand by this Declaration of Independence with our lives, our fortunes and our honor.

In the 246 years since early Americans first declared and eventually won their independence from Great Britain, “we the people” have managed to work ourselves right back under the tyrant’s thumb.

Only this time, the tyrant is one of our own making: the American Police State.

The abuses meted out by an imperial government and endured by the American people have not ended. They have merely evolved.

“We the people” are still being robbed blind by a government of thieves.

We are still being taken advantage of by a government of scoundrels, idiots and monsters.

We are still being locked up by a government of greedy jailers.

We are still being spied on by a government of Peeping Toms.

We are still being ravaged by a government of ruffians, rapists and killers.

We are still being forced to surrender our freedoms—and those of our children—to a government of extortionists, money launderers and corporate pirates.

And we are still being held at gunpoint by a government of soldiers: a standing army in the form of a militarized police.

Given the fact that we are a relatively young nation, it hasn’t taken very long for an authoritarian regime to creep into power.

Unfortunately, the bipartisan coup that laid siege to our nation did not happen overnight.

It snuck in under our radar, hiding behind the guise of national security, the war on drugs, the war on terror, the war on immigration, political correctness, hate crimes and a host of other official-sounding programs aimed at expanding the government’s power at the expense of individual freedoms.

The building blocks for the bleak future we’re just now getting a foretaste of—police shootings of unarmed citizens, profit-driven prisons, weapons of compliance, a wall-to-wall surveillance state, pre-crime programs, a suspect society, school-to-prison pipelines, militarized police, overcriminalization, SWAT team raids, endless wars, etc.—were put in place by government officials we trusted to look out for our best interests.

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, the problems we are facing will not be fixed overnight: that is the grim reality with which we must contend.

Yet that does not mean we should give up or give in or tune out. What we need to do is declare our independence from the tyranny of the American police state.

Marcos Jr. sworn in as Philippine leader in resurgence of ex-dictator’s family

By Regine Cabato

MANILA — Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., son of the late dictator Ferdinand Emmanuel Marcos, was sworn in to office Thursday, sealing a family comeback that was decades in the making.

Marcos Jr., 64, won a landslide victory during the May elections. More than 30 million votes were cast for him, making Marcos the first presidential candidate to obtain a majority since the revolution that ousted his father 36 years ago. His election suggests a continued preference for populist leaders among Filipinos — who were governed for the past six years by the tough-talking Rodrigo Duterte, best known internationally for a war on drugs that has left thousands dead.

Gene-Edited Beef Cattle Resistant To Heat Stress Approved By FDA

Beef from cattle that's been gene-edited to better withstand heat stress could soon be making its way onto dinner plates in the US.

The US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) announced it has made a “low-risk determination” for the marketing of food products made from the gene-tweaked beef cattle after their review found that the genomic alteration didn’t cause any safety concerns. This means the FDA doesn’t need the developer of the gene-edited cattle to earn further approval before bringing the beef to market, and it could be available to consumers in around two years.

In recent years, the FDA has given the thumbs up to five applications for five gene-edited animals: chicken, goats, salmon, rabbit, and pigs. However, this latest approval is a first for the FDA, because the genomic alteration can be passed onto offspring, allowing the trait to be shared through conventional breeding.

The modified cattle are products of the company Acceligen, a subsidiary of the US-based bio-engineering company Recombinetics. Their Angus cattle, called PRLR-SLICK, were genetically edited using CRISPR to grow short and slick hair, reducing their vulnerability to hot weather. This heritable gene for this extra-cool hair is the result of a naturally-occurring mutation that can occur in some conventionally bred cattle.

According to the FDA, studies have shown how the slick-hair coat helps cattle to fare better against temperature-related stress and may result in improved food production. Heat-stressed cattle is also a problem that’s expected to become even more prevalent as the climate crisis continues to deepen, with heatwaves set to become longer, more common, and more aggressive in many parts of the world.

More gene-tweaked meat could be on its way too – the FDA hopes this latest approval will encourage other biotech companies to develop gene-edited animals for their approval.

“Today’s decision underscores our commitment to using a risk and science-based, data-driven process that focuses on safety to the animals containing intentional genomic alterations and safety to the people who eat the food produced by these animals,” Steven M. Solomon, director of the FDA’s Center for Veterinary Medicine, said in a statement.

“We expect that our decision will encourage other developers to bring animal biotechnology products forward for the FDA’s risk determination in this rapidly developing field, paving the way for animals containing low-risk IGAs to more efficiently reach the marketplace,” he added.

>Supreme Court says Oklahoma can prosecute crimes in ‘Indian country’

The Oklahoma decision announced Wednesday limits the reach of a 2020 ruling that reclassified a large swath of the state, including the city of Tulsa, as Indian land and disrupted criminal prosecutions. The 5-to-4 decision, criticized by tribal leaders, said state officials have the authority to prosecute non-Indians for crimes against Native Americans within a tribal reservation.

