FBI warns Buffalo mass shooter disseminated 'how to' guide to inspire others

The attacker left behind materials that "discuss conducting attacks in areas with strict local gun laws to decrease resistance from armed civilians," bulletin to law enforcement says.

 

The FBI and Homeland Security sent out a nationwide law enforcement bulletin this week warning that the alleged mass shooter in Buffalo, N.Y., earlier this year disseminated a stunningly detailed how-to guide to inspire copycats and "enhance the capabilities of potential mass casualty shooters" around the globe.

 

"The written guidance will contribute to the volume of violent extremist content readily available online, leading to potential opportunities for future attackers to learn from the TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures) and enhance their own capabilities," the warning obtained by Just the News states.

Architectural plans for a new “Ministry of Climate Change” facility reveal Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s sinister plans to weaponize the climate change agenda by following the World Economic Forum’s playbook.

 

The Trudeau government’s plans for climate enforcement have been leaked by a whistleblower who has revealed the Ministry of Environment & Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is building a new facility in Winnipeg that will be home to a firearms armory, interrogation rooms, biolabs, PR offices, “controlled quiet rooms,” and intelligence facilities.

Bill Gates Has Bank Rolled Media Outlets To The Tune Of $319 Million

 

Billionaire ‘philanthropist’ Bill Gates lavished hundreds of millions of dollars into select media outlets all over the world according to a report.

 

An investigation by the outlet MintPress reveals that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation distributed the funds in the form of over 30,000 individual grants.

 

Big news organizations like CNN, NBC, The Atlantic, The Financial Times, BBC, The Guardian, Al Jazeera were among those that received funding.

 

Surely donations from the Gates Foundation to media outlets must raise “conflict-of-interest” questions.

 

Activist Post reports: NPR was the largest beneficiary receiving a whopping $24 million in funding. The Guardian follows with nearly $13 million.

 

Gates’ funding has even stretched into Germany, with the outlet Der Spiegel benefiting from $5 million in funding. Other international outlets that received millions from Gates include France’s Le Monde and South African outlet Bhekisisa.

 

In total, Gates has funnelled $166 million directly to media outlets while distributing the remaining money to various media centres and journalism organizations.

 

Here in Canada, the World University Service of Canada received $12 million from the foundation.

 

Gates’ money has even flowed into Chinese media, with Caixin Media receiving $250,000 from the mogul and Tsinghua University benefiting from a $450,000 grant provided by the foundation.

 

In June, it was revealed that Gates also gave tens of millions of dollars to various Canadian pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

 

The Gates Foundation provided a total of $23 million to facilities like the Institut de Cardiologie de Montreal to “provide effective, accessible, scalable treatment for COVID-19.”

 

Other projects under the initiative include grants to Emerging Ag Inc. to “increase awareness and understanding of possible gene drive applications for public good purposes within international policy forums.”

Topol is just a mentally vacant Corona brigadier, but Iwasaki is co-founder of the pharmaceutical startup RIGImmune, which has received two million dollars from the Gates Foundation “to develop novel innate immune activators to protect against infectious diseases that disproportionately impact the developing world.” She’s also co-founded Xanadu Bio, which is trying to come up with nanoparticles that won’t kill you when you inhale them…

CNN has instructed viewers not to believe their lying eyes when it comes to Monkeypox being sexually transmitted, despite vast amounts of data proving that Monkeypox is spreading mostly among promiscuous gay men.

 

As reported in The Scientific American, Monkeypox Is a Sexually Transmitted Infection, and Knowing That Can Help Protect People.

 

The articles notes that “Black and Latino men who have sex with men are most vulnerable to monkeypox,” and cites data that finds “Outside Africa, 99 percent of the cases have been in men, and 92 to 98 percent have been in self-identified men who have sex with men.”

 

“A study published in the BMJ in late July found 196 of 197 cases of MPX in London were in people who identified as men who had sex with men,” the article states.

 

Infowars.com reports: The evidence is so voluminous that the World Health Organisation is on the verge of classifying Monkeypox as an STI.

