Death row UK fighter in Donbass warns family about โ€˜time running outโ€™

 

Aiden Aslin has told his relatives that his death sentence in the Donetsk Peopleโ€™s Republic will likely go ahead

 

British national Aiden Aslin, who was captured in the midst of fighting between Russian and Ukrainian forces in Mariupol, has told his family that his death sentence will likely be carried out.

 

Earlier this month, the court in the Donetsk Peopleโ€™s Republic (DPR) sentenced Aslin, his compatriot Shaun Pinner, and Moroccan Saaudun Brahim, to death. The three men, who fought on the Ukrainian side, were found guilty of mercenarism, terrorist offenses and attempting to overthrow the government of the republic.

 

Aslinโ€™s family told the BBC on Wednesday that he called them on the phone and said he had been warned by DPR representatives that his โ€œtime is running out.โ€

 

โ€œThere are no words; just no words. Itโ€™s got to be everyoneโ€™s worst nightmare to have a member of your family threatened in this way,โ€ the fighterโ€™s grandmother, Pamela Hall, said.

 

She told the outlet Aslin was โ€œextremely upsetโ€ while talking to his mother. โ€œThe bottom line isAiden has said the DPR has told him nobody from the UK has made contact, and that he will be executed,โ€ she said.

 

โ€œI have to believe what Aiden has said to us, that if the DPR donโ€™t get some response then they will execute him. Obviously, I hope that isn't true,โ€ Hall added.

 

She also said she believed โ€œcontact should be made between the UK and Russiaโ€ regarding her grandsonโ€™s fate.

 

British authorities approached the Kremlin about Aslin and Pinner earlier this week. But, according to Russian ambassador to the UK Andrey Kelin, the message from London was โ€œwritten in extremely arrogant, instructive terms. It doesnโ€™t make us want to cooperate on these issues.โ€

 

Moscow insists London should talk directly to the Donetsk Peopleโ€™s Republicabout its citizens, but the UK has been reluctant to do so as it doesnโ€™t recognize the DPRโ€™s independence.

 

British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, who says that Aslin and Pinner should be treated as POWs, not mercenaries, has called their trial in Donetsk a โ€œsham judgment with absolutely no legitimacy.โ€

 

The UK fightersโ€™ hopes to be released as part of a prisoner swap between Russia and Ukraine have been shattered by the DPRโ€™s head, Denis Pushilin. The official said last week that he saw no grounds to pardon the foreigners, who โ€œcame to Ukraine to kill civilians for money.โ€

 

In his interview with RT earlier this month, Aslin revealed that he felt abandoned by both London and Kiev, saying that all of his attempts to contact the Ukrainian authorities from captivity have been in vainโ€ฆ

Shepherd determined that an investigation was not necessary to ensure compliance with the Lobbying Act or the Lobbyists' Code of Conduct (2015) as there was no basis to conclude that Dr. Sherman was in breach of that Code. This matter has been closed. With respect to the August 26,2015 fundraising event, an investigation was commenced on January 18,2017 in relation to Dr. Sherman's alleged conduct. In accordance with the Act, an investigation is conducted when it is necessary to ensure compliance with the Code or the Act. As you know, Dr. Sherman passed away in December 2017. Subsection 10.4(1.1) of the Lobbying Act provides me with the authority to cease an investigation if I believe there is a "valid reason for not dealing with the matter". Global Super Tanker 747 Shut Down as Wildfire Season Begins

DENVER (AP) โ€” The worldโ€™s largest firefighting plane has been shut down just as Western states prepare for a wildfire season that fire officials fear could be worse than the average year.

 

Tara Lee, a spokeswoman for Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, said via email Friday that the stateโ€™s Department of Natural Resources was alerted to the shutdown of the worldsโ€™ largest firefighting plane called the Global SuperTanker. Representatives from that department didnโ€™t immediately respond to questions about how that move could affect the stateโ€™s firefighting efforts.

 

The decision to cease the SuperTankerโ€™s operations was first reported by Fire Aviation, an industry website that reported an email was sent this week to officials in Colorado, Oregon, Washington and the U.S. government saying that the investor group that owns the plane was shutting it down.

 

 

A spokesman for company that operates the plane, Global SuperTanker Services LLC, declined to comment Friday.