This has huge implications for prosecuting those that use the reservations for trafficking and drug trade.

Julian Assange is my husband – his extradition is an abomination

Julian must be freed before it’s too late. His life depends on it. Your rights depend on it

Stella Moris

Julian now faces a prison sentence of up to 175 years

Last Friday, home secretary Priti Patel gave her approval for the UK to send my husband, Julian Assange, to the country that plotted his assassination.

Julian remains imprisoned in Belmarsh after more than three years at the behest of US prosecutors. He faces a prison sentence of up to 175 years for arguably the most celebrated publications in the history of journalism.

Patel’s decision to extradite Julian has sent shockwaves across the journalism community. The home secretary flouted calls from representatives of the Council of Europe, the OSCE, almost 2000 journalists and 300 doctors for the extradition to be halted.

When Julian calls around the children’s bed time, they talk over each other boisterously. The calls only last 10 minutes, so when the call ended abruptly the other night Max, who is three, asked tearfully if it was because he’d been naughty, I absentmindedly said it wasn’t his fault, but Mike Pompeo’s. Five-year-old Gabriel asked: “Who is Mike Pompeo?”

Mike Pompeo had been on my mind, because while the home secretary in this country was busy signing Julian’s extradition order, in Spain a High Court judge was summoning Pompeo for questioning regarding his role as director of the CIA in their reported plots to murder my husband.

While at the helm of the CIA, President Trump’s most loyal supporter reportedly tasked his agents with preparing “sketches” and “options” for the assassination of their father.

The citation for Pompeo to appear before a Spanish judge comes out of an investigation into illicit spying of Julian and his lawyers through a company registered in Spain. Spanish police seized large amounts of electronic data, and insiders involved in carrying out the clandestine operations testified that they acted on instruction of the CIA. They had discussed abducting and poisoning Julian.

Gabriel was six months old at the time and had been a target too. One witness was instructed to obtain DNA swabs from a soiled nappy in order to establish that Julian was his father. Another admitted to planting hidden microphones under the fire extinguishers to tap legally privileged meetings between Julian and his lawyers.

The recordings of Julian’s legal meetings in the Ecuadorian embassy in London were physically transported to handlers in the United States on a regular basis. A break-in at Julian’s lawyers’ office was caught on camera, and investigators discovered photographs of Julian’s lawyer’s legal papers taken inside the embassy. The operations targeting his lawyers read like they are taken from a Soviet playbook.

Across the pond, ever since the Nixon administration’s attempted prosecution of the New York Times over the Pentagon Papers over half a century ago, constitutional lawyers had been warning that the 1917 Espionage Act would one day be abused to prosecute journalists.

Anonymous ID: 881f91 June 30, 2022, 1:22 a.m. No.16563506   🗄️.is 🔗kun   >>3606

It was President Obama’s administration that enlivened the creeping misuse of the Espionage Act. More journalistic sources were charged under the Act than all previous administrations combined, including WikiLeaks source Chelsea Manning; CIA torture whistleblower John Kiriakou; and NSA spying whistleblower Edward Snowden.

Following massive public pressure Obama commuted Chelsea Manning’s 35-year sentence. Obama declined to prosecute Julian for publishing Manning’s leaks because of the implications for press freedom.

After the Obama administration’s Espionage Act charging spree, it was just a matter of time before another administration expanded the interpretation of the Act even further.

That day came soon enough. Trump’s administration broke new legal ground with the indictment of Julian for receiving, possessing, and publishing the Manning leaks. Meanwhile in Langley, Virginia, Pompeo tasked CIA assassination plans.

Priti Patel’s decision comes amidst sweeping government reforms of an increasingly totalitarian bent – the plans to weaken the influence of the European Court of Human Rights and the decision to extradite Julian are the coup de grace.

The home secretary’s proposed reforms to the UK’s Official Secrets Act largely track the Trump-era indictment against Julian: publishers and their sources can be charged as criminal co-conspirators.

Julian’s extradition case itself creates legal precedent. What has long been understood to be a bedrock principle of democracy, press freedom, will disappear in one fell swoop.

As it stands, no journalist is going to risk having what Julian is being subjected to happen to them. Julian must be freed before it’s too late. His life depends on it. Your rights depend on it.

Commissioner calls on UK government not to extradite Julian Assange

In a letter, published today, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Dunja Mijatović, called on UK Home Secretary Priti Patel not to extradite Julian Assange.

Writing in view of the impending decision on Mr Assange’s extradition, the Commissioner noted that the wider human rights implications of doing so had not yet been adequately considered in the extradition proceedings. She particularly highlighted that the indictment by the United States against Mr Assange raised important questions about the protection of those that publish classified information in the public interest, including information that exposes human rights violations. She concluded that allowing Mr Assange’s extradition on this basis would have a chilling effect on media freedom, and could ultimately hamper the press in performing its task as purveyor of information and public watchdog in democratic societies.