 

The author of the article, Steven Thrasher warns that by “not naming, researching, preventing and addressing how transmission is happening,” people will be kept “from understanding how to prevent infection, allow unnecessary worry, and exacerbate racist and homophobic social determinants of health.”

 

“In the past few months, there has been considerable backlash to naming MPX an STI [sexually-transmitted infection] out of the usually well-intentioned but ultimately misguided belief that doing so will increase stigma,” Thrasher also explains.

 

And that’s where CNN comes in.

 

The network’s national correspondent Dianne Gallagher lectured viewers Tuesday (albeit not that many of them) that “monkeypox is NOT a sexually-transmitted infection.”

 

Gallagher added that”If the Biden administration wants its outreach to be a success, celebrating [pride] while educating, without discriminating, is the only way to approach it.”

EU: Controlled Demolition?

 

As I read through the multitude of daily news articles about Russia, Ukraine, NATO and EU, it’s getting ever harder to escape the idea that there is a controlled demolition of the continent happening. And that neither its “leaders”, and certainly not its people, have any say in this. All we get from those “leaders” are NATO or World Economic Forum talking points. The only independent voice is Victor Orban. Who is either silenced in western media or painted as fully insane.

 

But Orban’s Hungarians won’t freeze this coming winter. He just signed a new gas deal with Russia. The main reason that is provided for all the others not doing that is of course Russia’s Special Military Operation in Ukraine. Which is as insane as Orban is, and “totally unprovoked”, say the western media. Noam Chomsky summarized that best:

 

“Of course it was provoked. Otherwise they wouldn’t refer to it all the time as an unprovoked invasion.”

 

And no, it wasn’t just Russia/Ukraine.Way before that Europe had already screwed up its economies beyond recognition -if you cared to look under the hood. But why make it worse? I get a very strong feeling that those EU “leaders” have alienated themselves far too much from the people they purport to serve, and they’ll regret it. For now it’s obvious among farmers, for instance, but when people start freezing, they will want to know why. And if no answer is forthcoming that is both honest and satisfactory, many “leaders” will have it coming for them.

 

The entire energy and food crisis is being sold as “inevitable”, but it is nothing of the kind. They are the result of choices being made in Brussels, Berlin, Amsterdam etc., about which nobody has asked your opinion. Something I jotted down a few days ago:

 

Is the west using Ukraine as an excuse to commit mass economic suicide? And, you know, fulfill some WEF-related goals? Why else would they cut off all economic ties to Moscow, at a time when it’s obvious they have no alternative sources for much of what they import from Russia? Moreover, why does a country like Holland aim to close 10,000 of its farms when it’s crystal clear that that will exacerbate the coming global food crises?

 

If you don’t like Putin, that’s fine, but why should your own people suffer from what you like or not? And of course you can ask whether it’s a good idea that a country the size of a postage stamp is the world’s no. 2 food exporter. But it is. And if you try to change that by doing a 180º, also on a postage stamp, it is very obvious that is not going to go well. And all the so-called leaders know this. But they still do it.

 

Prices for heating, petrol, as well as food, are set to go much higher than they have already, mitigated only -perhaps- by the fact that ever fewer people will be able to afford the ever higher prices. But now it’s starting to look like this was all scripted. Because “we” could have kept communication channels with Russia open, “we” could have negotiated for peace for the past 6 months. Not doing that was a deliberate choice. A choice that you and me, another “we”- had no voice in whatsoever.

 

The Dutch could have negotiated with their farmers, and slowly addressed their perceived problems with nitrogen oxides, while keeping food production going. And we could have found a way to keep Russian and Ukrainian crops available on world markets too. But it doesn’t feel at all like “we” wanted that.

 

Someone made a list of what EU won’t get anymore with the Russia boycott.: “nat-gas, rare earths, inert gases, potash, sulfur, uranium, palladium, vanadium, cobalt, coke, titanium, nickel, lithium, plastics, glass, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, ships, inks, airplanes, polymers, medical and industrial gases, sealing rings & membranes, power transmission, transformer and lube oils, neon gas for microchip etching, etc., etc.”