 

The Global SuperTanker is a converted Boeing 747 plane that can dump up to 19,200 gallons (72,678 liters) of water or flame retardant in just six seconds and fly as low as 200 feet (61 meters) above the ground to do its work. It can be refilled in just 13 minutes.

 

The SuperTanker has helped in many Western wildfires and was deployed in Israel in 2016 and in Chile in 2017. Costs can run as much as $250,000 a day.

In order to scuttle the Ukraine-Russia peace initiative to Ukraine announced at the Istanbul talks on March 29, halting Russian military campaign north of the capital and focusing on liberating the Russian-majority Donbas in east Ukraine, practically spelling an end to Russiaโ€™s month-long offensive in the embattled country, NATO powers have announced transferring heavy weapons, including tanks and S-300 air defense system, to Ukraine to further escalate the conflict.

 

Testifying before the Senate Armed Services Committee on Thursday, April 7, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Gen. Mark Milley revealed that US and NATO countries have collectively provided roughly 60,000 anti-tank weapons and 25,000 anti-aircraft weapons to Ukraine since Russiaโ€™s invasion on Feb. 24.

 

โ€œThe Russian air force has not even today established air superiority let alone air supremacy, which is one of the reasons why they are having great difficulty on the ground,โ€ the ambitious four-star general, who appears to have sights set on the presidential office after retirement, like Dwight Eisenhower, boasted before the committee:

 

โ€œSo the air superiority mission over Ukraineโ€™s airspace has not been achieved, why is that? Itโ€™s because of the survival of the air defense systems, both the MANPADS (man-portable air defense systems) that we have been providing โ€“ stingers and the like from other NATO countries โ€“ plus the longer range SAMs (surface-to-air missiles) that have been provided and that they already had.โ€

The babies who are murdered to order

The plastic bag looks as if it contains meat. But then a right leg is taken from it and placed surgically on the morgue table, followed by the left one. Then the torso. The head follows, a gaping cavity where the brain used to be.

 

But it is only when the gloved hand of the pathologist examines the tiny fingers of a baby aged about 30 weeks that the full horror of what I am witnessing sinks in.

 

This shocking scene was captured on video at post-mortem examinations carried out on behalf of Ukrainian mothers who claim their babies were stolen from them at birth.

 

The film was shown to me by an incredibly brave charity worker called Tatyana Zhakarova, who represents up to 300 families who believe their healthy babies were deliberately targeted at a maternity hospital in the Ukraine's most easterly city of Kharkiv.

 

The babies, believes Tatyana, were taken at birth to have their organs and stem cells harvested as part of a sickening but highly lucrative international trade.

 

Certainly, the Ukraine has become the main supplier of the global stem cell trade.

 

Officially, the cells are taken from aborted foetuses with the mothers' consent, but according to Tatyana, there could also be hundreds of babies stolen to order, to feed demand for stem cells from around the world.

 

Can she be right? Alarmed by her claims, I decided to launch my own investigations for a special BBC report, to be broadcast tomorrow.

 

My inquiries took me around the world, from a private clinic in the Caribbean to the desolate back streets of the Ukraine. What I uncovered is a disturbing tale involving claims of murder, conspiracy . . . and a sickening new beauty treatment.

 

The first hint I had of these allegations arose months ago during a conversation with one of the UK's foremost experts on stem cell research.

 

Dr Stephen Minger, from Kings College, London, is a distinguished medical researcher who believes stem cells hold the key to finding a cure for some of our major diseases.

 

These tiny cells, which first divide within an embryo, have the ability to transform themselves into any type of tissue. But it's their potential as a future treatment for conditions such as muscular dystrophy and Parkinson's disease that really excites Dr Minger.

 

He is one of many reputable experts who fear their research into this field is being given a bad name by companies making a fast buck out of untested stem cell therapies.

 

Dr Minger told me he found out about the trade in stem cells from aborted Ukrainian foetuses two years ago, when he was invited to meet doctors from a controversial clinic in Barbados.

 

called the Institute For Regenerative Medicine (IRM), the firm wanted Dr Minger to lend his endorsement to its therapies.