Freedom of the Press

By continuing to extradite Assange, the Biden DOJ is ignoring the dire warnings of virtually every major civil liberties and human rights organization in the country that the case will do irreparable damage to basic press freedom rights of US reporters.

The extradition of Julian Assange must be condemned by all who believe in press freedom

The British home secretary has formally approved the extradition of WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange to the United States, in the latest development in a dangerous and misguided criminal prosecution that has the potential to criminalize national security journalism in the United States.

Previously, a major coalition of civil liberties organizations, including Freedom of the Press Foundation, implored U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to drop the case against Assange in the name of protecting the rights of journalists everywhere. So, too, have the editors of major news outlets such as The New York Times and Washington Post.

By continuing to extradite Assange, the Biden DOJ is ignoring the dire warnings of virtually every major civil liberties and human rights organization in the country that the case will do irreparable damage to basic press freedom rights of U.S. reporters.

The prosecution, which includes 17 charges under the Espionage Act and one under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, covers events that took place more than a decade ago, but was brought only under the Trump administration — after the Obama Department of Justice reportedly considered charges but dismissed them for their dangerous First Amendment implications.

Reports suggest Assange may have at least one more avenue of appeal, so he may not be on a flight to the United States just yet. But this is one more troubling development in a case that could upend journalists’ rights in the 21st century.

You don’t have to like Assange or his political opinions at all to grasp the dangerous nature of this case for journalists everywhere, either. Even if you don’t consider him a “journalist,” much of the activity described in the charges against him is common newsgathering practices. A successful conviction would potentially make receiving classified information, asking for sources for more information, and publishing certain types of classified information a crime. Journalists, of course, engage in all these activities regularly.

There is some historical irony in the fact that this extradition announcement falls during the anniversary of the Pentagon Papers trial, which began with the Times publication of stories based on the legendary leak on June 13, 1971, and continued through the seminal Supreme Court opinion rejecting prior restraint on June 30, 1971.

In the months and years following that debacle, whistleblower (and FPF co-founder) Daniel Ellsberg became the first journalistic source to be charged under the Espionage Act. What many do not know is that the Nixon administration attempted to prosecute Times reporter Neil Sheehan for receiving the Pentagon Papers as well — under a very similar legal theory the Justice Department is using against Assange.

Thankfully, that prosecution failed. And until this one does too, we continue to urge the Biden administration to drop this prosecution. Every day it continues to further undermine the First Amendment.

R. Kelly sentenced to 30 years in jail

The R&B singer received the prison sentence on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering

R&B singer R. Kelly has received a 30-year sentence on nine counts of sex trafficking and racketeering, with Judge Ann Donnelly handing down the punishment on Wednesday following statements from the star’s accusers.

The ‘Trapped in the Closet’ singer, whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, was convicted on all counts during a six-week trial that concluded in September. Prosecutors made the case that his entourage of managers and assistants helped the singer meet and control young girls, arguing the setup constituted a criminal enterprise under federal laws. Central to this argument was the claim that he violated the Mann Act, which makes it a federal crime to transport anyone across state lines “for any immoral purpose.”

‘He wasn’t expecting that’: R. Kelly’s defense lawyer says star surprised by guilty verdict in racketeering, sex trafficking trial

“Although sex was certainly a weapon that you used, this is not a case about sex,” Donnelly told Kelly as she read off his sentence. “It’s a case about violence, cruelty and control.”

Kelly’s lawyer, Jennifer Bonjean, said they plan to appeal. Her team had argued for a sentence of 10 years or less, claiming the singer had “experienced a traumatic childhood involving severe, prolonged childhood sexual abuse, poverty, and violence.” As an adult, his “literary deficiencies” left him open to being “repeatedly defrauded and financially abused, often by the people he paid to protect him,” according to his lawyers.

Several of the singer’s victims also gave statements before the sentence was read. “You made me do things that broke my spirit,” one woman declared, adding “I literally wished I would die because of how low you made me feel. Do you remember that?”

US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Breon Peace praised the sentencing as a “significant outcome” for the singer’s victims, declaring he had “preyed upon children and young women … for decades,” forcing “victims, including minors” to appear in “porno films” which he “produced and directed.”

While the multi-platinum recording artist has been dogged by allegations of abuse, specifically relating to underage girls, since the 1990s, the accusations never seemed to impede his career. A 1997 lawsuit by a woman who claimed he had committed sexual battery and harassment against her while she was under 18 was settled, and he was acquitted of 14 counts of child pornography in 2008. His marriage at age 27 to then-15-year-old singer Aaliyah was also examined during the trial, with his former assistant and manager testifying to having helped facilitate the illegal union, which was annulled before the younger artist died in a plane crash in 2001.

The Grammy-winning predator, who has been imprisoned without bail since 2019, also faces federal and state charges in Illinois and Minnesota, with the Illinois trial scheduled to begin in August.