 

And that’s not all. Fertilizer!! Why they do it, I don’t know. Do they WANT to kill their own economies? It makes no sense. And this will not be over soon.

 

Reuters of course seeks to blame Putin. But he’s not the one who introduced the sanctions. He’s offered to let the gas and oil exports continue.

Democrats on the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis released a report on Wednesday alleging that the Trump administration pressured the Food and Drug Administration to authorize unproven treatments for Covid-19 and the first Covid-19 vaccines on an accelerated timeline, according to a report from Politico.

 

Most people, including Alex Jones, saw this coming, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise.

 

As the vaccine’s risks become more evident, they need a scapegoat, and Donald Trump fits the bill.

 

“The Select Subcommittee’s findings that Trump White House officials deliberately and repeatedly sought to bend FDA’s scientific work on coronavirus treatments and vaccines to the White House’s political will are yet another example of how the prior Administration prioritized politics over public health,” subcommittee chair and House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn (D-SC) said in a statement.

 

“These assaults on our nation’s public health institutions undermined the nation’s coronavirus response,” he added.

Pfizer released a news release and lied to the American people and to President Trump, claiming the efficacy of the vaccine in preventing COVID-19 at 90%, six days after the presidential election.

But Mama Mia's luck turned around when she met Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who reached out to the Beagle Rescue Project to adopt an elderly dog.

 

"Mama Mia ran to them and we had never seen her do that with anyone before," Keith recounted. "She just knew that this was her people."

While Biden administration officials have repeatedly denied prior knowledge of the FBI's raid on Mar-a-Lago, journalist John Solomon reveals that the White House was at the 'ignition point' of the investigation - working directly with the Department of Justice and National Archives to facilitate the grand jury panel which led to the Aug. 8 raid.

The memos show then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su was engaged in conversations with the FBI, DOJ and National Archives as early as April, shortly after 15 boxes of classified and other materials were voluntarily returned to the federal historical agency from Trump's Florida home.

 

By May, Su conveyed to the Archives that President Joe Biden would not object to waiving his predecessor's claims to executive privilege, a decision that opened the door for DOJ to get a grand jury to issue a subpoena compelling Trump to turn over any remaining materials he possessed from his presidency. -JTN

 

The effort was summarized across several memos and emails exchanged throughout various agencies in spring 2022, with the most complete account contained in a lengthy May 10 letter from acting National Archivist Debra Steidel Wall to former President Trump's lawyers.

 

"On April 11, 2022, the White House Counsel's Office — affirming a request from the Department of Justice supported by an FBI letterhead memorandum — formally transmitted a request that NARA provide the FBI access to the 15 boxes for its review within seven days, with the possibility that the FBI might request copies of specific documents following its review of the boxes," she wrote, revealing that Biden had empowered the National Archives to waive any potential executive privilege claims.

 

"The Counsel to the President has informed me that, in light of the particular circumstances presented here, President Biden defers to my determination, in consultation with the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel, regarding whether or not I should uphold the former President's purported 'protective assertion of executive privilege," the letter continues. A whistleblower told Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) that FBI leadership told bureau employees not to look at Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell.

 

The FBI whistleblower also said the FBI purposely slow-walked the Hunter Biden investigation.

 

The FBI took possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop nearly 3 years ago and the Justice Department still has not charged Hunter with any crimes despite countless emails revealing an intricate web involving the Biden Crime family’s ties to the Ukraine, Russia and the Chinese Communist Party.

 

Senator Johnson sent a letter to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz on Tuesday about the new whistleblower allegations.

 

“Whistleblowers have recently contacted my office to share serious concerns about the FBI’s handling of Hunter Biden’s laptop,” Johnson told Horowitz, telling the watchdog that after the FBI obtained the laptop from a Delaware computer shop in late 2019, local FBI leadership told bureau employees that “you will not look at that Hunter Biden laptop” and that the FBI is “not going to change the outcome of the election again,” the whistleblowers said.

The FBI slow-walked its investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop, including telling some bureau employees not to look at the hard drive belonging to President Joe Biden’s son, according to reported whistleblower disclosures made public by a top Senate Republican.