 

The firm's website boasts IRM is "dedicated to excellence in stem cell therapy for the remediation of diseases resulting from tissue damage and/or the effects of aging". But its claims are treated with scepticism by experts.

 

The clinic's method of treatment involves injecting patients with stem cells taken from babies aborted between seven and ten weeks old.

 

It is a technique, says Dr Minger, that has no credible research to back it up, and that raises disturbing questions about how the cells have been 'harvested'.

 

"The problem is, I am not sure how the cells are prepared," he says. "A six-week-old embryo can be just 1cm from head to foot, so it's difficult to dissect tissue from it. They may just homogenise the whole embryo." That's a polite way of saying that the aborted babies could have been liquidised.

 

Dr Minger was especially troubled that as well as offering unproven therapy to patients with degenerative diseases - at up to ยฃ10,000 a time - the clinic was running a lucrative sideline in offering stem cell treatments to reverse the effects of ageing.

 

The firm boasts that such treatment can lead to everything from improved fitness and a better sex life to greater mental capacity and enhanced sleep patterns.

 

"I find it very distasteful that they are used for beauty treatments," says Dr Minger. "As far as I can tell from what's been published, a lot of people go to this clinic in Barbados feeling a bit run down, or that their skin has just lost some elasticity, and they are getting 'smoothies' or perk-me-ups."

 

The stem cells used in these techniques are bought by IRM from the Ukraine. They are said to be taken from aborted foetuses, with the mothers' consent. But could there be a link with the Ukrainian mothers who believe their babies were deliberately taken from them?

 

I travelled to Barbados to speak to one of IRM's senior doctors, Shami Ramesh.

Congress Ramps Up Efforts to Increase $813 Billion Military Budget for 2023

 

Hawks in Congress and US weapons makers want more military spending to match inflation

 

Efforts to add more to President Bidenโ€™s requested 2023 military budget are ramping up as hawks in Congress and US weapons makers are calling for more spending, Politico reported on Thursday.

 

Biden asked for an $813 billion military budget, which represents about a 4% increase from the $782 billion that was approved for 2022. But with inflation over 8%, Congress wants more, and the Biden administration appears poised to agree.

 

โ€œI just think we have everything on our side on this thing,โ€ said Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK), the leading Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee. โ€œWe ought to be able to get the adequate increases that we want.โ€

 

While the push is being led by Republicans, many Democrats also favor a spending hike. Itโ€™s not clear at this point what sort of increase Congress will approve. Some Republicans are calling for a 5% increase on top of inflation, which would require a massive boost.

 

The US military services have put together a list of $17.8 billion in possible spending that wasnโ€™t included in Bidenโ€™s budget request that could be added to the $813 billion.

 

In May, a group of US arms makers and aerospace firms sent a letter to congressional leaders of the appropriations and armed services committees that called for an increase to the 2023 budget.

 

The letter was sent by the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), a trade group for defense firms whose members include Boeing, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, and General Dynamics. The AIA wants to see an increase of 3-5% over inflation.

 

The main justification Republican hawks and the AIA use to call for more military spending is China, which the Pentagon has named the top โ€œthreatโ€ facing the US military. With this in mind, some House lawmakers have requested an increase in spending for US Indo-Pacific Command.

 

Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks has already signaled that the Biden administration is willing to add on to the $813 billion budget. โ€œWhere inflation will be in September, let alone this time next year, we donโ€™t know, but we want to work with Congress on the โ€˜23 budget to make sure we have the purchasing power for this program,โ€ Hicks said last month.

Report: Homes Brad Pitt Built in New Orleans After Katrina Are Falling Apart

 

Residents are suing Pitt and the charity he started.

 

 

After Hurricane Katrina, Brad Pitt formed a charity called Make It Right Foundation, in order to help Lower 9th Ward residents return home after the devastating storm. The mission of the charity was to build 150 well-designed, green, affordable homes in the Lower 9th Ward, the area hit the hardest by Katrina. As of 2016, the group reported spending $26.8 million building 109 homes, reports NBC News.

 

 

But 12 residents told NBC that many of the Make It Right homes are rotting and dangerous. They spoke of mold, collapsing structures, electrical fires and gas leaks. They say the houses were built too quickly using low-quality materials, and that the designs did not factor in New Orleansโ€™ humidity or the rainy climate. NBC also reports that as the problems got worse, the organization basically disappeared. Make It Right hasnโ€™t built a home, filed tax forms, or updated its website since 2015. The staff has been cut and the downtown New Orleans office was closed.