Secret service to comment on whether Trump attacked agent

The former president’s guard and driver will both reportedly testify that Trump never lunged for the steering wheel

The US Secret Service said on Tuesday that it will formally respond to claims that former President Donald Trump had attacked an agent and attempted to commandeer his vehicle during the January 6, 2021 riot on Capitol Hill. The allegations were made by an aide to Trump’s former chief of staff.

In a statement released after a hearing of the Democrat-led January 6 Committee, the Secret Service said that it has been “cooperating fully with the select committee,” and would be “responding formally and on the record to the committee regarding new allegations that surfaced in today’s testimony.”

According to testimony by Cassidy Hutchinson, who was an aide to White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, Trump instructed his driver to bring him to the US Capitol after giving a speech to his supporters on January 6, 2021. When his head of security, Bobby Engel, refused, Trump allegedly said “I’m the f**king president, take me up to the Capitol,” before he “grab[bed] at the steering wheel” when Engel refused, and “lunged” at his security chief with his free hand.

Senate security chief on January 6 dies before surprise hearing

Hutchinson did not see these events but said that Engel was present when she heard the story from Deputy Chief of Staff Tony Ornato, and that “neither man cast doubt on the story.” However, according to the Washington Post, three unnamed members of Trump’s security detail that day said that the story is false.

Furthermore, NBC News reported that both Engel and Trump’s driver on the day are “prepared to testify under oath that neither man was assaulted and that Mr. Trump never lunged for the steering wheel.”

While Hutchinson stated that Trump was traveling in “The Beast,” the armored presidential limousine, photos from January 6 show Trump leaving after his speech in an SUV. If Trump had been in “The Beast,” he would have been separated from the driver by a pane of bulletproof glass.

Trump himself described Hutchinson’s story as “sick and fraudulent,” and suggested that she may have been motivated to testify out of grievance that he turned down her request to work with him in Florida after his departure from office.

None of the January 6 Committee’s members – five Democrats and two Republicans who have repeatedly criticized the former president – cross-examined Hutchinson’s claims.

Biden immigration policies under scrutiny after 51 migrant deaths in Texas

Joe Biden’s policies are under scrutiny after more than 51 migrants were found dead in San Antonio, Texas in an apparent human smuggling operation. As officials are investigating the cause of the deaths, which took place in a tractor-trailer, officials are certain about one thing: the administration’s border policies are not working.

After receiving reports of the incident, Texas Governor Greg Abbott lamented those deaths are on President Biden. He added, this event is a result of the President’s open border policies. Meanwhile, San Antonio’s Mayor Ron Nirenberg tried to be diplomatic with his comments on the incident, while stressing the tragedy of the situation.

“We have been working to, you know, assist migrants who are here seeking asylum as we have throughout the year, every year,” said the Mayor. “We know that there’s been increasing volumes over the last six months, 12 months related to the, you know, the policies…our focus right now is to try to bring aid to them as as best we can, but this is nothing short of a horrific human tragedy.”

On Monday, more than 40 migrants were found in or near an abandoned tractor trailer in what authorities hypothesize was a human smuggling operation. At the time, there were16 survivors who were taken to nearby hospitals. Some of them later died, in turn, bringing the death toll up to over 50.

Even Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Oberador gave his condolences to the victims, adding the US-Mexico border is a “disgrace” and is “out of control.” He confirmed 22 of the dead victims were Mexican citizens. Lopez Obrador went on to blame bad public policy and opportunistic human smugglers for the incident.

“These unfortunate events have to do with the situation of poverty and desperation of our Central American and Mexican brothers and sisters,” stated the Mexican President. “It happens because there is also human trafficking and lack of controls at the border between Mexico and the United States and inside the United States.”

Critics have lambasted Biden’s border policies since he took office. The administration has overseen the largest surge of border violations in more than 20-years by migrants coming in through the southern border. Policies scrutinized under the microscope include his attempted reversal of the Trump-era ‘Remain in Mexico’ and Title 42 policies that sought to keep migrants out of the US for health reasons or while their immigration applications were being processed.

Biden also cut funding for border wall projects, prompting border states like Texas and Arizona to protect the federal border on their own and with only state resources. Additionally, as Biden looks to revoke Trump-era immigration policies, border agents fear an even bigger mass migration event may be on the horizon. Human rights officials also worry the failures at the southern border will only encourage more migrants to take the dangerous journey to the land of the free.

“(Migrants) pay $8,000-12,000, those who died were also paying, but they remain to pay for five, ten years,” explained Luis Garcia Villagran, migrant rights activist and director at Human Dignity Center. “That is the new slavery those politicians have invented.”

Meanwhile, President Biden commented and suggested criticizing him for his border policies is “grandstanding” and is tantamount to what the human smugglers are doing. He also stressed his proposed anti-smuggling campaign with what he called his “regional partners is already underway and working. Biden claimed more than 2,400 smugglers were arrested as a result.

The US President also expressed hope that his initiative will continue to bring smugglers to justice. However, his border czar, Kamala Harris, only offered thoughts to the victims and a promise to take action in a tweet.