 

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) sent a letter to DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz on Tuesday about the new whistleblower claims, following disclosures made public last month about the bureau allegedly wrongly labeling Hunter Biden evidence as “disinformation” in 2020.

 

Johnson said the new whistleblower claims “allege that the FBI did not begin to examine the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop until after the 2020 presidential election — potentially a year after the FBI obtained the laptop in Dec. 2019.”

 

Johnson said that the new whistleblower allegations should spur the DOJ inspector general to action.

 

“It is clear to me based on numerous credible whistleblower disclosures that the FBI cannot be trusted with the handling of Hunter Biden’s laptop,” Johnson told Horowitz this week. “I call on you to immediately investigate the FBI’s handling of Hunter Biden’s laptop and begin by obtaining the history of the investigative actions taken by the FBI on Hunter Biden’s laptop which should be available on the FBI’s case management system, Sentinel.”

 

Earlier this month FBI Director Chris Wray testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

 

Director Wray on Thursday told Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) that he expects the FBI to “aggressively” pursue the Hunter Biden laptop from hell investigation.

 

Christopher Wray refused to say if the FBI actually has Hunter Biden’s laptop.

Illinois Democratic Sen. Dick Durbin and Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley announced that the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on alleged security failures at Twitter following a whistleblower complaint from the company's former security chief.

A 3-year-old girl woke up during her funeral before being officially declared dead after doctors mistakenly presumed her dead the first time.

 

The family of Camila Roxana Martinez Mendoza is accusing the Salinas de Hidalgo Basic Community Hospital of negligence after reportedly declaring the toddler dead too soon.

 

The young girl was experiencing stomach pains, vomiting and fever when her mother, Mary Jane Mendoza, took her to see a pediatrician in the family’s hometown of Villa de Ramos on Aug. 17, El Universal newspaper reported.

 

The doctor escalated the issue and recommended that the child be taken to the hospital in the central Mexican state of San Luis Potosí to be treated for dehydration.

 

Doctors at Salinas de Hidalgo Basic Community Hospital placed a cold towel over her little body to lower her body temperature and placed a pulse oximeter on one of her fingers to keep track of her oxygen levels.

 

Camila was released from the hospital with a prescription for paracetamol — which treats pain and fever — but continued to deteriorate as the day continued. She was seen by another doctor who instructed her mother to feed her fruits and water and prescribed a different medication.

Despite the medications and advice from medical experts, the toddler continued vomiting. Her worried parents took her to see another doctor, who suggested she be rushed to the emergency room.

 

Camila was readmitted to Salinas between 9 and 10 p.m., and doctors worked to help the young girl.

 

“They wanted to give her (intravenous therapy). They took a long time to put oxygen on her,” her mother said. “They didn’t put it on her because they couldn’t find her little veins; finally, a nurse managed it.”

After about 10 minutes, the IV was removed from the little girl, who was then taken away to rest. “She still was hugging me, they took her away and told me, ‘You have to let her rest in peace.'” the grieving mother remembered.

 

Bizarrely, Mendoza was then kept from her ailing daughter in a separate, locked room. She was able to get out but still could not get into the room where her daughter was being kept. Camila was later declared dead from dehydration.

 

The next day, a funeral viewing was held for friends and family to mourn the beloved toddler when Mendoza noticed the glass window of the coffin fogging up.

 

Other funeral attendees told the distraught mother that she must be hallucinating and dissuaded her from opening the coffin. However, Camila’s paternal grandmother reportedly rushed to take a closer look when she noticed Camila’s eyes moving and shockingly discovered she had a pulse.

Camila was rushed by ambulance back to the Salinas hospital, where doctors unsuccessfully attempted to revive her and declared her dead again — this time from a cerebral edema (brain swelling).

 

“That was really where my baby was done. We are devastated because my girl was a very happy person, she got along with everyone, she didn’t single anyone out,” Mendoza said. “We have many people on the ranch who support us because she was cherished.”

 

The family was planning to send Camila to her first day of kindergarten this week.

Camila was declared dead for a second and final time at the Salinas de Hidalgo Basic Community Hospital, which the family accused of negligence.