 

 

Last week, two residents sued Pitt and Make It Right, accusing the organization of breach of contract and fraud, reports NBC, for selling them โ€œdefectively and improperly constructedโ€ houses.

The War on Boats is quite deliberate and was thoroughly planned. Like the war in Ukraine, the war on boats would have to have been studied and planned for years by the US government (much longer than Creepy Joe's administration). And this was certainly being planned long before the 100 days or so since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Thousands of Russians have since been sanctioned by the United States. As far as the yachts go, the first thing to consider is the number that have already been seized (at least 12 far, with estimated values of $50 million to $750 million EACH). It's part of an operation called "KleptoCapture," and involves a task force focused on those who violate sanctions and the seizing of their assets. And it's not just boats.

 

To seize these expensive yachts requires surveillance, tracking their whereabouts, their crew, their passengers, their "cargo" and other activities, which has all probably been going on for years. In some cases, defining their true ownership may have taken some effort. Here is a case in pointโ€“the 348-foot superyacht, "Amadea."

 

US law enforcement agencies sailed the Amadea out of Fiji yesterday, after a ruling by the country's Supreme Court. During the court proceedings, it was argued that the Amadea was owned by Eduard Khudainatov, a Russian oil executive who has not been sanctioned by the U.S., and therefore, the US government had no claim to seize the yacht.

 

However, the US lawyers responded: "Khudainatov is a second-tier oligarch (at best) who would not have anywhere near the resources to purchase and maintain more than $1 billion worth of luxury yachts," an FBI agent wrote in the warrant application, after noting that Khudainatov is not included on Forbes' billionaires list.

 

The Justice Department says the $300 million Amadea's true owner is Suleiman Kerimov, a sanctioned billionaire oligarch who made his money in gold mining. The court accepted the validity of the US warrant and agreed that issues concerning money laundering and ownership need to be decided in the court of original jurisdiction, in this case, the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.

 

The crew, whose pay had already been frozen due to sanctions, were "refusing to sail on the Amadea with the U.S. authorities to an unknown destination," the captain wrote in his affidavit. He added that they feared cooperating with the U.S., in breach of their contracts with the ship's owner, would damage their reputations in the yachting industry. By the end of May, contractors for the U.S. had hired a new crew of 24, led by a captain who had previously been at the helm of the Amadea.

The Utah County Sheriffโ€™s Department is investigating a series of reports alleging โ€œritualistic child sexual abuseโ€ and a sex trafficking ring perpetrated by high-profile individuals in the state for over two decades.

The draft letterโ€™s signature line included spaces for Clark, Acting Attorney General Jeffrey A. Rosen, and Acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue. But when Clark pitched the idea of sending the letter to Georgia officials, Rosen and Donoghue rejected the idea out of hand, because it was โ€œnot the departmentโ€™s role to suggest or dictate to state legislatures how they should select their electors,โ€ and โ€œfor the department to insert itself into the political process this way,โ€ Donoghue told the committee, โ€œmay very well have spiraled us into a constitutional crisis.โ€

 

Donoghue was blunter with Clark in person, with Donoghue testifying he told Clark, โ€œWhat you are doing is nothing less than the United States Justice Department meddling in the outcome of a presidential election.โ€

 

While last Thursdayโ€™s hearing by the Jan. 6 Committee centered on Clark and his efforts to have the letter sent to the Georgia legislature, the committee connected another DOJ attorney to Clarkโ€™s efforts, Klukowskiโ€”and did so by blatantly lying to the American public.