The loss of life in San Antonio is horrifying. My thoughts are with those who lost loved ones. Our Administration will continue to fight to hold those trying to exploit vulnerable people for profit, including human smugglers and traffickers, accountable.

— Vice President Kamala Harris (@VP) June 28, 2022

In the meantime, Biden is set to meet with Mexican President Lopez Obrador in mid-July after being recently snubbed by the socialist leader at the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles, California.

Primaries decided in Colo., Ill., N.Y., Okla., Utah

The Trump endorsement has reaped substantial wins for Republican candidates across the country. This comes as general election match ups solidified in Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma, New York and Illinois.

In Utah, Sen. Mike Lee declared Republican voters had chosen freedom after he decimated his primary opponents after securing more than 60 percent of the vote. In November, the two-term senator is favored the win in his race against independent and 2016 presidential hopeful Evan McCullin who has been endorsed by a number of Utah Democrats .

Meanwhile in neighboring Colorado, conservative firebrand Lauren Boebert thrashed her moderate challenger, state Sen. Don Coram, by nearly 30-points. She will take on former Aspen City Councilman Adam Frisch in November.

“You don’t mess with God-fearing women who put their country first, who stand up for what’s right, will not bend over backwards to the establishment and let their people get run over,” Boebert exclaimed amid her primary victory speech. “Those days are over!”

Additionally, 2020 election skeptic Joe O’Dea will attempt to end incumbent Colorado Sen. Michael Bennett’s aspirations of attaining a third term.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma saw no-nonsense conservative Sen. James Lankford take another step towards re-election, while Rep. Markwayne Mullin emerged from a special election primary to replace retiring Republican Sen. Jim Inhofe’s’ seat. Also, despite the controversy surrounding his pro-life governance, Governor Kevin Stitt has asserted his constituents are pleased with the current path of the sooner state.

“I’m looking forward to seeing who my opponent is in the general and then having a great conversation with Oklahomans about the direction they want our state to go,” Stitt stated. “And I’m confident Oklahomans love the direction that we’re going.”

Democrat New York Governor Kathy Hochul easily warded off challenges from NYC public advocate Jumaane Williams and Rep. Tom Suozzi. On the right side of the aisle, Rep. Lee Zeldin managed to defeat Andrew Giuliani with 43 percent of the vote for the Empire State’s GOP gubernatorial nomination.

The biggest upset of the night came from Illinois, where state Sen. Darren Bailey won the state’s Republican governor primary despite the GOP establishment donating millions to his opponent’s campaign. Bailey’s toughest opponent, Richard Irvin, received $50 million from GOP donor and Citadel founder Ken Griffin. The dark horse candidate is looking to unseat Democrat Governor J.B. Pritzker, who he has been called the worst governor in America.

“We were outspent my tens-of-millions of dollars in the primary and look what happened,” said Bailey. “This is how it’s done…here’s tip and some advice for J.B. Pritzker: start packing, friend.”

Twelve Trump-endorsed candidates from Tuesday’s primaries will appear on general election ballots. His current primary election endorsement track record stands at a 93 percent success rate.

Jon Stewart: This Is the Moment GOP Ditches Trump for DeSantis

“The danger to Donald Trump is simply, they’ve got a better option now,” the former “Daily Show” host said. “He’s no longer the only game in town.”

Matt Wilstein Senior Writer

Updated Jun. 30, 2022 3:36AM ET / Published Jun. 29, 2022 11:38PM ET

On the same day that Joe Rogan endorsed Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for president in 2024, Jon Stewart convened a “special emergency session” of the podcast that seems to have replaced his Apple TV+ show to explain why he believes this week’s bombshell Jan. 6 Committee hearing will be the last straw for Donald Trump in the Republican Party.

“I think the larger development from yesterday,” Stewart said, referring to Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony, “is that more Republicans have decided Ron DeSantis is a better option. This is just too much.”

While there was “nothing surprising” about how we now know Trump behaved on the day of the insurrection, the host said the difference now is that Republicans have a clear alternative. “Now they know where they’re going,” he said. “And they can steer away from Trump feeling confident. He’s lost his utility. They never fucking liked him. But he’s starting to lose his utility.”

“They’re starting to realize they’ve got a guy who they think will do what Trump can do without the revolution part,” he said of DeSantis. “So the game-changer part and the danger to Donald Trump is simply, they’ve got a better option now. He’s no longer the only game in town. And he’s damaged enough that it just doesn’t make fucking sense. It doesn’t make political sense.”

After a brief detour about how Trump has “always been a man-baby” throwing condiments against a wall, Stewart explained that while everyone in his White House knew they were “making a deal with the devil,” now “the biggest threat to Donald Trump is there’s a new devil in town” who doesn’t have the same baggage.

“DeSantis has the same enemies that Trump has,” he added. “DeSantis has the same policies, he has the same combative style. The only thing he doesn’t have is, DeSantis is educated, he’s been a governor and his toilets aren’t made of gold.”