The first death certificate obtained by her parents listed Camila’s cause of death as just dehydration, while the second noted dehydration, cerebral edema and metabolic failure.

 

“What I really want is for justice to be served. I have no grudge against the doctors [who] went to extreme [measures],” she said. “I only ask that the doctors, nurses and directors be changed so that it does not happen again.”

 

The heartbreaking case is being investigated by the San Luis Potosí State Attorney General Jose Luis Ruiz, who confirmed that an autopsy is underway.

With Dr. Anthony Fauci’s announcement this week that he will be stepping down from his government roles in December, Republicans have been quick to respond with plans of investgation into Fauci. One senator has already requested that all records related to him be preserved.

 

On Monday, Fauci officially announced that at the end of the year he will leave his role as head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases as well as his job of advising the White House as its chief medical advisor.

 

Despite his retirement from government jobs, several Congressional Republicans promised to keep investigating Fauci, The Hill reported.

 

In that vein, Republican Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas wrote a letter to Xavier Becerra, head of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, requesting that “all records and information related to Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins” be preserved.

 

“I write with this official notice for you to immediately take steps to preserve all records and information related to Dr. Anthony Fauci,” Marshall’s letter read.

 

“HHS and component agencies, including NIH [National Institutes of Health] in particular, continue to obstruct numerous congressional investigations through refusal to provide responsive information. In addition to withholding information from Congress, private parties note that NIH refuses to comply with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests until forced to do so by court order,” he continued.

 

He also noted that all NIH record-keeping practices need to be closely watched.

 

He also reminded Becerra that “any employee who conceals, destroys, or attempts to conceal or destroy a federal record may be subject to fine and imprisonment of up to three years.”

 

Marshall furthermore requested all communication records that involved any official business, even if the communication was conducted via personal accounts, text messages or even burner phones.

“I ask that you immediately confirm that HHS is preserving these records,” the letter added.

 

This strongly worded request to Becerra comes on the heels of other congressional Republicans’ aggressive comments about Fauci and the need to keep looking into his actions, particularly concerning the pandemic.

 

“Retirement can’t shield Dr. Fauci from congressional oversight,” House Oversight and Reform Committee ranking member James Comer of Kentucky said in a statement, The Hill reported.

 

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy also tweeted a promise to hold Fauci accountable.

 

“Dr. Fauci lost the trust of the American people when his guidance unnecessarily kept schools closed and businesses shut while obscuring questions about his knowledge on the origins of COVID. He owes the American people answers. A @HouseGOP

majority will hold him accountable,” McCarthy tweeted.

Republican Representative Steve Scalise of Louisiana, who is also a ranking member on the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, said that now that Fauci is retiring, he will have plenty of time for Congressional hearings.

 

“It’s good to know that with his retirement, Dr. Fauci will have ample time to appear before Congress and share under oath what he knew about the Wuhan lab, as well as the ever-changing guidance under his watch that resulted in wrongful mandates being imposed on Americans,” Scalise said in a statement, according to The Hill.

 

Other Republicans have already started investigating the origins of the coronavirus and have said that if they win back the congressional majority in the November midterms, they will hold further hearings.

 

For such hearings and investigations, records will need to be kept and examined, which is what Marshall was driving home in his letter to Becerra.

 

Marshall has taken another step forward in the Republicans’ work and reminded the NIH and HHS that “while only recent egregious examples of NIH’s failure to meet record-keeping requirements are mentioned in this letter, even one should instigate immediate oversight action by HHS.”

Dry pastures force Texas ranchers to slaughter ever more cows

 

CROCKETT, Texas (Reuters) - With almost all of Texas in drought, ranchers are sending ever more cattle off to slaughter, a trend likely to increase beef prices over the long term due to dwindling supply from the largest cattle region in the United States.

 

Since mid-July, more than 93% of Texas has been in drought, according to the United States Drought Monitor. As of mid-August, more than 26% of Texas was at the highest level, characterized by widespread loss of pastures and crops as well as water shortages.