 

The Jan. 6 Committee Is Lying

 

Klukowski called out the Jan. 6 Committeeโ€™s fraud over the weekend in a public statement that began: โ€œThe January 6 Committee falsely accused me on Thursday of being a go-between in a conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election. That accusation is false both in its broad outlines and its details. Since the Committee first contacted me, I have cooperated without hesitation, provided it with hundreds of documents, and sat for many hours of recorded depositions. The information produced from those efforts fully contradicts the Committeeโ€™s statements regarding my actions, yet the Committee has chosen to keep such information to itself rather than share it with the public.โ€

 

The former DOJ lawyer then detailed in his public statement four false accusations levied against him by the Jan.6 Committee. First, Klukowski exposed Rep. Liz Cheneyโ€™s false portrayal of him as being sent by John Eastman to work under Clark. While Cheney fraudulently told the country that Klukowski โ€œwas specifically assigned to work under Jeff Clark,โ€ Klukowski provided the committee documents establishing that his transfer to โ€œthe Civil Division of the DOJ was in the works since July 2020, long before Jeff Clark was the acting head of that Division.โ€

 

In an interview with The Federalist over the weekend, Klukowski stressed that during questioning by the Jan. 6 Committeeโ€”which exceeded more than 12 total hoursโ€”he made clear that he had been working on the transfer since mid-summer, hoping to move to the DOJ civil division to obtain more litigation experience, and that the transfer had been preliminarily approved in September 2020. Klukowski added that he also provided the committee detailed information that would allow them to confirm his testimony.

Citing current and former US officials, CNN reported Tuesday that Israel has ramped up its covert attacks and assassinations inside Iran but has kept the US in the dark about its operations.

 

Over the past month, Israel has been suspected of being behind a string of mysterious deaths inside Iran. US officials told CNN that Israel was responsible for the killing of Hassan Sayyad Khodaei, a colonel in Iranโ€™s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), who was gunned down in Tehran at the end of May.

 

Israel was also likely behind the death of a young Iranian engineer, who was killed in a drone attack on an Iranian military facility outside of Tehran. Israel is suspected because it has launched similar operations against Iranian facilities in the past. Iran believes Israel was also behind the killing of two Iranian scientists, who were both poisoned separately at the end of May and died within a few days of falling ill.

 

Other mysterious deaths have occurred inside Iran, including two men working for the IRGC in the aerospace industry, who were labeled โ€œmartyrs,โ€ suggesting Iran thinks they were killed.

 

While itโ€™s not known if Israel was responsible for all the deaths, itโ€™s clear there has been a serious escalation in its covert operations inside Iran. The CNN report said that Israel hasnโ€™t informed the US of its plans ahead of time and that the US has taken a โ€œhands-offโ€ approach to the operations and hasnโ€™t directly asked Israel to stop.

New administration rule could potentially endanger Americans, security experts warn.People who worked with terrorist groups will now have an easier time entering the U.S. legally. Last week, the State and Homeland Security departments announced they had altered the Immigration and Nationality Act, a federal law, to grant entry into the U.S. and other "immigration benefits" tothose who provided "limited" or "insignificant" material support to designated terrorist organizations.

Examples of such support include "routine commercial transactions," "humanitarian assistance," "substantial pressure that does not rise to the level of duress," and "the satisfaction of certain well-established or verifiable family, social, or cultural obligations." The amended language, detailed in a notice to the Federal Register, creates a carveout so immigration restrictions, including an entry ban into the country, no longer apply tothese individuals provided they show they "pose no danger to the safety and security of the United States."

Other factors considered by the government include whether the person in question supported "terrorist activities that they knew or reasonably should have known targeted noncombatant persons, U.S. citizens, or U.S. interests." The notice added that the carveout "may be revoked as a matter of discretion and without notice at any time, with respect to any and all persons subject to it."

The changes are raising alarm bells among immigration and national security experts, who told Just the News that the Biden administration is potentially endangering American lives.

"This is a very concerning decision to weaken the government's ability to keep supporters of terror groups from exploiting our generous immigration system," said Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies. "This policy essentially makes excuses on behalf of foreign nationals who have been found to support terror groups, giving them deniability, and enables naive bureaucrats to look the other way at a record of concerning behavior on the part of applicants.

"As a result, it will be even easier for those who hate America and support terror groups to live here legally, free to fight us from within, and free to sponsor others to come in." A State Department spokesperson told Just the News that the move is meant specifically to help Afghans so they don't get flagged unfairly and can enjoy America's immigration benefits.

"This action will allow the U.S. government to meet the protection needs of qualifying Afghans who do not pose a national security or public safety risk and provide them with the ability to access a durable immigration status in the United States," the spokesperson said.