Levin: ‘Stalinist’ J6 Committee Is ‘Second Biggest Farce’ After Russia Hoax

‘This committee has violated due process. This committee is withholding evidence. This committee is withholding exculpatory witnesses,’ Levin said.

Mark Levin, lawyer and radio host, weighed in on the Jan. 6 Committee’s show-trial hearings on Tuesday night’s episode of “Hannity” after former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson testified that the Trump administration had prior knowledge of and supported the violence on Jan. 6, 2021.

“I guess tonight I’ll try and help Joe Scarborough tonight. Joe, I’m going to talk slowly. You listen slowly and see if I can educate you and all the rest of them. This committee is filled with these bastards on this committee and these phony former federal prosecutors behind the scenes,” Levin said.

“You know why this woman testified today the way she testified today, in my opinion? This was her fifth interview. They had her behind the scenes for four interviews. They wore her down, in my view. She changed lawyers. They said she had to testify today because of death threats. She couldn’t testify last week or the week after that?”

“This committee is a farce. It is a Stalinist committee,” he continued.

“I want to tell Kevin McCarthy and the Republican leadership: You need to put out the equivalent of a protective order right now and let Nancy Pelosi know, and this Bennie Hill Thompson who runs the committee, and Dizzy Lizzy, and you need to tell them right now they are to preserve all the records that this committee and the staff has pulled together, whether it’s text, emails, documents, phone records. And while we’re at it, they need to preserve their own texts, emails, documents, and phone records, and they need to tell Nancy Pelosi to preserve hers, and Steny Hoyer too, and their staffs because this is the greatest — well Russia collusion was the greatest — this is the second biggest farce against the American people.”

“They bring this woman up to testify. She’s about 25 years old. Among other things, what did she say?” Levin asked. “That the president knew that there were going to be threats. The president knew that people might be armed. The president knew there might be violence. Yeah! Which is exactly why the president offered the National Guard on Jan. 4, according to five eyewitnesses, of which she wasn’t one.”

Anonymous ID: 881f91 June 30, 2022, 1:44 a.m. No.16563587   🗄️.is 🔗kun

“And it was turned down by Nancy Pelosi. It was turned down by Chuck Schumer. We have 1,000 witnesses. How about 1,001, Nancy Pelosi? But no, this committee is filled with stooges for Nancy Pelosi, no questions for her if they knew there might be violence. She knew. So why did she do what she did? Because she called them ‘stormtroopers’ a month before or two months before,” he continued.

“Here’s another piece of information that this committee has that they haven’t reported. How do I know? Because of Kash Patel, your same guest. He said in November, right after the election, Donald Trump authorized the transition to the Biden administration from the Trump administration in the Department of Justice. And Kash was in charge of debriefing scores and scores of Biden people who they assumed would come in. Now, if you’re plotting an insurrection with the Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers, you not only do not offer 20,000 armed military to protect the Capitol, you also do not participate in a transition period and order the Department of Defense to work with the Biden people.”

“They have no evidence for any of this. This committee has come up with nothing, despite the fact it’s all one way,” Levin added. “And I would encourage networks all over the country, who I’m sure will listen to me: Fire your legal analysts. Fire them. There’s too d-mn many former federal prosecutors. This isn’t about a federal prosecution. These legal guides, they keep coming on, they know nothing about the Constitution. A president, a candidate has the right to lobby and lobby the state legislature if he or she believes that the electors should be for them. It’s a political process protected by the Constitution. They have a right to litigate. Ask Al Gore. They have a right to make allegations.”

“They haven’t called a single Democrat official before this committee who violated article two of the federal Constitution and changed the election laws because of hundreds of lawsuits brought by the Democrat party before the election. We can even put aside ballot boxes and all the rest. They changed the laws. Now, you know, the Supreme Court under William Rehnquist put an end to that with the Florida Supreme Court. But under Roberts, they didn’t stop the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. They’re trying to criminalize a political process.”

“Meanwhile, we have this hack U.S. attorney in Washington. What are you going to do? Take my iPhone next, Mr. Graves? Go after Eastman? Go after another guy?” Levin queried. “You have attorney-client privileged information there. This committee has violated due process. This committee is withholding evidence. This committee is withholding exculpatory witnesses. You have a U.S. attorney who’s violating attorney-client privilege and confidentiality. And then you have a U.S. attorney who, what?”

“I want to read you something before I go. Here is Saul Weisenheimer, or whatever his name is, quoted by The New York Times’ Peter Baker. ‘“Did Trump commit a crime? This is the smoking gun testimony today,” says Saul Weisenheimer, former deputy to Ken Starr. “There isn’t any question this establishes a prima facie case for his criminal culpability on seditious conspiracy charges.”’”

“Isn’t the guy a schmuck? Doesn’t establish any culpability for anything,” Levin concluded. “The two Secret Service agents in the car said the testimony the young lady gave was false. False. I’m done. That’s enough.”