 

While conditions are especially acute in Texas, about 54% of all U.S. cattle were in some form of drought as of Aug. 16, up from 36% a year earlier. Cattle slaughter is high nationwide, temporarily increasing supply but portending tighter supplies in future years.

 

Paul Craycraft, co-owner of the East Texas Livestock Auction in Crockett, said dry pastures are depriving cattle of an important food source, while making it more expensive for ranchers to supplement their herds' diet with hay and feed.

 

"We've had I don't how many 100-degree (38 C) days and you can see out here, you know, the grass is gone," Craycraft said. "The cows are beginning to lose weight. The cows are weak because there's no protein. So we're getting rid of a lot of cows."

 

About 75% of the cows sold at auction the past two months have been sent to the slaughterhouse, Craycraft said, up from 30% to 40% in normal years.

 

Wesley Ratcliff, founder of Caney Creek Ranch in Oakwood, said he got an early start selling 50 of his 500 cows this year as the drought worsened.

 

"They were older mama cows and they might have gone and had another baby for us," Ratcliff said. "But rather than wait on them to have another baby, we went on to ship them to the meat factory."

 

Texas A&M University agricultural economist David Anderson said consumers can expect higher prices long-term due to what is happening in Texas, which according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture has more than 4.5 million beef cows, or 14% of the U.S. inventory.

 

"The pressure will be on for higher prices, higher cattle prices, higher beef prices over the next several years as the effects of this are felt," Anderson said. "We're going to face tighter supplies of beef. And tighter supplies of beef, with nothing else going on, means higher prices."

South Korea and the United States have launched their largest joint military drills in years, officials said, as the allies seek to tighten readiness over North Korea’s potential weapons tests.

 

The annual summertime exercises in Korea, renamed Ulchi Freedom Shield, began on Monday and are scheduled to end on September 1.

 

They come after South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol, who took office in May, promised to “normalise” the combined exercises and boost deterrence against North Korea.

 

South Korea separately launched the four-day Ulchi civil defence drills on Monday, designed to boost government readiness, for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic emerged.

 

The military and civil exercises are aimed at improving the country’s preparedness to match the changing patterns of war, with evolving cyber threats against key facilities such as chip factories and supply chains, Yoon said.

 

“Maintaining peace on the Korean peninsula is built on our airtight security posture,” Yoon told a cabinet meeting, calling for thorough exercises based on real-world scenarios.

 

The drills were the largest since 2017, after being scaled back during COVID-19 and prior to that, to create space for diplomacy with North Korea.

 

While Washington and Seoul describe their exercises as defensive, Pyongyang portrays them as invasion rehearsals that justify its nuclear weapons and missiles development.

 

When US and South Korean troops kicked off preliminary training for the exercises last week, North Korea fired two cruise missiles from the west coast. The country has conducted missile tests at an unprecedented pace this year, and South Korean officials say it is ready to conduct its seventh nuclear test at any time.

 

Yoon has said his government is willing to provide economic aid if Pyongyang takes steps towards denuclearisation, but North Korea has rebuffed his offer, openly criticising him.

It's become common to refer to President Joe Biden's efforts to "revive" the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, from which his predecessor withdrew the U.S. in 2018. Noronha, who's had access to Iranian government documents and earlier this year was leaked key details of the nuclear talks by U.S. and European officials, pointed first and foremost to the type and breadth of sanctions on Iran that would be lifted under a deal.

 

According to a Foundation for Defense of Democracies analysis, the new deal would give Iran access to $274 billion in its first year and at least $1 trillion by 2030.

WASHINGTON – On Thursday, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) sent a letter to Department of Defense (DoD) Secretary Lloyd Austin, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Robert Califf, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky regarding concerns about mislabeling and unauthorized manufacturing connected to COVID-19 vaccines at military bases.

 

Nine DoD whistleblowers disclosed to Congress that at least one vaccine lot number—FW1331—was manufactured at a location that was not FDA approved. These whistleblowers also alleged that this lot number, which was printed on a vaccine vial labeled “Comirnaty,” appeared on a CDC database that lists Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) vaccine lot numbers.