"Eligible individuals include Afghans who supported and worked with the U.S. military in Afghanistan, worked as civil servants or as doctors, teachers, and engineers during a time when the Taliban was in power..The Taliban is the Islamist group in control of Afghanistan.

The actual language of the new rule is broad and appears toapply to all countries and U.S.-designated terrorist organizations such as ISIS and al Qaeda, according to experts and former officials. The rule doesn't specifically mention Afghans, Afghanistan, or the Taliban.

"If this regulation is truly intended only for the restricted case of Afghanistan, the administration should quickly amend this regulation to remove the troubling loopholes," wrote Gabriel Noronha. The State and Homeland Security departments didn't address why Afghanistan isn't mentioned when asked__. The departments also didn't address the fact that the Taliban isn't a U.S.-designated terrorist organization and therefore wouldn't appear to be covered under the rule โ€” an apparent discrepancy between the Biden administration's messaging and the language of the carveout.

"As usual, the Biden administration is pushing this on behalf of one particular group (Afghans in this case) that it believes the public will have sympathy for, but in fact it is much broader, and could cover many others of concern, such as drug cartels, gangs, espionage scenarios, and hostile governments," said Vaughan. She argued the administration added "highly subjective qualifiers"such as "limited" and "insignificant" to describe one's terror support, explaining lawyers representing terror suspects can easily exploit such language and immigration officers can be deceived. This "practically guarantees that dangerous people who could and should be kept out will slide through our system," said Vaughan.

It's a coincidence how you mentioned that you were praying for Zev last night because he actually came to my mind, indirectly, while I was praying to God and thanking Him for giving my wife a further sign about things I have told her in the past regarding Elijah and manifestations of God's Holy Spirit (Christ). One prayer word was Tzabaoth. As I repeatedly mediated on the word, I recalled how all are saying it wrong. It is actually not pronounced as a Zab but a Zev, which actually brought about the recall of Dr Z for a moment. anons, got into a bit of a pickle health-wise

seems i managed to make myself allergic to vitamin d supplements and taking them causes my hands to develop disgusting rashes formed from tiny bubbles in the skin

to the point where hands feel like they are arthritic

vit d is in several supplements i have, as well as rice milk

stuck in a never-ending loop of going to doctors, naturopaths, etc. while throwing money down the toilet on different supplements

"leaky gut" has been mentioned (have a diagnosed gut disease since 1996 or so), but the stuff naturopaths suggest makes me sick also (theracumin, etc)

starting to feel like options are running out

constantly underweight these days and embarrassed about it

it's like a race to stay alive long enough to see some real payoff to this whole q experience

relocating to a year-round sunny climate seems more and more critical - have always been in new england with shit seasonal cycles

At this gathering, the presidents of Cuba and Venezuela joined in online to celebrate this festival of democracy and to condemn the weaponization of democratic ideals by the United States and its allies.

 

Next year, 2023, will be the bicentennial of the Monroe Doctrine, when the U.S. asserted its hegemony over the American hemisphere. The malign spirit of the Monroe Doctrine not only continues but has now been extended by the U.S. government into a kind of Global Monroe Doctrine.

 

In order to assert this preposterous claim on the entire planet, the United States has pursued a policy to โ€œweakenโ€ what it sees as โ€œnear peer rivals,โ€ namely China and Russia.

 

In July, Tricontinental: Institute for Social Research โ€” along with Monthly Review and No Cold War โ€” will produce a booklet on the reckless military escalation by the U.S. government against those whom it sees as its adversaries โ€” mainly China and Russia. I've been following Gateway Pundit since it first days. Jim and Joe used to be really fucking good but lately (last 3 years or so) they have both gotten either lazy or too busy to actually write. Everything from both is now like copy/paste crap. I still read daily though. They do have a knack for being way ahead on the MSM. They are semi unique in that you can go all the way back to day one if you want. Every story ever written there is still there and relatively easy to navigate. Use Ublock there though as they areโ€ฆ years later making the ever elusive "Mad Blog Money".

I (one who was in competition with GWP back in the day) sadly am still a workfag and my blog is on some trash heap somewhere.

Farcebook fucked that era up bigtime.

I still love them and several others that survived all these years. AOSHQ and Red state.