New York Supreme Court strikes down law permitting noncitizens to vote

New York’s highest court has ruled against allowing non-citizens to vote in city elections, handing the Republican National Committee (RNC) a significant victory.

Richmond County Supreme Court Judge Ralph Porzio made clear in a ruling Monday that “there is no statutory ability for the City of New York to issue inconsistent laws permitting non-citizens to vote and exceed the authority granted to it by the New York State Constitution.”

“This Court finds that Municipal Voting Law violates the New York State Constitution, the New York State Election Law, and the Municipal Home Rule Law,” the ruling stated.

The RNC filed a lawsuit in January against New York City Mayor Eric Adams, the New York Council, and the New York Board of Elections after the state passed legislation allowing “a new class of persons called ‘municipal voters’ who are non-citizens who are either lawful permanent residents or persons authorized to work in the United States” to vote in local elections in 2023, as previously reported.

At the time, Fox News reported that RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel blasted New York City Democrats, saying, “If Democrats can subvert elections this flagrantly in America’s largest city, they can do it anywhere.”

Following the court’s ruling this week, McDaniel took to Twitter to celebrate the win, writing, “This ruling is a huge victory for election integrity and the rule of law: American elections should be decided by American citizens.

“The RNC is proud to head a broad coalition in successfully challenging this unconstitutional scheme and will continue to lead the effort across the country to ensure only citizens can vote in America’s elections,” she added.

Today, a New York City court struck down the Democrats’ radical scheme that would allow over 800,000 non-citizens to vote in NYC elections.

This ruling is a huge victory for election integrity and the rule of law: American elections should be decided by American citizens. (1/2)

This victory signals the second win for Republicans in the state after the United States Supreme Court deemed New York’s carry restrictions unconstitutional in a 6-3 ruling last week.

Jan. 6 Committee Says Cassidy Hutchinson Told Them That She Heard Mark Meadows Say That A Secret Service Agent’s Friend’s Cousin’s Husband Once Heard That One Of Trump’s Other Aides Said She Thinks She Heard Him Say He Wanted To 'Do An Insurrection'

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The walls are closing in on former President Trump. In an explosive bombshell unprecedented star witness testimony yesterday, Cassidy Hutchinson told everyone that she heard Mark Meadows say that a Secret Service agent's friend's cousin's husband once heard that one of Trump's other aides said she thinks she heard him say he wanted to "do an insurrection."

"Yes, that's totally what I heard someone say Trump said to someone who told it to them," said Cassidy Hutchinson. "He literally said 'Let's do an insurrection.' And then he threw a plate at the bust of Martin Luther King." Hutchinson then started sobbing uncontrollably.

The committee confirmed that the Secret Service agent's friend's cousin's husband who heard the aide say what she thought she heard is "an upstanding witness of the most unassailable character."

"This is looking really bad," said conservative folk hero Adam Kinzinger. "This might finally be the beginning of the end for Trump, who we are discovering was the evilest president to ever be elected." Kinzinger then started sobbing uncontrollably.

The hearings are expected to heat up even more next week when the committee brings in Johnny Depp to testify - according to sources close to Johnny Depp's agent's cleaning lady's great aunt.

Source: Trump Cried Out 'Witness Me!' While Jumping From Car To Blow Up Democrats' War Rig

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Cassidy Hutchinson, a former assistant to Trump-era Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, testified Tuesday at the Jan 6 committee hearing that Trump cried out 'Witness me!' while jumping from the presidential limo to sacrifice himself in a fiery explosion that destroyed the Democrats' war rig.

Hutchinson testified to having overheard an unnamed Secret Service agent talking to White House janitor Odor Malone about another agent who claimed to have seen the whole thing happen in a vision.

"The president said, '[unintelligible] I'm the president! I came here to commit literal treason!' and then he grabbed the car's wheel," Hutchinson said. "Then he hauled himself up to the roof of the limo and dove headfirst into the other vehicle."

"And there was an explosion?" pressed Rep Liz Cheney.

"Yes, the Democratic war rig was split in half and Representative Ocasio-Cortez was killed."

At publishing time, the Jan 6 committee has canceled all future hearings after discovering they are making Trump more popular.

Had pondered this concept. Nigerians as a group are generally brilliant. Found this from the old E the Friend guy:

You may know the new Supreme Court justice Ketanji Brown Jackson as the judge who ruled against Trump asserting executive privilege in the January 6th case, or as the judge who put a stop to the rapid deportation plan, and that may have soured you immediately; but taking a closer look at her career; there is reason to think she may not be an entirely bad apple, despite being an avowed liberal justice.

Allow me to explain:

Depending on how closely you look, on matters of national security, you may very much enjoy her history of rulings.

For instance: in the landmark case of "Muckrock, LLC v C.I.A." she ruled that the CIA unlawfully adopted a policy of denial for any FOIA request for email records that didnt contain sender, recipients, time stamps, or subjects. In this case she found that the CIAs failure to produce the requested documents amounted to injury-in-fact and standing to bring charges. She also found their overall policy was in violation of FOIA regulation, forcing the CIA to adhere to the language of the codified law.