 

The senator wrote, “DoD, FDA, and CDC must provide a thorough explanation for why a vaccine lot with the ‘Comirnaty’ label would be listed on a database that is meant to display vaccine lots associated with the EUA.”

Nine Department of Defense (DoD) whistleblowers recently provided my office with information that raises questions about the manufacturing and labeling of COVID-19 vaccines distributed to service members.[1] These new whistleblower allegations must be fully addressed by DoD, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

 

Lt. Chad Coppin, who is a commissioned officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, disclosed that on June 10, 2022, his base located in Juneau, Alaska received “a shipment of 60 Comirnaty vials packaged in six boxes of ten vials.”[2] These vials included the vaccine lot number FW1331.[3] Lt. Coppin noted that, “[p]rior to this date, only emergency use authorization shots [had] been available[.]”[4] Lt. Coppin provided my office with pictures of one of the Comirnaty vials and boxes his base received:

Lt. Coppin reported that he attempted to determine the shipping and manufacturing locations of these specific vaccines.[5] He explained to my office that the medical staff at his base informed him that the vials were shipped from Ft. Detrick in Maryland.[6] Lt. Coppin stated that he contacted Ft. Detrick to ask about the manufacturing location of the vials and was told that these vials came from a “Pfizer plant” located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.[7]

 

Lt. Coppin then called Pfizer directly to ask about the manufacturing location of the specific vaccine lot number for these vials: FW1331.[8] A Pfizer customer service representative apparently told him that this lot was manufactured in France on January 28, 2022 and expires on December 31, 2022.[9] Lt. Coppin disclosed to my office that, “The significance of the France manufacturing location is that it is not an authorized manufacturing location as per the FDA’s Comirnaty [Biologics License Application (BLA)] Supplement Approval letter dated December 16, 2021.”[10] That letter approved a “30 microgram dose formulation (Tris/Sucrose) of Comirnaty” to be manufactured at the “Pfizer Manufacturing Belgium NV, Purrs, Belgium facility.”[11] Any Comirnaty vaccine lots that are manufactured outside of the FDA-approved manufacturing locations and distributed to U.S citizens raises significant legal and health-related concerns.

 

In addition to the lack of clarity relating to the manufacturing location of vaccine lot FW1331, another DoD whistleblower raised questions about whether this specific vaccine lot is mislabeled as “Comirnaty.” 1Lt. Mark Bashaw, who is a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, found that the lot number contained on these “Comirnaty” vials—FW1331—matched a lot number on a CDC database listing Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) vaccine lots.[12]

 

According to CDC, this database, which is called the COVID-19 Vaccine Lot Number and Expiration Date Report, “contain[s] all lots for COVID-19 vaccines made available under [EUA] for distribution in the United States.”[13] 1Lt. Bashaw disclosed to my office that he downloaded this database and found that it included vaccine lot FW1331.[14] DoD, FDA, and CDC must provide a thorough explanation for why a vaccine lot with the “Comirnaty” label would be listed on a database that is meant to display vaccine lots associated with the EUA.

 

Lt. Coppin, 1Lt. Bashaw, and the additional seven DoD whistleblowers who brought this information to my attention have exercised their right to talk to Congress. Any retaliatory actions taken against these individuals will not be tolerated and will be investigated immediately. DoD, FDA, and CDC owe our service members complete transparency regarding the COVID-19 vaccines that the Biden administration has forced upon them. With this in mind, I request that you provide the following information:

 

Was vaccine lot FW1331 manufactured at the Pfizer facility located in Belgium? If not, why not?

Why is vaccine lot FW1331, which is labeled “Comirnaty,” listed on a CDC database (“COVID-19 Vaccine Lot Number and Expiration Date Report”) for EUA vaccine lots?

Was vaccine lot FW1331 created under the EUA? If so, why is it labeled “Comirnaty”?

Please identify the vaccine lot numbers, in addition to FW1331, that are labeled “Comirnaty” and have been distributed to U.S. military bases and are also listed on CDC’s “COVID-19 Vaccine Lot Number and Expiration Date Report.”

Please provide this information as soon as possible but no later than September 1, 2022. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