In other cases, for various reasons, she has routinely sought an excess of information from the government when ruling in its favor, preferring to request evidence in camera to support assertions.

In another landmark case, "Cause of Action Institute v. Internal Revenue Service" she ruled that the IRS could not claim exemptions from the FOIA act or that the courts did not have authority over the IRS to enforce the FOIA act itself.

These two decisions alone, were incredibly empowering for you as a people. One of them, ensured that the CIA had to comply with your requests for email records, regardless of you know sender names etc. The other decision forced the IRS and other agencies to comply with your FOIA requests, even when the records are not specifically government records, but are accessible to them.

Why does this matter?

Because in a game of constant, forced division we habitually boil people down to very minute facts we can judge them on. We try and simplify them. But when you are looking at a supreme court justice, it is important to study their entire career.

Hers is a very mixed bag, but not a dead end.

The Great awakening fell flat on it's face, To your friends and family an outcast and disgrace.

A natural death has been the only justice so far, Maybe Q could hang just one traitor and at least raise the Barr?

Did you really believe the elites would be put in a cage? Trump pointed his finger "you'd be in jail" - but it was just for the stage!

Whether you know it or not Donny is related to boiled cabbage Hill, You claim to be awake but took the blue pill.

A few million people had to die just for "optics", While Trump played golf with his friends in the tropics.

But don't worry frens Q said "this is war", While globalists rape our country like an old dirty whore.

Make no mistake we all think Q's plan is just fab, So we wait in line like good little sheep just for the jab.

Don sat on the fence while he gave more to Israel, Ever wonder why his cabinet and team leads were so miserable?

Trump sent more to (((them))) then in all of past history, Are his zionist friends really a mystery?

He signed an EO to protect his tribe from a slur, Undone in a year by Joe his victories were a blur.

You thought Donny would deliver us to the land of milk and honey? The country burns while his face shines on zionist money!

Grabbing women by the pussy is common behavior, Do you really think Trump is humanity's savior?

A cognitive dissonance when faced with this proof, Cry all you like every word is the truth.

Look back on the years of defeat and dismay, You really think the military will come save the day?

With this ballad of truth you might call me a shill, But only the learned chose the red pill.

For thousands of years they've won at this game, red vs. blue it's always the same.

the idea is that those that understand Christianity and that Jesus is God are given help by Jesus and other Christians to preserve and protect this knowledge against those who seek to destroy it as how the (((inbreds))) killed Jesus.

Trump and the similarity to St Georg/Gerold, the building with a clock tower and the arrow matching the crest of Trump is to say that the German artists found similarities among the archetypes spreading Christianity and that it matches up with Trump is 'proof' that Christianity is within the mind of Jesus God the creator of the human universe.

knowledge of Jesus and Christianity makes it possible to 'see in the future' because you can imagine heaven and see the path thereto.

that a 'George Busch' created what looks like Trump in a knights armor as St. Georg is included in that the human universe is the mind of Jesus i.e. the 'no coincidences'.

'drugs' such as cannabis and 'psychedelics' can make you see 'in all directions' and then you notice that hell exists if you rape children and (((inbreed))) and that those of Jesus are defined by never raping children and therefore never (((inbreeding))).

then you can notice that if you live as Jesus you share universes Jesus created while on earth and that they can be lost if you are not careful.

this is why I am trying to have people understand that (((inbreds))) as dogs influence humans mentally and have to be drowned because they do not represent the mind of Jesus God, i.e. they 'represent' (((inbreeding))) and the child rape included.

it is possible that Jesus smoked cannabis, or that he met people who did.

I do not know if Jesus ever took 'psychedelics' and it could explain why the experience is 'outer-worldly' i.e. outside of the mind of Jesus but still within a creation of Jesus.

what happened before Jesus was on earth is driven by the creator of the universes who was not Jesus.

the reason why Jesus was on earth is because the creator of the universes noticed that it was getting ruined by those that God could not communicate with even as they existed in the universe created by God.

the reason was that those 'incommunicable with God' had (((inbred))) and 'exists' as dogs, i.e. here because of the universes others create as those who are (((inbred))) do not have God and can not create universes with God only 'parasite' on others to 'exist' and it is the reason Jesus as God communicating with humans wanted them to 'conspire' to have the (((inbred))) judas hang himself.

“So it was sort of what people are referring to as a Paxlovid rebound. Then over the next day or so, I started to feel really poorly. Much worse than in the first go around.”

[This is what so many people have reported: the use of the poison/drug causes rebounds of the virus that are MUCH MORE POTENT than the first time.

About half say Trump should be charged for 1/6: AP-NORC poll

The survey from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research finds that 48% of U.S. adults say the former president should be charged with a crime for his role, while 31% say he should not be charged.
